I have never heard of buy backs for wine, liquor, or any other alcohols you bought and didn't sell. The previous review is ridiculous and she should be ashamed to hurt a company like this. Just awful.

My first year doing business with this company as a seasonal restaurant on Cape Cod. Company refuses to do an end of season pickup on unsold wine. Unheard of in 19 years of business. Salesman doesn’t respond to texts and main office will not return calls - goes to VM every time. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
