Little disappointing for a 130 dollar meal. Took 10 min to get a server. They were out of 2 items on the menu that we requested. The gentleman running around with the earphone in his ear should have been going around asking the tables how their meal was instead of walking around not doing much of anything. Then they would have known we were not completely happy with our experience. The food that we did recieve was very good tho in all fairness

I arrived for reservation at 6:40 P for 6:45 P time. Seated at 6:54 P with server Junita. Ordered around 7:10 lobster bisque & Grouper /Asparagus asked to have my 2 free bottles of wine served. It is 8:10 never did I get my entree. I did received my bisque only and after I asked over 3 times about it! I then asked for a fourth time for it to come out and it was not as I ordered the manager said she’d bring the corrected one right back but it is now 8:30 still nothing I asked to cancel the entree. This is one of over 7 visits. I’m a member. I am very disappointed and it just felts like they didn’t want me here! Kansas City

We visited Cooper Hawk for the first time yesterday about 3. A friend who dines there regularly wanted us to experience his favorite place to eat. It was just a disaster and our friend was so embarrassed. The food was great but service was more than lacking. First of all the waitress misunderstood what we ordered but we took what she brought and it was good. She did not offer to exchange it but insisted we got what we ordered. Maybe she was right. I just felt she could have said it kinder not derogatory. I noticed after we got our food every table had bread except ours. I asked our friend and he informed us we should of had it at the beginning. It took a while to get the waitress, Allison, but she did bring us some when she brought our to go boxes! During the meal we had to track her down to get drink refills. Our friend who had so much wanted us to enjoy his restaurant was so embarrassed and kept apologizing and stating "she must be new". Would we return? Probably. However, I would ensure before being assigned a table that we had a different server.

Had a great experience doing a tasting with my wife! Dropped by in the afternoon and really enjoyed the sweet tasting, my wife had stronger reds. Fantastic atmosphere and lots of wine gadgets worth a look. Definitely suggest it! Can’t wait to try the restaurant side.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary. Excellent service! Food was amazing. The drunken shrimp is a must. Complimentary strawberries and champagne. Small rant it was very loud and hard to hear across the table.

Overall poor service. for $25+ a meal, plus bottles of wine, and appetizers, our Service should have been better than Steak n Shake. The table was too small for our group of 5. Our fault, I should have asked for a larger table. Dont serve glasses by handling the rim. Don't carry so many drinks that you have to ask the table for assistance. Promptly clear the table of empty glasses and appetizer plates, before the main course arrives. It is not the customers responsibility to clear, stack, and hand the dishes to the wait staff from the table. Don't auction off the food (who had the grouper, who had the chicken), that's your job to know. Customers are not a part of the service. They are there to enjoy each other. Did not ask about dessert. Missed opportunity for building the ticket and tip. On a good note, the food and wine were delicious. But the poor service was disappointing. Step it up CH. Train wait staff and managers to provide better service. As you can see, the constant interruption by attending to the service was quite a distraction to what could have been a more enjoyable evening.

I visited here once a few years ago with my family and I fell in love with the passion fruit wine. Unfortunately, they can't deliver wine to Louisiana or any other state that boarders it. Because I was in KC for a conference, I ended up buying 5 bottles to take back with me. I can't wait to visit again!

For me, this is the best restaurant in KC, bar none. The Red Wine Braised Short Ribs is pretty great, as well as the Ginger Soy Glazed Center Cut NY (KC) Strip. Whatever you get will be fantastic, but DON'T FORGET TO HAVE THE BANOFFEE PIE FOR DESSERT!!! Best dessert EVER!

Made a reservation 10 days prior. Had to settle for 3:15 reservation. When we arrive they even turned away a party of 2. However once we were seated upstairs the restaurant was not even close to full. Asked to be moved since there was a cold breeze blowing on us. Told we could not move tables even though there was plenty of open seats. We were there from 3:15 to 5:30. During that time the tables were only 1/3 full. Not sure why they did not want to fill their tables. If i owned this place i would not be happy that many visitors were told there is no seating available even though there was plenty of available. Slow service. Dirty silverware. Sat with used appetizer plates in front of us even though multiple servers and managers walked by. Food was average. Very disappointed with overall experience. I have eaten at several other Cooper's Hawks in other cities and this was not even close to the experience i have had at other locations. Will not be going back.

Upscale dining, but not fine dining. Overall a very good experience with very good customer service. The wine bar can get quite busy and eventually not even accessible in the late evenings. Reservation is recommended.

Mediocre food, worse service. The waitress acted as if it was a hassle to do her job. We asked about their charcuterie when it was set on the table. "Its cheese" she said while walking away. None of the dishes we were served justified the price paid. At the end of the meal we asked for espresso and waited 15 minutes for it. The waitress came back and told us the machine had been broken for two weeks. We asked for coffee instead. "Well, I'll have to make some." Such a shame she had to do her job. Completely ridiculous.

My husband and I ate dinner at Coopers Hawk Saturday for our 4 year anniversary. We have eaten here several times. The food and wine is always outstanding. The service on the other hand previously has always been just ok or less. Saturday we had a young lady named Sydney P. Sydney was by far the best waitress we have ever had at this restaurant. Sydney was very knowledgeable of the food and wine menu, she was there with a friendly smile for our every need. Not a moment passed that we waited for anything. I highly recommend if you go there ask for one of Sydneys tables. She is amazing and you will not leave disappointed.

His attitude was refreshing. We asked him to show us a decanter and we ended up buying one he suggested we look at in the gift shop - thank you for the suggestion, Rob! My wife in I came in town for business and had the luxury of meeting some friends for dinner. Based on reviews we chose copper's. The atmosphere was good and the location was a quick walk from the hotel; however that was the end. It took over an hour to get our food, they messed up drinks...how do you mess up a vodka/tonic? We recieved our food and the vegetables were undercooked, and some were cold. Three of the meals were luck warm at best, but we were so hungry after traveling all day, we just forced it down. Note - my wife's scallop/shrimp risotto was good even cold. Based on the I'd recommend any of their risottos. The mannager/leader on duty came to offer us free desert for the significant delay. We took him up on the offer, but even those were not that great, with the exception of the chocolate cake. This place does have high ratings, but this was our experience and I'd be hesitant to return. Other than that, the wine was very good.

Our waiter gave us our orders and then we never saw her again. Had to go up to the bar to tell someone we needed to close our bill, and even after that it took about 10-15 minutes for the manager to eventually come to our table. Definitely would not recommend if you need to be somewhere after.

We made reservations on a Saturday night, a very busy night on the Plaza for sure. Our waiter was very busy despite most of the restaurant being completely empty. Several open tables. We ordered some appetizers which were good, but our bread took 45 minutes to reach our table. About an hour and a half after we had been sitting there our food arrived. All four meals were cold as if they had been sitting out for a long while before being brought to the table. Would not go again as the price was too high for mediocre meals.

Food and drinks are always good. Service is beyond slow and entrees coming out before appetizers is unacceptable. If you go with a group, always double check your bill. 4th time in a row there has been an issue with 10+ people.

First review is for the dinning area and NOT the wine. Great atmosphere. Very high prices. Okay food in my opinion. Our server tried way too hard and sugar coated EVERYTHING she said or suggested. It seemed fake and scripted. Not bad, but not my cup of tea. Second review is for the wine area. Great service as well as a good selection of wines to choose from. Whitney was honest of what she thought was good and helped suit our needs in a friendly and professional manner. Service and experience was so good that I’m now a member here!

The food is good. Been there multiple times. Their Soy Ginger Salmon is a must try for Salmon lovers. I substitute Asian slaw with Glazed Mushrooms and they taste so good. The wasabi mashed potato is good too. It's not strong wasabi flavor though.

The food was very good as was the service. However, one member had a special dietary requirement due to a specific food allergy (dairy). The chef was very unresponsive to easy modifications. One was to just boil rice without butter. No go. Also, there is absolutely no place to hang coats. Winter in Kansas City...REALLY!?!?

Have been there several times and always found both food and service exceptional. Food and beverage menus are robust with lots of options to suit almost anyone. Have found their portions to be ample and well-presented. The grilled brussel sprouts appetizer is actually quite tasty and worth a special try. Lobster bisque also very good as is their warm fresh bread that comes with every meal.

Very good choice when staying or down in the Country Club Plaza area. This was my first time to eat here, and I sat at the bar. Service was excellent. I had potstickers for an appetizer. The were outstanding and could have been a meal by themselves along with the Asian slaw that came with them. For dinner, I had the crispy Asian pork. I would call that very good, but they were a little too done making them dry. They have a good wine selection but only a few beers (though decent). I quest that’s why it’s a winery. I can’t complain too much about that.

The food is great. The service however is touch and go. Half the time we get someone awesome waiting on us, the other half either is insulting or screws up our order. On one occasion last fall we had a waiter that was rude and inappropriate. Tonight another table's order was added to our check. We received no apology for the mistake. I love coming here because the food and drink are great. If something like this happens again, we will not be returning.

Very very disappointed. They were out of 2 of the appetizers we wanted and then my meal was horrible. I got the surf and turf with the filet medallions and I ordered it med well and one was bloody rare and one was burnt and they were tiny. I mean tiny! The grouper was extremely small and was all breading. The sweet potatoes were hard. I was so excited to go there. It was my birthday and it sucked. I won’t be back. The one and only thing that was good was the Almond wine. That was the 1 and only star this place gets from me!

My wife and I absolutely love Cooper's Hawk. Great Food and decent prices. It is a popular spot in Springfield and reservations are recommended, However: you can reserve a table very quickly and easily online through their site. The food is amazing, my wife has not had anything she didn't like. I've only had the Prime Sandwich, which is amazing! They of course have a huge selection of wines, ranging from sweet to dry, appetizer to dessert wines. We prefer the sweet wines, and always have a diverse selection. We recently joined the wine club finally, and couldn't be happier with it. Even though we don't drink wine at home very often, it gives us an opportunity to try new wines and even network with others in the area. Overall, I have to say, you have to visit at least once. Even though this is a chain restaurant, it's worthy of frequent visits.

Appetizer came out in time, entree came out on time, but my daughter’s kids meal took about 25 minutes to come out. The manager took care of it, but it was a big inconvenience of course. Some of the wines my wife wanted were out, which is understandable towards the end of the day. Food wasn’t great, felt like I definitely paid too much for the quality of the meal. Seems like a great place for those who love wine.

I'll try to make this quick ... this place is awesome. I'm a bit frugal but still loved the place. Don't get me wrong, you will drop $50 plus in a hurry but it is worth it. My fiancé and I were able to swoop in and grab a spot at the bar. I definetly recommend this as Heather and Brian were extremely attentative, even though the place was very busy. Between the food and their great service, they made our experience the best. They had great suggestions as well as witty banter. The place is filled with great people, great food, and even better drinks ;) Btw, I recommend the bloody with a sidecar.

My husband and i went here for a dinner date. We had been here a couple of times so knew what to expect. We started off with tasting a couple of wines but stuck with our favorite gewurztraminer. We order the over the border egg rolls, which is my all time favorite menu item!! Then for our main my husband had shrimp and scallop risotto which he said was the best scallops he has ever eaten. I ordered the sausage and ricotta flatbread which was AWFUL!!! my salad was glommy and my pizza looked like he had been reheated. We waited a long time for the food to come out and my plate did not even come close to the quality of other experiences there. Happy my hubby got a good meal but I went to mcdonalds after since I was definitely not satisfied.

Are you kidding me? What a disaster. Do not be fooled by the decor or the fact that it has "Winery" in the name. Host stand horrendous. Had a reservation, but ended up waiting - and waiting and waiting 40 minutes for our table. Wine bar area staff so preoccupied with trying to sell memberships we could not get their attention, so we browsed over over-priced merchandise in store. Meanwhile a member of our party went upstairs and personally viewed table after empty table. Many needed to be cleared. We got a table (after practically pitching a fit) only to have a non-existent server. Someone else poured water. When the server finally did come they asked if we were "wine club members" we said no and they proceeded to try and sell us one. Lol Btw, "What wine DO you have this evening?" Food is the EXACT same as Cheesecake Factory down to the presentation. Thai Lettuce okay. Eggrolls lukewarm. Different servers brought out our orders staggard, and by the time the final dish came we had to leave for an engagement. Place was LOUD!!! Chaotic and loud. None of us will be back. Too much competition on the Plaza to waste our money, or our time with on a second chance with.

Came out with my wife. My wife and I were waiting in line for about 45min when another group of people were already drinking and they invited their friends to cut us. Of course us minorities didn’t want to say anything because we didn’t want to be another statistic causing a scene or making it sound like we were causing a scene. So we let them and the bartender saw it happening. I felt like he should had said something but didn’t. Idk if he felt they would tip better. But it shouldn’t have happened and now my wife and I have been waiting over an hour and 30min. She’s in heels because tonight was a celebration. Poor service. Nice to know minorities don’t have a place at all In a place like this..

I absolutely love this place, if you are a wine lover you must check Cooper's Hawk. Great wine and big variety. Affordable wine, wine tasting, and membership. Foods also amazing, great place for anniversaries or celebrations. Chocolate truffles are a must have. The staff is incredible, my favorite Tracee. Ask for her, you won't regret it. Don't forget to tip your bartender.

Meghan was our server. She was very good at being attentive to our needs without being overbearing. I had the chicken maderia. The chicken and asparagus was very tender. The sauce was a pinch on the sweet side. The presentation was wonderful. The serving side was plentiful. I love the pretzel bread and butter too. We will return!

The food and table service were awesome. I had a delicious wine with a pasta variant--sad the gnocchi was out--and wife had the baramundi. We found the food to be well balanced and excellent. The initial seating was odd though, as it isnt very clear where to go, and when we asked, the snarky toned response of "you dont have a reservation...do you" seemed odd to our question of "can we get a table in the restaurant."

1st time here. With a large group and they could not accommodate all of us at one table (I think more of us showed than were expected). It would have been nice to know table limits before everyone was seated (BTW it's 15). Then we could have had two larger groups instead of one huge group and a small table with a few. Waitress was excellent keeping up with drinks and food. She was very nice and polite as well. Drinks were great, food was wonderful. I will be back with a smaller group.

I have been there 3 times. I usually go slightly after the lunch rush. Loved it. I have only tried the appitiziers so far but liked them all. The calimari is my favorite at this time. I've only eaten at the bar but intend to take my wife out for supper/dinner at some point. Last time I ordered a wine flight with appetizer. Great fun to try out different wines with either bread or the food. It did make a difference in my choice of wine. I have had great service so far and will go back.

This is a Springfield, IL restaurant with mediocre food that is way over priced and below standard with some wait staff. That coupled with people at this location in Springfield and from Downers Grove that can tell some wonderful maniplated untruths. We wanted to provide a family member a gift and were told, Yes, we can do that for you," by Trish from Downers Grove and then Teresa from Springfield states, "Sure, no problem, I'll send you a form to fill out and sign then send back. We followed their tales and completed, signed and forwarded the form back to Teresa. Our family member had a dinner reservation for 05/25/2019 and the form was returned on 05/24/2019...Needless to say, our family member had their dinner and the money/gift was not provided. What else do you lie about Coopers Hawk? Highly recommend going elsewhere for truth in everything , better food, better service!

We had such a great experience here for date night. The atmosphere is so cozy and the waitress was one of the most genuinely helpful and responsive we’ve ever experienced. Their wine selection and food offerings are amazing and I can’t wait to go back to try more. Even though it’s on the plaza it didn’t feel too fancy, but is definitely a cut above your regular boring dinner spot.

Dined for a late lunch and had Tony as a server. Was our first time at Cooper's Hawk and probably our last. Server was slow and there was not much of a crowd. Server got my wife's order wrong and never came back so I had to tell the reservation desk. Server did not keep up with our table at all. Asked for water when we got our bill and he never came back with it. He came back for the checks after we signed our receipts Felt like leaving no tip, but left about 15%. Terrible experience. Can't imagine what it would be like if they were busy.

While waiting for a table, my husband and I decided to do some wine tasting. The lady waiting on us at the tasting bar gave us one wine glass. I even made a comment to my husband, on purpose, in front of her, 'I guess you don't get your own wine glass.' We tasted 3 wines, sharing the same glass for each tasting. I looked up and down the tasting bar and everyone else had their own glass....thought maybe it was because we weren't wine club members???? Bought 2 glasses of wine. When the guy was taking us to our table, we passed by a big barrel of wine and he comnented, you need to ask for a sample of our red house wine. When we tried to order a sample from our server, he stated they were out. Not to mention the $8 uncorking fee per bottle of wine. We spent $90+ on dinner (which was very good) and they charge $8 to open the wine???? Food, as I said, was good, but too many other things may keep me from returning.

It is a very nice restaurant. We had our office holiday lunch here. The food and wine were both very nice. The prices are a little on the high side for a restaurant in the mall perhaps, but it was probably worth it considering. I took one star off mostly for how long we were there waiting for our food. 8 people is not really a big party, and it wasnt particularly busy but we were there for a little over 2 hours just for our entrees, and most of that was spent waiting. For dinner this would be no big deal, but for a lunch, where almost everyone ordered from the lunch menu, it does seem excessive. I got "The Prime" which was basically a French dip with au jus and fries. It was very good. The fries were a little bland so I dipped them in the flavored mayo that came with the sandwich. My co-workers portions seemed on the small side to me, but they all swore they were full so maybe that was just the style of the plates. Cooper's Hawk is a pleasant experience in fine dining made comfortable for those who are not gourmets. Its nice for a comfortable but impressive first date or business meeting.

Ate there for the first time today and enjoyed it very much. The store layout was interesting. The first floor featured a bar for wine tasting that was long enough to host many occupants. The food was delightful and had appropriate portion sizes. Our waitress was extraordinary. She was pleasant and freindly with detailed knowledge of the menu. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 star was due a couple of things on the menu not available. The price was on the heavier side but the quality of the experience made up for it.

We met here for book our book club meal. They are a made from scratch kitchen. And our server Roman handled our table of 10 like a pro. Very friendly and informative about food choices. The lobster bisque-delicious! The Cesar salad was quite tasty also. Next time-I'm certain there will be one-I will add chicken to my salad. The sangria was delicious and I loved all the fruit in it. Maybe I am a wine drinker after all... This atmosphere was not the best choice for a discussion. It was loud and some of us couldn't hear the rest of the group. Other than that, great restaurant. I can't wait to try the wine tastings.

Had an amazing experience here! My parents and I had a 6:30 reservation and got there early a little before 6. They said it would be a short wait so we went over to the bar area and couldn’t find a spot to get drinks. We finally found seats after 6 (happy hour ended at 6) and the bartender was SO friendly! We each ordered a glass of wine and he said he would give them to us for the happy hour price since we had been waiting. We made some good friends at the bar, and we ended up not getting seated until around 7:15 since we requested a booth. We ordered another round, the bartender was knowledgeable with the wine and let us try a few samples first before ordering. Food was excellent once we got seated, and service was friendly. Wish we saved room for dessert!

Early afternoon birthday celebration was a hit! Highly recommend the brussel sprout appetizer, as well as the shrimp with bacon appetizer. Those who had pork chop entree with roasted veggies said they had never had better. Good wine, fine service. A bit pricey for us but worth it. Enjoy!

We visit Cooper's Hawk every couple of months for winetasting with friends and dinner. Cooper's Hawk never disappoints! The wine tasting is inexpensive and there are many wonderful options to choose from, and the truffles available by the wine tasting counter are a must-buy! On to the food--I am a huge fan of Cooper's Hawk due not only to the quality of food, but having the most extensive gluten free menu I've ever seen in a restaurant. It's so nice to be able to go to a nice restaurant and not have to choose between 2 menu options. They will even bring you out a warm, gluten free bun during the bread service! Fantastic food, fantastic wine, fantastic service every time.

The fillet was stringy and had some hard bits that could not be cut!!! The lobster dry and overcooked. We tried ALL deserts none was good: a lot of hard fat and that's all !!! No IPA beers at all.... the worse Zinfandel I ever tried. Very noisy and quite expansive. If you are hungry grab a hotdog at the corner better value for money. 2 stars because I feel generous.

I went for a wine tasting I really enjoyed it. It's not expensive and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a first come, first serve basis, so you may have to wait. short rib grilled cheese... good moist meat. Completely melted cheese blend and toasted to perfection. Very solid sandwich, comes with tomato soup for that nostalgic dipping plus a side of fries. Give it an 8 out of 10. Soy ginger salmon with wasabi mashed potatoes... the mashed potatoes were delicious although no hint of wasabi flavor. The Asian slaw boasts cilantro, which I didn’t taste or see, but still super yummy and full of shaved veggies, salmon was on point, moist and cooked perfectly 7 out of 10 on this dish Grapefruit martinis did not disappoint, plus we got a free sample of some their very own home made wines. Over all very impressed with the atmosphere, service and food. Ask for Anthony, he was one of the best servers we’ve ever had-start to finish!

I love the tastings and the aura of the restaurant. Because of that, I became a wine club member. With the wine club, you receive wine only when dining in so I have tried a few different meals. They have all been satisfactory. This would be a five star restaurant if the food tasted a little better. It's mediocre at best. Still a good outing with friends/family. This was our first time here. My wife and I started by sharing bruschetta and a cup of crab and lobster bisque. Both of which were ok. The bruschetta was good but the bread wasn't toasted, which was unusual. The bisque was not creamy at all and didn't have chucks of crab or lobster.My wife order the scallops for her entree, and they were probably THE BEST either one of us ever had (I tried them) anywhere. Tender, flavorful, cooked to perfection. AMAZING!!

My girlfriend takes me and guests to this location often. We really like the food, but the service is a problem. The waiters don't write down the order, they get it wrong, it takes a long time to correct, and they argue with us when they were wrong to begin with. This has been happening consistently. They need to start writing down the order and getting it correct or we will not be coming back.

We both had the surf and turf, with pork chops for our evening dinner. I ordered the tuna and my wife got the grouper for our surf portions. My wife's order came as she ordered it, but mine came with shrimp. Shrimp, tuna, does that rhyme? But they brought out a side order of tuna and we split the shrimp. Both were pretty good, so probably no bad choices. The sides were mashed potatoes and fried potatoes, or potato fillets. Guess potatoes were on sale. The service was good, he checked on us at the right intervals, but still not sure how he got shrimp confused with tuna, unless its electronically sent to the kitchen, or he might not have been able to hear me over the wine bar crowd downstairs.

So long that we couldn't finish the tasting before our dinner reservation time. I promised my fiance that I would give this place a stellar review because she was here and I was not. She brought me leftovers that consisted of bbq ribs that were about 8-9 inches long and had such good meat on them with the sauce they were prepared in. She also brought me these Au-gratin potatoes that they had sliced into large medallion sized bites. She is still raving about the bloody marry's that came with burnt end meats that were stuffed in the olives. Not my kind of thing but I guess she really enjoyed it. I am going to strive to make it here next trip if I have the time.

The food here is really delicious. The blackened ahi tuna is nice and so is the Asian slaw served with many dishes. The medallion trio is the most popular dinner and doesn't disappoint. The steak was great, but the sides were just so so. As a wine club member we used to enjoy getting to trade our tasting in for a glass of wine. Unfortunately they have removed that benefit so that is the driving factor to my two star rating. So an update to my earlier review, while the option to trade in our tasting for a glass of wine is no longer available, it seems like they are trying to be more generous with the tasting. Now, if they only had more space for the tasting.

My friend and I ordered take out from here last Tuesday night. We ordered basic burgers and fries to keep it simple since it was kind of late (~9pm). While I did order my burger well done...wow it was really well done. The edges were hard and burnt to heck. I've never had a well done burger that bad...but of course I'll take part of the blame for ordering it well done. My friend on the other hand ordered hers medium, and hers came out just as burnt as mine. Plus the fries were definitely left over from earlier in the day as they were cold and tough (like they were refrigerated after being cooked). I gave it one extra star because it was later in the night and a weeknight. We kind of expected bad food from anywhere since it was close to closing time, but had hoped a supposedly nicer restaurant like Cooper's might have been an exception. Unfortunately it was not.

Everytime we go to Cooper's hawk we always have an issue last time we went it was $20 extra to drink wine from the bar and the bartender told us if we bought them in the tasting room we could get it cheaper. So this time we bought the bottles and went to sit at the bar and after he already opened the bottle he said oh yeah it's an $8 uncorking fee per bottle! To me that is ridiculous The only saving grace for this place is the fact that the wine is amazing.

Cooper’s Hawk is one of the best and funnest restaurants on the Plaza when they are on their “A” game. But, unfortunately they are not consistently on their “A” game. We are wine club members and have experienced waiting in line for an hour for our tasting only to have someone cut in front of the line on the other side of the post by the register. That takes the fun out of the tasting. Management needs to get a system in place to make tastings easier. They also need to move the tastings along more quickly. Some people treat the tastings like a leisurely visit just “hanging out” at the bar. Literally there were two women who were at their tasting for two hours! Also, the last two times we dined at CH they were out of wines-they were even out of their wine of the month. They were also out of our favorite dish, Short Rib Risotto. This occurred on an evening where they were not busy. This restaurant definitively needs some new leadership. I think it may be time to cancel our membership,

Food was excellent, service was sub par, from the time we sat down by to the time we paid our check was approx. 2+ hours. Since they were not in the least bit busy this was a bit off putting. We both chose to order healthy vegetarian options of which there was little selection.
