This winery is really good, the staff is super nice and it is family friendly which was important for us

Amanda Shearer

This place is wonderful. I wasn't expecting such a great variety of drier, bold reds - they even have their own Malbec :) I LOVED everything I tried, and even had a bunch shipped home. (I'm sure I will be ordering more in the future!) And not only was the wine great - but the folks who work here are super friendly as well. They even called us a week after our visit and reimbursed us when they saw our discount on a case was not correctly applied. Good wine, good people - highly recommend!

There is something to be said about Snowy Peaks Winery located in the beautifully majestic area of Estes Park. The wines we enjoyed on our tasting we incredible and the host was very informative and knowledgeble about each process to making each wine. They have a variety of different wines to adjust to each preference. By far the best service and wine you will find in Colorado.

Mark Reeves

Wine tasting at a price but had live entertainment outside and a bottle of albarino

JumpinJimmy

Affordable wine tasting prices with a very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and relaxing environment. The wine is also good to taste :)

Recently did another wine tasting with my husband. The last visit was maybe 6-7 years ago. The price has increased a bit ($8 per person from $3 years ago), and most of the wine is a little too expensive for me to justify to myself ($20+, and some are small bottles) unless it's particularly good. However, they do seem to make very good wines, and in house! I really liked the semi-sweet reisling, and we came away with a bottle of honey mead metheglin that tastes so mellow and soft. The gentleman who lead the wine tasting was attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure. Crackers provided, and chocolate with some of the wine tasting.

Fun place for both kids and adults. Good win and real nice people

Lyra Bree Hewitt

Jeff Sis

Impressive selection of local, Award winning wines.

DJ Eshelman

Taste wines for cheap. Honestly, does more need to be said?

Tammie Lynch

We stopped to enjoy some wine and ended up going back a second time! Wonderful staff and a mice atmosphere too! The sangria is delicious.

Justin Rollheiser

Great place to have a quick tasting. Low-key, mountain vibe. As others have mentioned, they have a small play area for the kids right off the main tasting area with toys, puzzles, etc. We tried most of their wines during our week in Estes, and they were all very good. We also took a couple bottles home with us. They have lots of wine-themed gifts and apparel available as well. I would highly recommend.

Anthony Johnston

Wines are mostly dry varieties. Staff is friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. Tasting is $5 per person for 5 samples. Free public parking lot across the street.

My husband and stopped by while looking for something to do on our vacation. I had never been to a winery before, but had been to plenty of breweries. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was inviting and cosy. We did some Christmas shopping there for our mother who loves wine. We ended up having a tasting, leaving to grab some lunch, and coming back for a couple more glasses of wine. Fantastic place, can't wait to come back!

We went there 2/17/18 between 3:30 and 4:30. It was taking very long before anyone helped us, and we still never got service. Long story short, while still waiting, I was stepped on by an employee, on my foot that I recently had surgery on. (Out of instincts of pain I pushed her off my foot), and I feel horrible for doing that and I didn't mean to, it was just pain instincts. So to that young female (looked like she was in her mid 20's) I am so sorry and please forgive me. About 5 min later, she came outside, (where my husband took me reach to their outside table and chairs so that I could sit down), and asked if she can get anything for me. (While in tears crying because of the foot pain from her stepping on my surgery foot), I said: No thanks. She was shaky and we could tell she felt very bad for what she did to me. And she said: I am so sorry. In tears while getting on my husbands back as he had to carry me to the car..... ....I told her: It's ok it was accidental but thank you. We are in town for our honeymoon, and because of the employee hurting my surgery foot, the rest of our day is now canceled. Are are not from here, and love Estes Park.

Bethany Johnson

Really cute little winery with a good selection of local wines. Also has a nice wine themed gift shop.

Brad Medlock

Clean place but a little pricey, they charge for tasting!

Darcy Estavillo

Wonderfully priced, great service and selection. Friendly environment and I learned much about wine. A very pleasant experience.

Matt Groves

Madeline Green

Ryan Kepley

Plenty of different fruit wines so everyone can find something that suits them!

The wine is excellent! Price is fair. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. But the service makes this place. Will be apart of our trip every year.

Travis Gaines

Took the whole family. They have a place for kids to hang out and play. The whole family really enjoyed this stop.

Ray Klein

Very knowledgeable, took time to educate us

Neil Leckman

OK, so there's a story here someplace... We went here for a wine tasting which is what everyone else did too. Accept we asked what locals do for fun. The woman who served us suggested we go up to the Stanley because a Ghost Hunter crew was up there doing a tour. So we went up there and met a lot of very cool people. Zombie consultants for the Walking Dead was one. We stayed that time at Silver Moon. It was a fantastic visit to your town. There's a story about meeting Johnny Depp's uncle who was painting on the riverwalk.

Willy Morse

Stopped in on a whim, and glad we did! The gentleman behind the tasting counter was very friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. Also, Thanks for acknowledging the fire services across the state! I'll definately be back!

Jeff Lentz

Ben Petersen

Great little winery, personally I loved their Petite Sirah and White Table wine, but didn't think their Rhone varietal had enough depth or character like the ones from Cali do

Victor Mann

Great price and a wonderful experience provided by the employees!

Steven Wriggley

Particularly good experience, excellent flavours and body. Will be back!

Lorrie Gilmer

Such an awesome little winery. I did the tasting, which was $8 for 5 tastes and ended up purchasing a few bottles. The staff is so friendly and they really know their wine. I would definitely return, to get more of their delicious wines. You won't be disappointed

Ariel Stein

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and prices were really splendid for the quality of product.

Ray Lackey

my wife and i visited for our 25th anniversary, was a fun experience learned alot, it is a three hour drive for us and we are going back for our 26th this anniversary this month

Sara Fischer

Very nice, well crafted wine. Tasting is good. Great Colorado wine.

Justin Wirth

Not a personable experience. Rushed through the tasting with no explanation of wines OR recommendations. Poor explanation of wines on the tasting sheet. Wines and atmosphere were fine, but the tasting experience is definitely subpar.

Yanni Reviews

Owners are great. Great place. The Wine is amazing! The prices are ok and well suited for local wine. They even have something for the kids which is nice. Wonderful experience all around!

Lauren Steffen

Had an amazing experience and bought six bottles of wine! Nancy was wonderful and so attentive and provided great conversation. We’re from Kansas City and will be back again!

James Jerger

Great atmosphere, very knowledgeable and entertaining staff. Can't wait to come back next year.

Emily Kubovic

The wine was great, the service was mediocre. We sat out on the patio and had to go back inside to the bar if we wanted anything additional. I wasn’t a fan of paying $8 for 5 different 1 oz pours... if the tasting was free (like they are for most wineries) I almost certainly would have bought a bottle to go home with.

Chase Carlton

Jonathan Michael

Great wines and atmosphere! A perfect place to get your wine fix not far from downtown, they know what they're talking about and what they're doing. Their Syrah and Roussanne were my two favorites and the views that go with the wine are pretty great! Oh, btw, their very reasonably priced!

Kim Archuletta

This place is a little hidden gem, but glad we found it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cute & quaint.

Christopher Scott

Great wine tasting, cozy atmosphere.

This is one of the reasons we enjoy Estes Park.

Bought a lovely Riesling semi sweet here

Shawn Lewis

Great wines and perfect atmosphere to sit and enjoy good conversation with friends.

JD Greer

One of my favorite spots in Estes Park. We came here for the first time two years ago and on our return to Estes Park we had to visit again. One big appeal for us is the attached kid's play area. Our 4 y.o. daughter was able to play while my wife and I did a tasting within eyesight of her. Afterwards we bought a couple bottles to take home. We were getting ready to leave when the rain started coming down outside. We settled into the couch in the adjoining room and played SORRY! until the rain let up. Great spot to escape the afternoon showers and very accommodating to families.

Cameron Zahedi

Very nice place and the wine was quite good! We liked their whites better than their reds, and bought a bottle of Gewurtzaminer and a Riesling to take home.

Casey Lee

The winery is just outside the main drag of downtown, but not too out of the way that it is isolated. Adds a bit of a different atmosphere if it wasn't for being next to a main trafficked street. The wines all vary in unique experiences, even within their own palates. And a tasting flights tend to be reasonably priced and generous pours. If one enjoys wine, it's a good place to visit while you're in Estes.

Sean Haggerty

The Malbec and eleve are amazing. Liked a lot of their wines

Jasmin Perez

The wine flavored popcorn is absolutely amazing!

Vicki Carney

A wonderful place for wine and friendly conversation. A real plus for Estes! We enjoy it every time we go!

Kass Kohrmann

A unique spot to kick back and enjoy some wine! We love Estes Park, but so much of it has gotten touristy and thus you see the same thing over and over. Not so with Snowy Peaks! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, even if you aren't! The lounge was comfy and offered a nice view, depending on where you sit. The patio would have been awesome, but it was raining. In addition to the many award winning wines they have for tasting and sale, they also had some fun cheese, sausages and other nibbles to go with it. Snowy Peaks was also very family friendly, with a cider list for the kids (and adults!) and a changing table in the bathroom. We don't know much about wine, but we learned a lot in this friendly and fun Estes Park gem!

McKendrey McGown

Informative and fun wine tasting! Followed by an afternoon of sipping wine and playing the games provided! Great atmosphere, fun times to be had!

Amy Doane

Amazing winery with so much to choose from. The service was phenomenal!! Every wine I tried was great! Can't say enough good things. Next time we are in Estes Park we will definitely be back.

Tiffany Archambault

Very nice setting. And a good assortment of wines.

Joel Wright

Brian Binder

Great spot. Got some tastings and 2 bottles to go. Reasonably priced and if you like dry reds the Shiraz is beautiful.

Dalton Dovel

Amazing place the staff is welcoming and friendly. Although the wine options they have available are truly the stars of the show. Did a five wine tasting and every one of them was delicious. Ended up purchasing 4 bottles to take home with me and it was worth it

Joel Andrew

awesome place, very friendly.

Good wine, good service. Only thing missing is a great view. Very family friendly so it keeps a 5 star rating. Must try the Shirah wine, very smooth and great taste!

Passing through Estes Park for one night only on our road trip, this was the perfect stop for us (traveling with my mother in law, wife, and two daughters (ages 7 and 3)). The adults enjoyed the affordable wine tasting and shopping while the "No Whining Room" was a big with the girls! Plenty of toys, books, and coloring to keep them entertained after too much time in the car! They even got to enjoy a complimentary juice/cider tasting. It was a big hit with them! I am not wine expert to give an honest review of the wines that we sampled, but the hospitality was first rate. Not only did we to sample wine within sight and sound of our entertained children, but we got plenty of background knowledge of each wine we sampled. I was also able to share in conversation with the owner who was serving us my travel plans for the next few days and she gave me a few tips and recommendations for my drive through Rocky Mountain National Park that were honestly spot on and and very helpful for fine tuning my trip to meet hiking abilities , interest, and attention span of my travel companions. Great pride in her business and in her town! My only complaint, is that I didn't see a "No Whining Room" sign that would have been a perfect photo op to commemorate our visit to the tasting room.

We happened to stop by on a whim and we are glad we did. Ruth was amazing, her recommendations were spot on and she even hooked us up with a little tour of the downstairs. Highly highly recommend and A+ to Ruth - you go Glenn Coco.

Bob Swihart

William Cole

Was staying in the area on a weekend getaway and, being wine lovers, stopped in. Nancy was great with recommendations and explainations during our wine tasting. We bought a half a case to take home with us. Many of the wines were a bit of a hit-or-miss with us, but we really enjoyed the Eleva which is a blend.

Carol Alexander

Delicious wine, very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Will definitely be back!

Hillbilly Conservatory

Wonderful winery in town. Shipped to my home out of state and everything went perfectly. Very reasonable pricing, with kind and knowledgeable staff. I only had reds, mostly dry ones, and enjoyed them very much.

James Hein

Huge selection of wines from Colorado grapes. Enjoyed 3 different flight tastings. Walked out with 6 favorites.

Tyler Miller

A great and friendly staff and an even better selection of local wines
