Ruth was lovely and made the experience personal. The wine is very good, especially the "Nectar of the Ancients". Don't be afraid of the cute doggies!

Beautiful vineyard and house. No complaints on wine quality or pricing. Unfortunately, our wine tasting experience with Ruth was less than acceptable. Although she readily and completely answered our wine related questions, her responses came across as snippy and slightly condescending. Her tone and demeanor seemed to imply "I already told you that" or "You should know that already" at the end of each or her responses. I can't imagine her operating a successful vineyard and treating all of her customers in this manner, and the other posts reflect otherwise as well. She possibly was just having a bad day, but we won't be back.

We met Guy at the Mancos beer festival in August, and we have been been talking about his wine ever since. We had the Lil' Mischief, it was amazing. We live it Utah, where we can't get the wine, but our next trip to Cortez we will be buying some!

Wonderful meeting Guy and enjoying his zeal for winemaking. His place is remote, set on way more land than he needs to grow his grapes. But by far the best part of the experience is sitting at home enjoying a bottle of his excellent wines (we bought several.) Thanks so much, Guy. We'll be back.

Guy drew was just not a nice person. Very rude and had very vulgar language. Make sure to look at the tiny letters at the bottom of the sign that's covered by bushes before you go to see the time open or he will yell at you for trespassing. Will never go back again. Unpleasant experience.
