I came in with my 6 yr old a toddler and my baby to pick an order for my wife while several groups were having a wine tasting. There were only two people behind the desk but they serviced me right away. They handled my order and stayed attentive to the other groups as well. I wasn't rushed or overlooked. Great customer service on top of great tasting wines.

Today was the first time I ever visited this store.......and it's far more than a store, it's an experience. The selections seemed to be boundless but I didn't browse through all of the wares. I was looking for fine wine not available at liquor stores and was so happy to find this place. I scored two nice ports and will definitely be back.

Neat little wine tasting place in Naperville. Head down the stairs and into the cellar to enjoy wine tastings. When I went there the place was empty but the person working there was nice and gave us a huge list to choose from for the tasting. They offered a few seasonal wines and house favorites, all of which were fantastic.

Went in as a Downtown Naperville employee. They have been giving the discount for years...not anymore. The atmosphere used to be friendly and laid back. Most of the old servers are gone...all were so fun and we always had a good time when we went in. Sad to see this place get all uppity. The older gentleman who was sitting off the side at a table was obviously a manager of some sort (John)...rude and scarfing down his own dinner while telling me there was no more discount. He told the server to give it to me anyway but not before making it clear not to expect it in the future. So won't be back. There are better local wineries we've discovered anyway, so no problem to skip this place.

Went here for a tasting for my bachelorette party last year and absolutely loved the place!!! Friendly staff, focused on my guests and very knowledgeable about their selections. My group loved this place and we ended up buying a few bottles to take with us. Was just considering planning another wine outing and this was the first place that jumped to my mind!!! Will be returning and can’t wait to try their new options!!!

I would give this place both five stars and one star. I would give it five because the staff have always been lovely and the wines are absolutely amazing! But I would give it only one star because they got rid of the wine tastings. We used to come here and get to try new great wines to purchase but now they no longer offer the wine tasting. Last time I came in I was told they only do glasses and flights now. So I bought a few bottles I knew I wanted and left and will probably never go again. So disappointed that they no longer offer a basic wine tasting. It's a shame. I'm glad I got to try some of their wine over the years because if my last experience was my first I never would have spent a dime there and their wines are so worth trying.
