Jodi the owner is amazing, her hospitality and knowledge is unmatched anywhere; you have to see it to believe it!!! This little charming place is really coming along thanks to all of her hard work. The fruit wine is delicious; my favorites are the blackberry, strawberry, and apple, I love all the locally produced gifts and adorable things that you can buy it's a great commitment to the community. I guess what gets you is the hometown welcoming feeling that Jodi imparts on you, she remembers the little things and can make any stranger feel at home. Her passion and love for people can be felt. I wish her the absolute best and I know that with her dedication that Mascoutah Jo-Al Winery will only continue to flourish! We are life long fans on this adorable winery!

I bought sangria here 2 years ago and it was really good. So this holiday season I made a special trip here to get more as well as a bottle of whipped. I was quite disappointed. As soon as I opened the bottle of sangria, an overwhelming smell of grape juice came from the bottle. The taste was the same as the smell. This tasted like grape juice with a couple of shots of vodka in it. After half a bottle i dumped the rest down the drain..the first time I ever dumped out sangria. It was even the same color as grape juice just a little more cloudy. I don't know what they did to the sangria over the last two years but it went from one the best to one of the worst I've ever drank.

Drove 30 miles to get here and you were closed for your anniversary. You should have posted that you were closed. As I was leaving, other cars were pulling in..I am resubmitting my review...I went back to the Winery today to give them a second chance and Jo was great. I tried a few wines. The atmosphere is nice and the Sangria and the whipped wine were awesome. I ended up buying both

Wonderful! I stop here every time I am in the area visiting from Texas and take home some of the amazing wines. Their peach wine is better than any peach wine on the TX wine trail. The owner is delightful and always welcoming. Highly recommend.

This place is cosy, friendly and inviting. Their wine is phenomenal. They actually use the fruit the flavor is for! It's probably the most genuine wine I've ever had. Their prices are also criminally low for the quality of wine you get, so taking home multiple bottles after a visit is easy.

I went with my family and absolutely loved the wine! They are totally different and unique but you can’t beat Whipped! The staff was so friendly and will tell you all about each wine you’re tasting. We got 6 bottles and some homemade salsa they sell for a man that lives just up the road. I’ll be excited to go back the next time I visit the area!

Had a GREAT time at Jo-Al Winery! Enjoyed ALL of their wines. But, you MUST try their specialty wines!!! The Spice-A-Rita, Sangria, & Whipped! SOOO GOOD!!! We got "Whipped" and we liked it!!! ROFL!!!! JO was awesome!!!
