I’m giving it a 1 star because I was not impressed with the taste or quality of the wine (Helen location). A Chardonnay for example, should not be extra sweet, it just wasn’t right or what was expected for me. Also, although not directly asked for a tip, attendant reminded us, “tips are appreciated.” Good quality wine tasting places do not push for tips, it is left up to the customer to give one if the level of service calls for it.

We just left the Social Circle location and Brian was super friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. I tried Fox wines for the first time last week when my friend gave me a glass of Scarlet Fox after dinner, which was a DELICIOUS and sweet red wine. I typically can't drink red wines as they tend to be bitter and dry. Brian made it a point to change my mind today and literally every red wine that I tried I thoroughly enjoyed and was impressed with. I went in with intentions of buying a couple Scarlet Foxes but left with a whole case of an assortment of all thier reds, with the Scarlet Fox being my least favorite of all the ones I tried. Go figure! I still cannot believe that I enjoyed thier Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, both of which normally make my nose scrunch up from bitterness. Unlike other wineries, their taste testing is free with the purchase of a bottle and thier customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend supporting this local business, as the flavors I tried today have made them my favorite winery!

Can not believe how rude my mom my sister and I were treated at the Helen location as soon as we walked in. While tending to my mom the woman interrupted a conversation my sister and I were having on the side to announce she was talking and we needed to be quiet. We were ready to buy a few bottles but as soon as she said that we were done. Y'all lost a lot of money from us. We will not ever be back.

We went to the Helen location and the guy working there was terrible. He acted like he didn't want to be there and wasn't friendly in any way. It was like prying teeth to get any information about the wines and he really didn't want you to "taste" any of them although they offer tastings. I didn't want to buy anything because of the employee, but the wine is actually good so we ended up buying a bottle. Better staff is needed at the Helen location.

The location in Helen was enjoyable until the DRUNK worker, Brian? Became a jerk. I asked for the owners information and he told me he could not give that information out and told me there was no manager. Customer service is extremely vital, and because of this jerk, the store lost 3 customers who were ready to buy multiple bottles of wine!

the young man that was there in Sunday was extremely customer focused! He greated and welcomed each n every person that entered! i spend easily over a hundred dollars & didn't blink or cringe as my thrifty self usually do! the flavors, mixes & personalities of each bottles are so amazing! drive to here you'll be extremely happy!!!!!!!

I went to the store in Helen and the wines were delicious. I ended up buying a couple different ones. However, my few complaints are that I made an hour drive out of my way to go get more before returning home and I waited a half hour after their opening time and no one showed. Second complaint is that they do not ship.

If your over 21 this is something you have to do while you are in helen. Its free to taste three wines (choose wisely). They have all kinds of wine, but a large setection of sweet wines for people who are not fond of dry wines. Like i said, the tasting is free but tips are appreciated so even though its free, give them a tip. Most tastings you pay at least $15 (if not much more). The wines are all good, so taste a few and grab a bottle for that special someone.
