Where do I start? Yesterday Paul was our server and he was just amazing. He checked on us regularly, gave us great recommendations and had a great personality. We had the egg rolls and potstickers for our appetizer and were pleased with how delicious they were. Our entrees were amazing as well. If you have the chance to go, try their wine tastings so you can find the perfect wine for yourself. If you’re dinning in definitely ask for Paul.

We had dinner here tonight. We went for wine tasting before dinner, a little pricey but fun and they do have a large variety to choose from. Dinner service was just short of slow, the food came just as I was looking for our waiter. The food was delicious. We did experience a problem but the manager, Tim took care of it swiftly and professionally. We will definitely go back due to Tim's handling of our evening.

We had a server named Amy, and I personally have worked in many restaurants in my life and she by far was the best server I have ever seen. Very uplifted and made my families experience incredible. Horrible Dine-In Experience I walked in and asked how long the wait would be for two. Without even checking, I was immediately told by the hostess that there were no tables available for the remainder of the night (8:45pm). I am a frequent diner & wine club member, so I was a little let down but decided to let it go. As I was walking out a waitress that overheard the conversation told me that I could sit at the one of the high-top tables (3 were available). As I am ordering my dinner I ask for a bottle of wine for the table. The waitress asks for my wine club card & leaves, then comes back and asks for our IDs (odd as I am a wine club member, have to be over 21 to join). I provided mine, but my partner did not have his wallet with him and as such, we could not have the wine... another let down but, oh well. Then, the manager on duty (Elaine) decided to come over to our table and VERY loudly tell the us that without photo ID they would not serve us wine. We very embarrassingly told her that we were already informed and continued to eat our dinner with many dining room eyes now upon eyes. Now, out of curiosity I ask the young couple sitting to our right if they were asked for an ID when they ordered the large bar drinks on their table. They responded with "not at all, I'm sorry that happened to you guys". To make matter worse, as we go to leave the waitress tells us "bye, come back with your ID next time". Sadly I'm not sure if it was because I'm Hispanic, or because we were two men... but I feel disgusted with lack of professionalism & the treatment I received here tonight. This is the first time I've ever felt discriminated against, and will seek legal council.

My husband and I go to the coconut creek location and the Food is always amazing! Despite having an issue with my food on my last visit, Al Markovich the assistant manager was extremely apologetic and made sure the rest of our evening was taken care. not to mention the waitress Samantha has great customer service. They were both extremely polite and very friendly!

Quite an interesting place, with attentive service. Our party of 3 opted for a selection of appetizer items, along with wine, as our meal. There were ahi tuna tacos, pot stickers, braised Brussels sprouts, calamari, and a Thai lettuce wrap with chicken, which was kind of a do-it-yourself affair; tasty but a tad inconvenient. A seafood bisque in cup-size was very good; might have done with a touch of zing to make it even better. We shared a small Key Lime "pie" that was actually more of a large tart. It too was quite tasty though small. Except for the key lime doo-hickey, all portions were quite adequate and well-prepared. We will most definitely be returning in the future.

This is an amazing restaurant specializing in America cuisine. The food is amazing! Our server, Ariel, is very knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients. She was very efficient and brought out our drinks and refills quickly. When we were finished with our meal, she boxed up our food and gave us fresh pretzel bread to bring home. That pretzel bread is so good that I get cravings for this restaurant because of it. At the end of our meal, the manager came to check on our satisfaction with our meal and experience. I love when they do that. We only had positive things to share. Ask for Ariel when you go to the Coconut Creek location. Finally, they have an awesome happy hour on weekdays.

Great service and food. The gnocchi was a little less fluffier than I'm used to but the candied bacon and artisan cheeses and the shrimp and scallops risotto were delicious. The selection of wines in the store is very good.

Very disappointed. Service was not good and food was just ok. Flank steak was smothered in too much spice and drowning in oil?!?! Others were cold or not to order. Hummus and Vegetables not alot of taste. Server disappeared and left dirty dishes on the table. Never asked how it was or if we need anything. Had to constantly ask for water refills. Place was packed but I will not go back or recommend.

Typically I would give this place 5 stars. I don't know if the staff is getting complacent but the bathrooms looked as though they had not been attended to all day (dirty & missing TP). Our waiter attended to the table next to us 100% (party of 5 so I get it "bigger tip") but everything we asked for took more than one request. We asked for separate checks, water with no ice and inquired on menu items and everything was forgotten. IDK could have just been "one of those days"!!! I will continue to go because the food is great and the wine is delicious!! Delicious, Delicious!

As usual for any Coopers Hawk, the food was great and the server was friendly. Unfortunately, the hostess with blonde hair was the rudest hostess I have encountered. Anytime someone approached her, she huffed like she waa being bothered and made it clear she was impatient. I hope others complained so management can remove her from her post. Perhaps she can be miserable away from customers .

Second time here. An amazing restaurant. Winery is incredible. Haven't had a wine that we didn't like. The tasting at the wine bar is very heavily handed pours.. 8 x 1/4 to 1/2 glasses for $8-$16 depending on which one you get and if you want the souvenir glasses to go with it.

I met my friend at Cooper’s Hawk last night just to have a gab session and this was in between us distance wise and had a varied menu. I have been there before and remembered it as being good but not great. Pays to try again! I had a simple dinner....the chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, cilantro mayo, and chicken (I skipped the avocado). Any waiter or waitress that passed our table...or attended to our table...had such a pleasant smile and attitude...very refreshing. To top off the experience our waiter Steve Z was outstanding! He couldn’t do enough to make our meal just what we wanted it to be and was very respectful of our wanting time to talk. I enjoyed my meal....even the Asian Slaw (which wasn’t what I was used to in Asian Slaw but was delicious), our waiter and obviously my time with my friend! Thanks!

I’ve visited this location for a retirement dinner for my friends mom. They had us in a separate room in the back, with a beautiful presentation and four course meal. I attached a photo of the menu that they provided along with the desert, it was an amazing experience with great service. Great place for catered events. I regret not getting photos of the food!!

What an amazing place to eat and hangout with a group. This place was recommended by a local friend and Cooper’s did not disappoint. Food is amazing as the atmosphere. Although, I’d suggest you find a night Gabriela is working and request her. An attentive waitress can make your night just a little bit better, and your experience seamless.

I went into to use my 25 dollar reward, and when I told the waiter, Miles, his demeanor changed and we experienced very poor service. I've been a member of Cooper's Hawk since it started in Florida and I have frequently visited many locations. The food quality at this location was poor and I saw the waiter once at the beginning and once at the end when he brought the check without the 25 dollar reward on it which I told him in the beginning I had on my account. When I asked him to put it on the check after I got it, he asked if I really wanted it on the check. I've canceled my membership and WILL never go back to this location as it is not the first time this has happened here.

I live right down the street from this place so I've been here quite a few times. The menu is a decent size so I always try something new. Every meal I have gotten has been less than okay. Tasteless food - expensive for no reason. The only good thing about this place is the wine. I would recommend spending your money somewhere better, sorry.

They don’t care nor appreciate their patrons. I had a very disappointing experience tonight. I showed up at 10:30 to pick up my to go order. The restaurant was full of customers. I asked to add a slice of chocolate cake and they refused and said they closed at 10:30. I asked two other employees and they wouldn’t sell me the chocolate cake. It isn’t as if the kitchen was closed for 20 minutes and I asked them to make me another dish. I asked for pre-made chocolate cake a few minutes after their posted closing times. It’s shocking that such bad customer service could come from a restaurant that was supposed to be of high caliber. They clearly don’t care for their customers. I will chose one of the MANY MANY other restaurant options in the immediate area next time. If I was as rigid as this establishment was, I would never have returned after the PBG location was closed for health violations...

I visited this restaurant for the first time to try the wine tasting experience, the wine was good but the service was terrible. I think the young lady serving us was going based on the color of my skin. She did not greet us or did she clean the counter off in front of us even though someone had just moved, instead she put the glasses down and started to pour. She didn’t ask if it was my first time or try to assist me in any way in understanding the process. The couple next to us was treated with so much respect and you can guess what race they were. Yes Caucasian, she provided exceptional service to them and went above and beyond for them as well as other customers of the same skin color. This was my first time experiencing this type of treatment and believe me it was not a good feeling. She needs to be trained properly on how to treat customers and if she can’t do it then she should not be doing a customer service job.

I went to the Coconut Creek location for a wine tasting with a lovely lady this past weekend. We had some excellent wine and really enjoyed ourselves. Went there First time for work event, it's a nice place. Nice ambiance. Food was good. Went there a second time with friends and wasn't too impressed. The steak I ordered I sent back just got a burger. It's been a while so can't recall the exact problem. I do recall it being tough for medium -medium well. drinks were good though.

A bit overwhelming upon first visit, but the tasting area is so fun and relaxing! Great way to pass the time while waiting for your table. The food is very good and wine selection is fantastic! They have their own wines, as well as others. Their wine club is interesting and a great deal! There is no pressure to join, which is great! The chocolate dessert area is so deliciously evil! Great tasty gifting idea! Cons: Service is a little slow sometimes and may have to flag down your waiter/waitress. Bar area is first come first served, but I've seen the waitstaff hold table(s) for certain people. Have recommended this place to a few people and everyone has enjoyed it as well. They offer valet parking, but they have free parking (gets full quickly).

This place is in North Broward but if you're ever out that far it's worth stopping over for the wines. At the very front they have z wine tasting section and it's not very expensive at all and the wines are pretty good. Make sure to ask for Nicole as she knows what she's serving real good. They're mostly California grapes but you can find a hidden Rioja in there if you ask for it. They also have a good Malbec that was grown in Napa valley but manufactured In Illinois and it is excellent.

We were sat outside because my friend said first available, I inquired about the wait for a table inside because it was extremely hot outside. I was ignored by the waitress and hostess, they didn’t answer my question or even acknowledge my request. My friends were raving about this restaurant and I was highly disappointed. I was disappointed with the service, the staff and everything else just did not make a good impression. Never coming back and not suggesting this place to anyone. The lighting outside was inadequate, the panel were not able to be lowered. Mercy was the only good staff member we encountered, she actually acknowledged our existence, helped us out to try and resolve the issue.

Have gone here several times in hopes they’ve hired better servers. Consistently disappointed. Just yesterday had a horrible lunch experience where the waitress rolled her eyes at me and later tossed the wine list on the table. Seemed very annoyed. Service here doesn’t match the level of quality of food.

Just moved into town and herd wonderful things about Cooper's Hawk. Walked in saw 3 people no one said Hi, can I help etc. I then Stood at the wine tasting area for about 5min. The server at the time never came by my side to explain what is going on, promotions or if I would like a wine list. I literally had to look online to see what and why am I here and looking at. I dont wonder stand why. Is it because I was wearing a hat? Did I not dress the part? I was suppose to meet my Girlfriend here and asked to please pick me up so we could go somewhere else. First impression are everything especially since I just moved here and we will not be going back.

At first we were sat at a table but then asked to be seated in one of their gorgeous booths when it became available. They happily obliged. The food was delicious and of course the wine as well. Trendy and upbeat with a feel-good sensation the moment you walk in. Vast selection of wine, they have their own distillery, and a good size menu to go along with it. Service can be a little slow during peak time and unless you want to sit at the bar you need to make reservations way ahead. Everything I've sampled so far was good and they have healthy choices as well.

Was there on February 2nd, first for a wine tasting, then dinner. First the wine tasting. It would be a good idea if you had to take a number when you come in as it's almost impossible to get close to the counter. While you're waiting behind someone, someone that came in after you will get a spot simply because they were lucky enough to get behind someone that was almost done . There has to be a better system . Dinner .My wife said her salmon was very good. My short rib risotto at $25.99 was also good, but it was barely enough to fill my plate . I was finished in a few minutes. Have been there many times, but greatly disappointed in this last visit .

Overpriced and horrible attitudes from the ladies at the waiting area as well as the servers. If you try and take anything home half your food goes in the trash first. Nothing will change because people keep raving on about the place as if expensive food and wine means good quality.

You can always have a good wine at home, but when you’re with friends and want to explore and taste the new, this place has it all. Their wine tasting is incredible plus you get snacks. They also have a subscription for a specific type of wine that will like the most. So much fun!

The food , service and staff were no less than amazing. My son and I went for lunch and decided to do some appetizers to start and then sandwiches. Welllll, I tell you all we really needed were the appetizers, the portions are huge! We ended up taking the remaining appetizers and sandwiches home for dinner. First impression; I loved this place, loved the bread they serve as a complementary, loved the appetizer flat bread. I was going to give 5 stars until my burger arrives. The burger was total disappointment. I asked for well done and got something burned outside, pink inside with very heavy meat smell. It was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Fries were nice. There was a little waiting but not too much. Prices are not too bad.

We tried and Tried To no avail To get a reservation for 20 for my mother’s 86th birthday. The restaurant in Coconut Creek Refused! So we went to Del fresco grill on my las Olas and gave them a thousand dollar ticket!

called earlier in the afternoon to make reservation, was told they were not taking...only first come... get there very busy 8pm finally paged at 9:40pm ..respond to text told by desk person she had no record of us in the computer, says it would be an additional 10 minutes... even with many empty tables 25 minutes later 10:15 we get seated at horrible table..ask for booth, was not well received...finally a totally different wait staff person moves us against seating persons wishes...order wine, out of stock on all three imported bottles of red... waiter young and awkward...finally get food at all most closing... needless to say was the worst service I have ever had, we were the last people out.... extremely unexperienced desk and wait staff.... one star! food wasnt bad... ~Not happy in Coconut Creek

Went to coopers hawk on Thursday for a joint birthday with friends. We did a wine tasting first which was good. We had a nice table and a server was ok. The food was not brilliant and my wife's mac and cheese was a solid lump. They bought her a new one 15mins later when she had finished the chicken. It too was not good. This is our 4th time eating here and it's the 4th time the food was not good. Then to top of a mediocre evening a women was carrying a dog out the restaurant. Totally wrong to bring a pet into a restaurant. It was not a service dog but a small pet.

First and last time I come here, you have to make a reservation well in advanced to get a table and when you get here you have to wait like 1/2 hr to get seated after complaining a few times. if you're planning to eat here make sure you have nothing else planned for the night, you don't know what time you'll be seated or leave.........

We went to Coopers Hawk today and sat at the bar where they have happy hour from 3 to 6. To say we had a good time would be an understatement. Our bartender, Ally, was terrific and introduced us to the Wine Club (which we joined). I had the Reisling which was very good. We also had two appetizers (the potstickers which were amazing and carne asada flatbread which was good). We the. Shared an entree of the Pistachio Crusted Grouper which was delectable and amazing. Living in South Florida, I eat a lot of grouper and this was the BEST! Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to our next visit!

It would be different if this was the first time, but two times its been a nightmare. Last night I spent about 20 minutes with back and fourth about how I have an onion intolerance and not allergy but they insisted on everything that I couldn't eat including from the manager. She explained they would do seasoned mushrooms, plain steak and mashed potatoes since apparently everything is premade and has onions in it. So they bring out a dish with over cooked steaks and a vegetable medley covered in onions. I watched everyone else eat while they remade the dish. Still never got my sauce and then obviously the waiter didnt want to come back to our table because we were there an additional half an hour just waiting to close things out. No took accountability for anything until the very end. A free meal barley covers the stress. We turned down a free meal with a return visit, that will never happen. Same instance happened 2 years ago.

I am a member of the wine club for over 2 years my wine tasting experience is always great, Darlene is such a pleasure, she makes the experience wonderful. Tonight Friday April 19 was not such a good experience with the reservation desk . We put our name for a table , first available, we got sat outside. The table was in an area where the sun was hitting us , I asked the hostess Stacey if should could change our table since there was one in the shade, she told me no because it was reserved . She didn’t even try was very rude and unprofessional. The table was never used that was in the shade . She needs customer service classes at best. Mathew the server was great. Wonderful birthday dinner with my family. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine & food. I had the masters flight, all of the wines were delicious & generously poured! The medallions were to die for. We had the charcuterie board & tostadas as an app - excellent. We came in around 6 on a Friday and the place was PACKED by the time we left. I’d go at an off peak time to truly enjoy!

We sat at the bar and it was the best decision of the night. Dorothy was fantastic and made sure our delicious Raspberry Lemonade was never empty. Her recommendation of the Asian Slaw to go with my Turkey burger was inspired. That was the best coleslaw I have ever had! Pleasantly surprised! Even tho the place was jammed pack our service was great. This was our first time and will definitely be back because we were so impressed. We joined to wine club which has great perks. The food was Delicious- we had the drunken shrimp, sashimi tuna, pork belly tostados, grouper, scallops, Churassco and the ginger soy NY strip. I am part of the wine club. I try to go once a month with my daughter's. The service is good. The menu is large. I have had food I enjoyed and food I do not like. Coopers also has wine and food pairing events. I've taken my daughter's a couple times. We enjoy these events. I like sitting at the bar. During the week they have a decent HH. The wine tasting is cool too gets to busy in there at times. All and all it's a cool spot for our local town.

We were a party of eight with reservations so we were seated quickly, it was a busy Saturday night so waiting on the food was understandable but this place took much longer than average. The wine, food, and deserts were very good, however, I did have to send my NY strip back because they cooked it well done instead of medium like I asked, also, the music was so loud that our party could barely hear each other, in fact the volume in the entire place was crazy because everyone was try to talk over the music and it became very uncomfortable after a while... we won't be back anytime soon

I took my mom and aunt to this restaurant. The food at Cooper's Hawk is exceptional. We had the Mexican Drunken Shrimp, shrimp wrapped in bacon served with guacamole. We also ordered the house-made egg rolls for appetizers. Both were delicious. My sister ordered lobster and crab bisque soup which was exceptional. The crab cakes were full of crab meat. The scallop and shrimp risotto was scrumptious. They have their own winery and the wines are phenomenal. Micheal our waiter was very entertaining, knowledgeable and courteous. We had a wonderful dining experience.

I came here last night with my family to celebrate birthdays and father's day. Granted, we were a party of 13 and it was busy, they should be prepared for this and trained for this. We had a reservation at 7:00 and they made us wait 20 minutes to be sat. We had to stand up and wait in a noisy bar area, even with a reservation. We did not receive drinks water or bread until 7:40. It was a very noisy place, and the wait staff was very slow. I felt packed in like a sardine so they could get more tables in there. I have a dairy allergy and read many good reviews at other locations about the wait staff being highly trained for recommendations. My waitress gave me an allergen menu and told me to pick something (there were about 3 regular options and 2 vegan options for me). For an appetizer I ordered the Chicken Potstickers which were very good and I ended up ordering was some pasta dish that was bland and flavorless and thrown together (because they were busy and couldn't handle it). I was not impressed at all and very uncomfortable here, I will not be back.

First impression this place is beautiful, as a wine person it was a piece of heaven. The hostess with the short hair was kind of rude, no acknowledgement when I walked in or when I said thank you... sat at the bar and had great service. When my table was ready Samantha was amazing! Food - 5 stars, service - 1 star Everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was completely unaware that 2 people sat down after the original 1 was served a drink. We never even got asked if we wanted a drink. He left a table full of dishes from appetizers on the table. The food arrived and the person delivering the food asked who had what food. I replied "It doesn't matter since there is no where to put it on the table." The waiter just stood there. Place is way too expensive for bad service.

The food was fairly ok. However I ordered Jambalaya. It did not have the sausage. When I inquired as to why .I was told by one of the servers that the manager on duty said that the sausage was grounded up so finely that you could not see it. Enjoyed this restaurant very much. The menu had a a lot to choose from, something for everyone in our party. The decor is nice and the service people were great. Reasonably priced menu as well. They were super busy and seem to stay busy because I always see the place jammed with people. I guess if you love wine tasting it’s the cherry on top because they also have a winery and a plethora of wines to taste and select from. I would definitely give it another go. Meatball appetizers are a must!!!!

UPDATE 5 DAYS LATER, STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY .....I have taken the time to send them an email to the corporate office but yet they seem that customer service doesn't apply to them as a company. The service is incredibly slow, since its a winery, the tasting room staff don't really know what they are pouring, I ask the guy where the pinot came from and ask more details, he said and I quote " this is our award winning Pinot" flicked his heal and skipped away, I also forgot to mention it took me 10 minute of me walking in and standing in the tasting room AT the bar, before someone even said hello, they also waiting 5-10 minute to even come over and pour the next glass in the tasting flight....... pretty poor id say

Everything in this place is delicious well besides the jambalaya which wasn’t good but overall the staff is great from the times we’ve been there. We’ve taken a couple of friends every time and they love it. The food is always very fresh and savory, never had a complaint. Just make sure to make reservations on time or get there early as the wait time can be long. I personally think it’s worth it and hope to be coming back for my birthday in April!!!

This is my favorite restaurant! The food is so delicious and the staff and atmosphere is top notch. The wine and cocktails are also very tasty! I also love that this restaurant is in the Promenade so there are all sorts of nice shops within walking distance. I frequent the Pembroke Pines location, but this one is closer to me. Let’s just say I will gladly take the drive to Pembroke Pines. My boyfriend and I walked in, no greeting nor any acknowledgment of any sort for almost a good 10-15 minutes. Once we were finally acknowledged, the people who attended to us were very cold. Took them forever to get us more samples, as my boyfriend is a part of their wine club. I could go on and on. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

We are wine club members and went last night for a tasting and dinner. Let me tell you that Darlene in the tasting room was AMAZING! She is super friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. She was able to seamlessly suggest options for us and the woman next to us based on what we liked/didn’t like on the tasting menu. Dinner was great too, quick service and good food! I made a reservation and waited less than 5 mins for my table to be ready. Me and my friends had a wonderful time. We bought a bottle of wine Romance Red and it was so delicious. The only bug about this place is we spent $22 on a bottle of wine inside the restaurant but it only cast $14 on their wine shop. Not sure why is that? Is it because we’re using your wine glass and we had a wait onto serve it to us? I’d really like to know. The food was wonderful. I will be back next month for sure. Thank you.

Parking is awful during peak periods. Food is ok. Went for business dinner. Nothing creative or inventive or particularly good was served. Standard fare for moderately to high priced steak house. Presentation was poorly set up. AV equipment was inadequate, not sure if that was sponsor or venue.

I had lunch here which was my first visit. If you are into wine your experience may be different than me. The place looks very nice. Unfortunately the food is pretty ordinary and prices are high relative to what you are getting. They specialize in a wine club, wine store within the restaurant. This is pretty unique and I think that is the reason its so popular. The food was not bad, it just was overpriced for what it was.

First time visitng this location. Midweek. The aim was to have a great dinner and mini wine tasting. Checked in for dinner. 25 minute wait time to dine. We went to the wine tasting bar and had a lovely chardonnay and a fabulous pinot noir. I must say both were superb. Actually had 2 glasses each while waiting to be seated. The staff at the wine bar were very knowledgeable. Dinner... maui shrimp a total travesty. The shimp was overcooked the smell. Burnt the coating used indicated it was overcooked and obviously the oil used to fry was old and dirty and also used to fry other foods. The manger Jamie explained its an item on the menu u either love or hate. Why would such an item be included in any menu. In all fairness she did change the shrimp to grilled and performed great service recovery by comping my dinner. I declined. The other meal ordered was pasta and chicken. It was ok. The 3 stars represent great service recovery, excellent wines at the perfect temperature and a knowledgeble wine bar staff.

Wow I'm really surprised the place is popular. The food is absolutely terrible. We were a table of 7 people. The barramundi previously Frozen, underseasoned, bland sauce, small portion basically tasteless. Another bad meal was actually one of the most expensive one on the menu. The fillet mignon which I ordered medium rare came out well done, burnt and no salt whatsoever. The fries that came with it were soggy and cold. Seems like there is no head chef and they just hire whoever. For the asked price I'd expect very high level of food. Which here you get the lowest.
