This Winery corresponds to the category of Island.
With climate change, the oceans rising and everything will be underwater I don't understand, nice place to visit but why would anyone buy a home there?
I love vacationing on the island! Cute areas to explore. Prepare well in advanced if you want to bring a car on the island.
Nice place to relax and shop. The island can be a bit trafficky though - be prepared to wait for your bus or Uber.
My favorite place.
Absolutely love Marthas vineyard. ..EDGARTOWN IS MY FAV THOUGH!!
Enjoyed looking at the shops.
Lovely island and getaway
Martha's Vineyard is a charming place to visit. Whether it is quaint Oak Bluffs, classic Edgartown or the scenic cliffs of Aquinnah, there is so much to see and do. Be advised that if you want to bring your car over on the ferry, you may need to book reservations well ahead of time. Otherwise you can cross over as a pedestrian and use the bus network to get around the island.
Beauty of the wonderful people and island topography
Beautiful place, a perfect spot for a vacation or a day trip.
Beautiful place
Fantastic destiny
Great place but I was a little confused I thought this was Cabet Cove where Jessica Fletcher lives from murder, she wrote, very disappointed but none the less I enjoyed my stay as well as the people.
Family Trip for the 4th of July has become a tradition.
Great vacation place. Love gingerbread house
I loved it
Awesome view
Overpriced and raciest against us poor people. They ran us out of town.
I go to Martha's Vineyard every year it is the one place in my life where I can relax enjoy the prettiness of the heaven.
Paradise!! I get visit each late spring and fall. Every part of the island is different, the beaches, fauna and flora etc. Each town is different and has something for everyone. Come and visit!
This is the only way i can travel....lol Love all the places i see.
Unique island experience. Check out free beaches. Walk the cottages in Oak Flat. Everything is expensive so research your food before you go. Public transit to pulsar areas. See Moshup cliffs.
Five stars!
Martha’s Vineyard is a truly sublime place to vacation. I suggest you try and rent a house in West Tisbury where you’ll have access to a picture perfect private beach called Lambert’s Cove. It is quiet enough for even the littlest children to play safely, calm enough to swim laps, beautiful enough to pass many happy days. There are plenty of comprehensive guides to the island. Plan to spend some time exploring and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
Its full of beautiful beaches
Very special place.
I love this place
Great place
The best.
Can’t believe it took me 50 years to make the 25 minute trip from Falmouth to Oak Bluffs! I’ll never let that much time pass again!
Heaven
Love the Vineyard, just a hassle to get there.
Nice enough but pricey. Inconvenient to get to and to get around on.
Nice place to visit. But the traffic cops are VERY LAZY and chalk your tires, so you might get an unearned ticket.
So fun! Great activities!
There are lots of places to visit on the Martha's Vineyard Island. Lots of beaches, Activities, lakes and food to enjoy. To reach the island we need to take ferry or a boat. You can take your car in the ferry. There are a few light houses to visit. It's a good destination to stay long. Tickets can be booked online for the whole trip. Beware of the sharks in the beaches. Stay away from the seals because they are followed by sharks.
This is a fantastic weekend or even week-long getaway for the summer. There are plenty of beaches and shops to check out and many great dining options.
Most Delicious Cakes, Coffee, Lattes every. French Napoleon Berry Cake is one of my Favorite
Martha’s Vineyard is simply the most famous tourist location in the state and it is the jewel of the Cape Cod region. Typically referred to simply as The Vineyard, it takes a bit of an effort to reach but it is well worth the trip. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard can be a rough ride, but the difficult journey is all part of the charm of the tiny island. Sunsets on The Vineyard are particularly beautiful, with the East Chop Lighthouse in Oak Bluffs one of the best places on the island to watch the sun go down. The beautiful small towns of Chilmark and Aquinnah are also worth visiting for anyone who wants to see Martha’s Vineyard at its most authentic and unspoiled.
Beautiful as expected
I live there places great
Amazing island
The place is beautiful and so relaxing. It is free of chain stores that you see anywhere else in the world
Wonderful place. Very historic, very beautiful. Lots to see and do. A great holiday vibe on the island. Boating paradise. Yachts everywhere. Best ice-cream ever.
Incredible selection of items not commonly found. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Can be a bit pricy, but as I stated, they specialize in items not commonly found.
A very good place to have a time and buy and play
My family home! Beautiful place with an energized community.
it nwas ok in the nightime butb where we sayed was amazing with a kitchen showers somewhere to play but the tents where unconfterble made soyunds .
Overwhelmed. I had too much fun.
Awesomeness, natural, melting pot of experiences 6 awesome towns and tonnes of natural vibrant attractions.
Great family or day trip destination. Lots of activity and restaurants for all ages to enjoy!
Fun
Great vacation place but like any great vacation place it gets a little pricey.
nice place for a weekend
Beautiful affluent community. Not expensive during off season! I recommend staying in Edgartown and renting bikes to ride around. Check out the filming locations from Jaws and a Japanese garden on Chappaquiddick island. Busy and crowded in the summer but not in September/October.
Really cool place to visit. Lots to see and explore. Great dining and breakfast places
Stay away from Larsen's Fish Market, as the olive king crab cakes gave me explosive diarrhea that threatened to destroy my bmw rental and ultimately gave my son a rash!
Great location
Great place too visit with your hottie alert
Always fun on the island!!!
On my bucket list!
Very beautiful and relaxing
One of the best islands in the universe.
My second home. My families roots take me back to the 1920's on that rock. For me, the love of the island is personal, but everyone else does tend to agree.
Very busy, but it was a weekend in July and 36°.
Above and beyond a dream family vacation, paradise on earth.
The best place in the world! I am from New York and my family and I always come to the vineyard for the summer. The beaches are incredible and so relaxing. The restaurants are exquisite. Fat Ronnie's has the best burger I've ever tasted. Also, every July and August they have fireworks in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. I would recommend that you should bring your family down for a nice vacation!
Beautiful island with lovely views throughout the whole island. It is a short ferry ride from the mainland Mass.
Very good place for summer trip
Best place in the world to visit.
Lucky to have a friend with a place on the Vineyard. Get to use it for a week or so in August. Look forward to it all year! Almost better than sex. Almost.
A very nice place to have a day trip! It's definitely worth to rent bicycles and explore the area.
Great place to vacation to, been to this area couple Time had enjoyable time.
Breathtaking 0lace to visit
We enjoyed the beach walk and city tour. Though it was crowded.
Amazing place to calm down and walk or eat
Hidden gem! If you don't know good !
My honey flew us to Martha's vineyard for the day. Loved it the food was so good.
Great place to explore ,even better on a sunny day.
I live here
Interesting place to visit - island is not huge, but definitely worth to spend couple of days here. Be aware of closed beaches - this one hard to explain...
Great little Island.
Unbelievable beauty. One of the best places to vacation in the world.
Absolutely the best
Awesome place
We had a blast. Not too expensive and there are free places where u could enjoy the views and beach. Very clean place as well.
What a place.... stunning scenery, great food and such a laid back atmosphere despite being the ‘playground of the rich and famous’. Only spent one day here but will be back.
Laid back living at its best! Great place to go when you want to getaway and relax.
Got to back for more. Beautiful place
Amazing Vineyard!!
Martha's Vineyard is a really great place. I visited during May 2019 and enjoyed lot. I visited Lucy Vincent Beach (Chilmark) , Menemsha Public Beach, Aquinnah. I parked my car at steamship authority parking lot and reached to the location where steamship authority ferry starts to Martha's Vineyard by shuttle. Shuttle arrangement was great. I didn't have to wait for shuttle. My experience of visiting Martha's Vineyard was really great.
First time I went there. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. Cannot wait to make it back! Even if it cost us $120 to get there and back, just the two of us! I wonder if prices go down after the tourist season... Really hope so
It as great my family goes every year and we love it
Thought price was a bit steep. With my discount paid $349.00 1 nite. Ouch. Besides that. Give it A.
Beautiful place!! Its amazing
I went to Martha's Vineyard at a time when the temperatures were in mid 50s to mid 60s and down to mid 40s at night. However, during summer it gets warmer. Th tourists crowds are much bigger then. Be sure to do your research on tics. Evidently they have big problem with deer ticks on the island due to high number deer there. Martha's Vineyard is a great place to bring your bike or rent a bike to ride.
Martha Stewart's private island. Make sure you get permission before landing your boat here, she was less than pleased when I started walking around...
A lovely Island full of wonderful people. The perfect New England summer experience.
I give Martha's vineyard 4 stars because I am here year round. For summer season I would give it 5 stars because the beaches are amazing, the stores are all open, there's new people around, and the night life is an absolute blast... However for the off season in the winter I would only give it 1-0 stars. Everything is closed the population drops from 200 thousand plus to a mere 15 thousand.. it becomes a ghost town with nothing to do, so the drugs run rampant.. so if your going to make your visit be sure to do it in summer time
So much love for this place
Awesome place! People are semi nice here compared to the rest of this crap state.
It's a dream place, beautiful houses so much to do, and relaxing. a place out of a fairy tale book.
Beautiful island with lots of nice shops. Finally able to move here and I'm loving it.
We have reached this place on Oak Bluffs side by taking a ferry. You can take bike rentals and enjoy the beautiful scenery. You can also take your car on the ferry if you would like to roam around in your car but I would suggest to enjoy this place on bikes (cycles). There is a beach where you can relax for a while and of course Vineyard for great Wine tasting.
One of the most beautiful towns in the world with doll houses like houses. Right out of the fairytale books. Very lovely evening and sunset views. Must go place with friends and family. Beautifully maintained by the residents. Most picturesque town ever. Clean and sparkling. A ferry takes you from Boston to this lovely town.
A few adjectives which in my opinion aptly describes this island: Beautiful, scenic, European, idyllic, chic, well managed, safe, perfect!
Beautiful place to visit
Beautiful place , really enjoyed taking photos specially the gingerbread houses .
One of the best place in US to spend your holiday. Nice peaceful and calm place with natural beauty. You can rent bike ( Anderson bike rental is pretty good place to rent) and roam around all the places in the Island. Water color is perfect for photography. You will never fed up taking photos. ( keep power bank with you in case your cell phone need power). There is one light house at another end you can watch that, but be careful as it would be difficult to walk bare foot near light house as there are broken seashells.
I LOVE it here. The water is so clear. There are police officers right off of the ferry to help assist with traffic and pedestrian crossing. The whole town is clean and friendly. The souvenir shops are not too pricey and the Island makes you feel like your on a vacation far from home. But your only an hour away! I did have to drive two hours to get here but it was worth it.
One of the best places on earth. The first camp site in USA, Wesleyan Grove, was established here. The best seafood I tasted was in Menesha Sea Fort where the first "Jaws" was filmed.
A nice place if you want to get some nature. You can rent bikes or join a bus ride across the island. Ferries to Martha' Vinyard leave frequently from different places like Woods Hole.
Paradise right off the coast of Boston
Jaws goes there
What can I say, it's the home of jaws.
Great island, many different areas to visit.
I wanted to visit the island for a very long time before I actually did. I intended to bike the island and check out the spots Jaws filmed. I finally did it! It exceeded expectations and currently lives in my memories as my favorite trip ever. If you go and can stay at Charles & Charles, that’s a huge plus. They’re amazing.
Nice restaurant
Loved it
I loved it!
Classic summer cape island
Can't wait to go and stay it's gorgeous
What's not to love.
One of the most beautiful places I have been, I really enjoyed my honeymoon. Future trips will be happing
Very cool
Beautiful beaches, many restricted in summer. It is a zoo then but shoulder season is very relaxed.
Another Favorite of mine in the summer just can’t get enough of these want Islands
Love MV ❤
Beautiful island with warm welcomes and friendly smiles
Very peaceful. Nice vacation spot.
first time going and it was Very beautiful but still so much more to see.
A beautiful island with amazingly friendly people. Specail shout out to bad Martha's, Great place to go for a beer, and the harbourview Hotel.
Very charming island only accessable by Ferry. Great fishing, clam catching. Superb restaurants! Experience renting a house for a week to get to know the area and people. Great beaches! A must see in the summer. July 4th is always sold out and crowded.
We’re gonna need a bigger boat.
Beautiful
fantastic small island like sylt (germany) - very nice for relaxed weekends, i like it well....
Love MV it is my second home, love the smell of salt air, love to swim water
I'm a very endearing quaint place If you don't like crowds the best time to come is probably March through May end of May and then June July August yard want to be anywhere near this place September October lovely in the fall and everything's cheaper, especially housing. I definitely know other place like this that I know of in the world it is very unique and interesting place, it's hard to explain you have to experience it for yourself. So come visit us
Relatively exclusive, great beaches and fabulous getaway close to NY with atmospheric airfares.
A delightful place to visit.
Head to Nantucket instead
How did we end up in a Camero 2018, on Martha's Vineyard, that is an island... on MA. I had a blast although spending about 6 hours on the island. The air was very clean and the island was extremely peaceful. The locals and tourist were very charming, I'd definitely go again some time. But I wouldn't go for a $20 Lobster roll. Lol had a good time.
No good. The beaches are always closed because of some shark that keeps eating people. I don't know why their making such a fuss over it though. Every one knows the piano cue.
Enjoying our family vacation home. I wish I could live here all year round. Going back to Pennsylvania at the end of August.
It has a charm that has to be experienced. I saw Carly there in the 80's and it was beautiful.
Home of the legendary live oak tree.
Was bamboozled, thought there would be wine.
The most impressive place where I have been in the States. It was just a short trip, but never forget the beautiful ocean and its calm historical atmosphere. And the seafood. I think spring or autumn is the best season to visit.
Love this island, plan to go back every year
Beautiful, serene and charming island. Visited during off season, but had a wonderful relaxing experience.
Elegant and delightful. If you have never been you probably can't afford it
awesome marina helpful staff. Great area to visit maybe best in north east. $136 is a bit expensive for 34 sailboat please welcome more people instead of make more at little people. Overall 5* pricing was an advise only. Thanks
Having a lot of fun here enjoying the outdoors. So many activities so close that you will not be disappointed. Plenty to see, plenty to do, biking, hiking, swimming, fishing, grilling, shopping, boating, jet skis
Five starts for my emotional connection to the island. See it for yourself. Even better, go there for any time for an extended stay.
Love the visit cannot wait to go back again. Want to bring rest of family
Just a great
One of the best parts of this planet we call Earth!!
Beautiful Place. A bit expensive but amazing place.
