Fun experience. Get a card and sample to your heart's content. There are finger foods available, but we didn't try them. Staff is friendly, helpful, and good with recommendations. Whiskey selection is available as well

Their wine selection is pretty good. Just be careful...if you aren't paying attention you could pour yourself a $200 glass of wine. Thankfully I looked at the price right before I hit the button on a $600/750 selection... Oh and you HAVE to kerp track of the card they give you. We thought we lost one and it was going to be really costly. Thankfully we found it. That's how they know what you drank and how much to charge you at the end of your visit.

Very fun and relaxed experience. The option of having a card and paying for a glass as you go is great. I loved the atmosphere. There was a wide selection that allowed me to try multiple flavors with different notes and origins. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is great for anyone who loves wine!! You pay by the pour (small to large), and they have a very broad offering of reds, whites, and other bottles (including some interesting ports). The selection runs from inexpensive to high-end, and it was a fun way to sample some great wines you don't find in most retail outlets. My favorites were the C-du-P, Pomerol, and Barolo.

We come from Washington wine country, so this was a fun place to find! You can taste a variety of wines with a self service card; choosing your pour size of 1, 2 or 3 oz. The price varies by tasting, with each wine and pour size and is based on bottle value. A nice change from the chaos of the French Quarter.

I went to Wino for the first time with a friend one night and really enjoyed the evening. The selection of wines is overwhelming, but that’s not really an issue. My friend and I ordered hummus and a charcuterie board with our meal and both were great. The atmosphere is nice, and there’s plenty of seating. The person serving us was also attentive and personable.

What a gem! Never too busy, load up on 1-4 oz pour samples of your favorite or next favorite varietals. Compliment your selections with cheese plates and snacks from the kitchen. Load your tab on your wine "credit card", then buy your favorite bottles to take with you or enjoy on the spot. Love this place.

Great concept for a wine bar. No waiting on servers, no being stuck with the table concensus wine, just drink what you like and as many varieties as you like. The food platter was excellent. Hummus, tapanad and artichoke spinach with bread.

Very cool spot. I've never heard of wine on tap but they have it. Over 120 wines that you pay by the ounce. Great place to have a snack and drink. Very friendly staff and great service.

I visited W.I.N.O. for the first time about a month ago. Since that first visit I have been back at least 4 times. The concept of self service wine is so freaking cool. Combine that with an excellent selection of wine, outstanding service, and a delicious cheeseboard selection and you have yourself one of the best places to drink with friends in the city.

Wonderful staff! My California wine connoisseur was such a gentleman and an awesome DJ w/the soulful playlist he put together. The other hostess w/the most-ess was very nice, knowledgeable, & accommodating. I went with a group of girlfriends during my birthday weekend & we had such a great time. The cheese & fruit tray w/meat pairing was delicious and very fresh. The venue is such a great vibe, easily accessible from the street, parking garage directly across, and wine is priced very well. They have a slew of wines from all over the world and the swipe-to-taste self serve concept is genius! This will now be one of my favorite group & date-night go to's whenever we are in town. Thank you both for making my bday weekend so BOMB!!

At first off, concept to self serve wine samples seems odd, but then interesting to taste many more flavors than you ever would in a traditional wine bar setting. Casual setting, makes it all about the wine and the conversation. Recommended if you want this without the usual server or sommelier rituals.

Very enjoyable. Didn't like the condescending tone of the "cheese chef" when we ordered 2 cheese boards. Apparently we didn't look like we ate cheese or could afford 2 boards? I mean if we ordered it we obviously know what we ant and don't care about the price so it was no need for the response given. Nonetheless we loved the wine! Some seem to be a little too overpriced but we know now what wines to stick to.

Incredible way to try a few different wines, especially things you'd normally be reluctant to try. All wines are available in a 1, 2, or 4 oz pour. So if you're not certain of something you can try a small 1 oz pour with minimal risk.

We had a large group so we reserved the back room. It was an amazing time. The ability to select which wines we wanted from the dispensers really made it easy for the whole group to get what they wanted, when they wanted. The staff were also right there, ready to answer any questions about the wine. The cheese boards they put out for us were also delicious.

Not your typical wine bar/shop as it basically lets you taste test all sorts of wine for very reasonable prices. The staff here is very kind and helpful especially to newcomers and inexperienced wine drinkers. They also serve plates that compliment the wine as well such as fine cheese and crackers. This is one of my favorite spots ever and one of the best places to hang out with friends or have a fun date night :)

Exquisite date night location, for myself and my wife, though I could see a small gathering at this location. Great selection of over 100 wines, top shelf crafted food pairings for an extra level of enjoyment, and a 10/10 staff. Given the chance, this surprising journey did not disappoint. I love the concept. You get a magnetic card, like a credit card and use it to tally up all the little tastes you have. You can choose a small, medium, or large pour. This place is huge and everything we tasted was fresh. I was worried some bottles may have been open too long but that was definitely not the case. I would recommend trying some small samples and then settling on a glass or two. Your taste buds start to get a little overwhelmed. My one complaint? The sole employee we saw was so bored and uninterested, knew nothing about wine, and barely even spoke to us.

This is a pretty cool concept! You get a card and can try various amounts of a wide variety of wines. Then you can buy a full bottle if you want. I liked this because I was able to try a wine I probably wouldn't have bought and I ended up not liking the one i initially thought i would! Great atmosphere and casual atmosphere. If you like wine and you are in NOLA, you must go here. The set up is neat in that it’s basically self pour and you pick the amount of ounces you want and just charge it to your key card then pay your tab at the end. Their appetizers are also very tasty and the staff is very knowledgeable about the selections and can make tasteful recommendations.

Atmosphere: very nice setting a bit small in the front where majority of the wine is located, but definitely a must try. Love the concept of wine tasting with just sliding in a card, pushing a button, and reading about the wine as it hits your palate. Food: Ok selection to choose from. I would like to see more choices to include more varieties of meat and cheese boards. Better for pairing and compliment those like myself that doesn't always eat something before drinking wine, LOL.
