We absolutely enjoyed Tropical Winery!! Here are the highlights: •Walk-in ready wine tasting! You don't need to schedule a tasting. •Affordable wine •They offer shipping •They make "Wine Smoothies!" I wouldn't personally call it a smoothie because it reminds me of a slushie •The staff is super nice and knowledgeable!! We had our tasting with Robert and he was pretty cool considering that it was 6 of us. •You gotta try the Peach Wine!!!!

Awesome staff and delicious wine! Jewel and Mical were knowledgeable about the products. Great customer service!! My husband and I prefer red zinfindal. We purchased the voodoo zin which tastes delightful!

delicious wines, I like dry red wine and my husband likes sweet. We both found multiple bottles we liked. They also have wine SMOOTHIES!!!! Customer service was outstanding!

Inside the outlet mall off of the Riverwalk. This is a nice place to sit and relax if you're a wine lover. Not all of the wines are from NOLA, however, the selection is great and the wine is just as good. Don't forget to grab a wine slushy for the walk back!

Lady that was behind the counter was phenomenal. Made my wife and I feel comfortable and because of her we walked out with a bottle and two smoothies that are a dream. Thank you! Will definitely make it back and quite a fun little pit stop for shopping. A+

They give out a lot of free samples, which is cool. However they do not let you leave. I kept getting poured samples (after repeatedly saying that I had enough and telling her I had somewhere to be) and being told I had to buy wine or a cup of frozen wine, and this was AFTER I gave a good tip. I said well I guess I’ll take a small cup, but the lady says she doesn’t pour small ones, only large. So I said whatever, then she starts pouring two (one for my wife) after I said I would take one. Free samples were great, wine was good, just don’t go in expecting to sample and leave, they don’t let you leave period.

Customer service was awesome just as any other place we visited in NOLA. Staff was awesome although I forgot the ladies name. I like sweet wine so this place had a lot for my liking. Atmosphere was great also. Nice place to take a break from shopping. Dont forget to grab a wine slush either.

Great place. Very helpful staff. Love the ability to taste anything in the store before purchasing. The selection is a bit limited and most wines available are pretty sweet. But if your into Sweet and/or Desert wines it's a fantastic place.

Nice place ... tip: located inside of mall/shopping area Lady sorry I forgot her name was very helpful gave us samples based on our personal liking they also have some rum samples and unusual (in a good way) wine flavors those samples range from 2 or $3 but they will let you know. of course had to have a wine slushie able to try the 3 flavors they had decided on one and it was very tasty they also added more wine to the slushie from their sample bottles if you want a lil more buzz:) (idk if they always do it but it was very nice of them) thanks guys!
