Visited for after dinner drinks. Learned about their very cool 5 course dinner they do every 3rd week of the month. We will definitely make it back to go to this. The head chef even took a minute to speak with us. I was impressed with the staff and the atmosphere. I will happily recommend this restaurant!

Great food. Nice people. Brought work friends here tonight and one main dish came. Then 30 minutes later we were told the other dishes were 1 second away. 30 minutes later the other three of us got to eat. Very embarrassing for me as a business dinner.

It's like hanging out at your friends house...if your friend is a classically trained French chef with an amazing wine cellar. Stripped bass crudo is a smash hit! Great outdoor space in the back as well.

St Germain served one of the best meals I've ever had, hands down. It was vegetarian week and I had a five course tasting with wine pairings. (Incidentally, for the quality, the prices were real reasonable.) The food managed to be novel, comforting, and perfectly executed. Places with this level of attention to detail often seem to be up their own hindquarters, focusing on novel instead of good, but St. Germain wasn't at all. It's food made by people who are both immensely accomplished and still down-to-earth. I can't wait to go back.

Great food, friendly service, lovely zinc bar. 22 wines, half btg, seems a little sparse. Hopefully it'll expand, in quantity and variety. It really needs to differentiate its offerings from the more established wine bars in the area. Ironically all the standout wines I wanted to drink weren't available btg. #TimeWillTell

Inventive restaurant with a casual, slightly romantic atmosphere. You will hear detailed descriptions of all the food, and the prep/cooking techniques, but unlike most places, you can taste, smell, and see everything reflected in your food. Healthy portions and packed with flavor, a dinner you won't soon forget.

We had the vegetarian 5 course tasting. Everything was excellent. I would have happily eaten an entree size portion of every dish. Drew and Trey have definitely earned their chops working with the best of New Orleans, and both the food and the wine pairing were on point. Can't wait to go back.
