Indian River Red is a full flavored wine, quite enjoyable.

Linda

Great wine, beautiful setting. Very reasonable prices. Friendly people!

Deshaun Bayne

It was a nice experience. They have a small free self guided tour and then $5 dollar wine tasting which me and my wife enjoyed. Though I would have loved to get a tour of the vineyards itself.

Jim McElheny

Good wine, tastings. Sunday afternoon farmers/craft market Nice place to visit if in the Rehobeth DE area.

Cody Burkett

As someone who works in a winery tasting room myself, I was deeply dissapointed in the level of professionalism and service with the two folks who worked the tasting room, as they treated myself and two other visitors to the winery poorly on the day after Thanksgiving--even those visitors commented on it later to me in the parking lot. It honestly seemed as if they did not wish to be there. That being said, I did find the museum on site to be a nice touch. The House red is an interesting Bordeaux-style blend that you should try if you go.

Barb Landis

Stopped in at 4:38pm and was told tasting finished at 4:30pm even though they are open until 5pm.

This winery was awesome! There is a tour of their history as well as wine facts. The tasting room was nice and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The wines were great as well. I would definitely recommend!!

Stephen Wilke

Great wine, though it gets very busy and they are ill prepared for a huge crowd. They definitely make the best of it with their interesting set-up though, but don't expect to step in for a tasting last minute. Get there at least an hour and a half before close to guarantee a spot.

Steven Olsen

Scott Lorah

Very nice place and you can't beat the wine tasting

We are visiting from MN and looked for something casual to do. We stumbled upon this place and were delighted by the scenery and the tiny tour. It's straight forward and was a nice activity for us as a couple. It was very inexpensive to sample 6 of the 12 varieties of wine ($5) that we found very tasty.

RaJe Jo

Great place! Awesome atmosphere and the tasting was only $5 for 6 wines! Our wine guide, a professional bartender for decades, was extremely personable and clearly enjoys his job. Take the self-guided tour for the winery history and walk the grounds. An all-around wonderful place.

MM Harmon

Take some time and drive up to Nassau Valley Winery for the tasting and tour. We really enjoyed the wines, and Maryann was very helpful and knowledgeable both about the wines and about the area and its history. The tasting was $6 for 6 samples and you get to keep the glass. We ended up buying a few bottles to take home. They have a good variety of styles, from dry chardonnays to sweet fruit wines and everything in between, including a great chambourcin. Make -sure- you try the French-style Rose'! It was the highlight of our visit.

Free self guided tour and a $5 tasting!!

Ashley James

Really pleasantly surprised how great the wine was, plus the location is very authentic, like a museum and winery combo, as well as a really sweet wedding location. There was a sommelier who was very knowledgeable and our tasting was super enjoyable, laid back, low key. Also, the grounds are really well kept, the whole thing is like a secret getaway.

Tom Rogers

Beautiful place!

Cindy Woloszyn

Teena Stout

Great tour. Farmer's market on Sundays in the summer is wonderful. Excellent wines

iliad fastness

At the time of our visit, my wife and I were the only two people there. The staff was visibly preoccupied and harried by an event that was to occur several hours later. Our sommelier seemed to recite our selections by rote and made the best of the incessant distractions. Even though I'm not a wine connoisseur, I didn't appreciate having the dregs poured into my glass because she wanted to "kill the bottle". Expect no walking tour of vineyard and facilities as this is a self-guided tour through some dark tunnel-like wine cellar simulacrum timeline which emeges in their rustic store. At least we got to take home our memento wine glasses.

Jason Andrews

Treated poorly and asked to leave because of our kids who were well behaved. Will never return

Ryan Gursky

Wine OK, not great. Charge is $7 for tasting - a bit salty considering some of the PA wine tastings. Service was OK, again not great. Did walk out with some wine which was good but didn't feel appreciated as a customer.

Brian Davis

Beautiful grounds, fun little "self-guided tour" with wine history and trivia. The wine was about what you'd expect from this region. The best example of its varietal was the unoaked Chardonnay. Definitely worth a visit for an enjoyable jaunt!

Debra Berke

Great wines, nice atmosphere, cute gift shop

Susan Reimer

Love the wines, I was there for a wedding, the place was wonderfully rustic, awesomely freindly and just beautiful

Randi Miller

The Sunday Farmers Market is such a treasure! Plenty of parking, a great variety of vendors, a beautiful shady venue and awesome live music. Had a wine tasting experience as well and Cathy was informative and incredibly helpful.

Daniel Crouser

I'm not a huge wine fan, but this place is great. The grounds are beautiful, the tour was fun and informative, and everything I sampled was delicious. So delicious that I decided to pick up a few bottles for home, and some to bring to Christmas dinner.

Joseph Daigle

Good wine, superior location to hold events because of it's central location and excellent service.

Amanda Lebeau

I didn't love the wines but owner was very nice

Chris Palmer

Beautiful vineyard with very hospitable people. Will go back every time I'm in the area!!

Family Giersbach

Terrible service, the lady who was at the door was mean bc we were 12, (no kidding the place was not busy) asking mean and in a bad mood if we did’t have reservation terrible welcome, having family and friends coming from MX and NJ :( and when we where leaving she made a comment about what I said..... hope the owner can see this

Movie TV Tech Geeks News

Being close to Rehoboth Beach, I thought this place would be top of the world quality with wines but the tasting room staff just left us wanting. Simple questions about the wines were met with seeming confusion. The person actually just said they know white wine because it's yellowish colored. That says enough right there. There's room for some good competition to come in as this area is a great place for a winery that cares.

J min

The lady with the pretty French name here knows her wine. My husband and I have different tastes and we were attempting our first bottle together. After missing the tasting we merely described what we were looking for and she hit the nail on the head of the bottle. We both loved it. He prefers "really sweet" and I "not too sweet" , but the bottle was perfect for us both. It was the right balance in sweetness with an underlying strength in dryness. We enjoy a little glass nightly. Perfect for our homestays.

Robin Lee

Peggy is phenomenal and the scenery is gorgeous. The wine is the best around!

Kim Pierce

Great museum and art gallery...good wine too!

Joshua Morin

Robert Tanskey

Make sure you get there 45 minutes before closing. Got there at 4:15 and no tastings.

Thomas Boyd

A quaint repose to explore the history of wine and taste a few delicious samples. We enjoyed spending some time here speaking with the staff as we tasted samples of wines.

Kathy Sides

Karen Keites

first time here..it was a good time..i found a wine i like!! my boyfriend and i will go back..nice fun people working there!!

Judy Smith

We came here for the farmers market and decided to go for the wine tasting. They were busy on a Sunday afternoon and we had to wait. You get to pick what you would like to try and the server was very informative. What a gem in our own back yard. I found the wine really good; we purchased the Delaware White, which was all our favorite...we prefer white. Oh, I forgot to mention they give you actual glass wine glasses with their logo on it which you get to keep. So you get a souvenir to boot! The glass is a little smaller than a standard size wine glass, but very nice touch!

Kelley

Short Self guided tour, great tasting area and friendly staff, good wine's
