I was followed around the store by management. They never asked if i needed help. I finally got someone to come help me... I was going to spend 300$ on a bottle for my brother's wedding... I went back a few days later to look at the bottle of blue label... Turns out they took all 6 bottles off of the shelves. It's sad that in 2018 a store would do that to someone of color... But what else can i expect?

They have the greatest breadth of selection of all alcohols under one roof I ever seen. Employees are helpful, and a little thing they do well that not many others do: they credit you for every 5 cent can/bottle you return without the hassle of proving they sell the item, or making you separate each category. It very much works to their advantage because they know you will take that $1.10 receipt and bring it to the cash register with your next bottle of red or local craft 6-pack-o-eer.

Asked my partner for ID who was not buying any alcohol. He left it at home. After an hr of shopping they refused to sell ME a CART FULL OF ITEMS because my partner didn't have his ID. He doesn't even drink. They also told me we couldn't put our selection on hold to go home and get his ID. We had to wait 24 hrs. Their reasoning-because I might be buying him alcohol when he's not of age. Meanwhile I witnessed a bunch of clearly underaged kids running around the store waiting on mommy and daddy. You guys going to ask them for ID too? I couldn't help but think we were being given a hard time on purpose. Really? The 24 hour rule. Embarrassed we left.. And I won't be going back.

Total Wine is easily the best selection for those willing to go to the plaza. Go here if you want to get cases of good wine, a certain microbrew that you heard of, or some good burbon, or tequila, etc... If you're just looking for a quick 6-pack, nip, or bottle of wine, you're probably better off going to the local... because support local business.

This place has quite the wine selection. We ran in looking to pick up a bottle of champagne and ended up getting some beer too. I was impressed with the fact that they had a representative from a winery doing a sample wine tasting while we were there. Total Wine also has a cool selection of drink ware. My only critique is that I don't think they have a very high turnover rate on some of their beers because both of the types we bought seemed less fresh than usual.

National chain. This is the only place I go for beer, wine, spirits, and cigars. (Juice and soda mixers you can buy at a grocery store, but they also have a great selection of unique mixers like ginger beer). Simply put, they have the best prices, best selection, and most knowledgeable staff. People in the store care about and know about what they are selling. Each store is clean, well laid out, easy to navigate. On top of it all, they do both smaller free tastings and planned, themed, paid (Like $5) tastings (very well attended, buy tickets in advance). Every store across the country I have visited is as good as the next, across the board.

Total Wine is basically Toys-R-Us for adults. Incredible selection, occasional promotional samples, and quite good prices. The staff is also great and very helpful when navigating the sea of variety, whether you're looking for something specific or a recommendation for something new. There's even a humidity controlled cigar room if you want to partake of fine smokeables.

Arrived to pick up and were informed they canceled the order, their inventory was damaged. This is BS customer treatment and woefully inadequate inventory management. Absolutely great selection at Total Wine, and the prices are even better. The staff is knowledgeable and you can find their recommendations on every shelf. I especially like how the craft beer is organized by state or region, It makes it easy to find a new local favorite. They have weekly tasting events, be it wine or beer. The only real negative is that the refrigerated section is tiny, which mean some of us impatient imbibers have to wait 30 whole minutes to refrigerate ourselves (scandalous). 7/10 great prices for both skimping sippers or chintzy chuggers

The best selection anywhere nearby with the best prices. Do they have every single random IPA and specialty brew you're looking for? Not necessarily but they have a wealth of available options at rock bottom prices and the staff has ALWAYS been amazingly (go out of their way) helpful (as it should be). Never a bad experience, always an adult shopping spree but the one-stop-shop you're looking for in this arena. The only downfall is the location does not offer the easiest of parking. That whole plaza is soon going under a revitalizing renovation and re-engineering program which hopefully will correct the layout from a traffic perspective as that was never thought-out well to begin with.

So much to choose from. They have a great selection of just about every kind of alcohol. This is one of the few places where I can find creme d'violette. They always seem to have at least one, if not two, tastings going on. The prices are pretty good as well. There have been a few times I couldn't find what I was looking for, but I always find something to buy. Hard to just get in and get out though as there is always something new and interesting.

I visited this store quite often and never had a problem. Well, my husband and I visited it recently and I was about to purchase some Prosecco and the cashier asked for my id, fine no problem. Then she asked my husband for his and he wasn't purchasing ANYTHING!! My husband has been in the store with me on numerous occasions and that has NEVER happened to us. Well, needless to say I did not make a purchase and we will NOT be visiting the store or any of the other locations from that day forward.
