The staff was incredibly rude and domineering. The young man with beard who was working there accused my boyfriend of stealing a beer bottle opener and threatened to call the police. I calmly asked my boyfriend to show them his pockets and his bag pack. I know he didn’t steal it. Then another male worker started to condescendingly tell my boyfriend that he is a thief and berated about why he stole the beer bottle opener. I was appalled but I paid for the beer bottle opener because I told them that they should look at the security camera videos and they’ll know he didn’t steal the beer bottle opener. I was trying to be patient and logical. I know that I needed a proof. So I took the receipt. Next day, the manager said he can’t look at the security camera videos because he’s not the boss. Then I asked him if I could contact the boss, he said that he doesn’t have the boss phone number!
