Cheap liquor but they like to close early when the cashiers want to leave so a lot of times they close before 11 with a line out front, seems they couldn't care less about paying customers.

For this store, I would say you shouldn't have high expectation on their customer service. Look around before you walk in the store, the area is dirty and full of weird people. Don't bother calling their manager for any whiskey questions, they might bring you a dude with a new era hat on and giving you weird look and he won't be able to answer any whiskey stuff since he's a beer guy... Two ladies behind the cashier are friendly and nice although they mostly can't help you if you have any particular product inquiry. (Thank you for trying to help me, I really do.) They have great selections on beers, general whiskies, and wines. That's why they deserve 4 stars! Check out their facebook page, it's useful sometime.

Love this place. It's my go to liquor store. HUGE selection of beer, hard cider, wine, and liquor. Friendly, helpful staff, nice security guards, good prices. This place is perfectly located right at the Central Square T stop.

Such awful customer service. Went in with my brother, both over 21, when we went to pay we used our UK driving licenses as ID. The man behind the counter told us that it was an unacceptable form of payment as when you were out of state you had to produce one of three forms of ID: driving license, passport or military ID. The man told us we must produce a passport, we tried to question why a driving license was not suitable and he told us we couldn’t get by on technicalities. We then proceeded to say we would go back and get our passports, but his colleague had already picked up our things and was putting them back on the shelf. Such rude customer service and will not go back again.

The selection is great but the service is subpar. They never have enough staff on so be prepared to wait, especially on the weekends. Prices are better though compared to a lot of other places in the general area. Overall not the worst place but not the best.

Liquor superstore in the heart of Cambridge. Good beer and wine selection. Often a line at prime time. Don't love the staff but sometimes they are friendly. They are incredible sticklers about carding. (I'm well over 21)

Their selection is HUGE (which is nice, but sometimes I don't want to look up 5 different wines to figure out which one to buy; scarcity can be a good thing!) but their staff seem overworked, angry, and not exactly pleased to be there. That said, there are some awesome and hilarious people who work here.

While most stores are mainly wine & beer, Supreme has a vast selection in comparison, even a couple hard(er) to find ryes. Prices here are no different than all other Red line spots.

Went for a bottle of wine and was openly mocked by the two staff behind the counter. I can only assume it was because of my ID picture or my choice in wine. Either way, the selection is fine but how do you stay in business when you're publicly rude to your customers?

My favourite liquor store in Cambridge. The have a big selection and normal prices. Especially the wine selection is good.

Beer selection isn't bad—they have a dozen or so that earn a 99th-percentile rating from RateBeer. Prices aren't low, and especially some of their scotches cost over twice as much as in New Hampshire. Main problem is that it often reeks of cigarettes, and often of the highly perfumed cleaning fluid that they use to mop the floors.
