There are a few ridiculous reviews here. This is a working farm with two people, not a Napa winery conglomerate. They make an excellent product on a farm free of chemicals. Those needing their hand held and pampering should check themselves. Enjoy the wine.

What it lacks in pickable berries it makes up for in horse poop and murdery vibes.

Proprietor was gracious - however, the wine was very low quality and nearly undrinkable. If you want to taste "natural" wine made in that style, this will provide that - not recommended unless you want sour wine exhibiting open characteristics of spoilage.

Stopped by the winery around 3pm on a Rainy Wednesday. Didn't see any open signs or obvious places to enter. So we left. We did purchase a 16 dollar bottle of their blueberry wine in Bar Harbor. It was so/So. Very alcohol forward and not a strong sense of blueberries. So overall...meh!

Absolutely horrible in every way avoid at all costs many better and cheaper establishments around the area with better customer service and products

Mixed reviews. Sometimes hard to talk on the phone with them. But I went with my family on a rainy fall weekend last year at the tail end of the season and they showed us where the apples were and let us wander around and pick to our hearts content. You can tell they have been working the farm for a long time. They dont put on airs. It has a lot of promise and potential but is not "prettified" like Treworgy . More real perhaps? With a little more public friendly marketing it could go far.

We stayed at Charlotte and Jim's for a night via harvesthost while traveling north, and had a fantastic tasting of Jim's creations. Organic mead, pear, apple and even kiwi wines that taste like what alcohol use to taste like before the liquor industry took over, served over friendly conversation in their beautiful farmhouse. Their winery tries to extract the true flavor of fruits into wines, and while it will certainly throw off the unprepared visitor, take it like a travel back to simpler, more honest, times and you'll get a sense of what your taste buds were like, long before sulfites, sugar and impossible blends became the norm.

Great place! Very friendly people. My husband and I enjoyed all the wines we tasted. From the honey mead to the blueberry and pear wines. These wines are dry rather than sweet! We are really looking forward to trying there cider when its ready!!
