The little lady brought me here for a birthday wine/food paring. Won't bother trying to explain what all the courses were, but I will say they were each delicious. Great place for Russian River Valley Pinot, chardonnays, and cooler variatals. Worth a visit if you're in the Russian River area.

Totally loved the vino. Joined the club. Pinots were amazing; different from each other with great body, aromas, complimenting flavors. Had with the deboned wings and squash dishes. Paired perfectly.

Great winery restaurant to visit. Many of the vegetable dishes are home grown. We felt the restaurant was outstanding with delicious Light mostly vegetable options creatively assembled and delicious. The wines run a spectrum of locally sourced varietals especially with the Pinot noir. All were good nice and good but we found the Dijon 777 to be the most delightful. Seating outside is lovely with plentiful tables, an outdoor Adobe type oven and lovely views of the country side with vintage cars scattered about. A visit here is a memorable experience wonderfully building a beautiful representative memory. Lisa, the director, is kind, friendly and engaging. She did a great job explaining her offerings and matching them to our preferences. Think of coming here to enjoy the food and a nice peaceful moment as much as tasting the wines.

We were told there were no reservations needed and it was advertised on the website that none were needed (can provide screenshots for reference) and after a 20 minute Uber there were denied service. Rude staff. Plus wine isn’t good (really just went for event), so don’t waste your time here.

This is one of the most beautiful places to visit in the Russian River Valley! Great wine, great views and wonderful people. Just a heads up though, they are not currently serving lunch, brunch or dinner. You can however get a Cheese board, Deli board or a Mediterranean board and make a lunch out of these items. I highly recommended this spot!

Great experience here! I came here with a. group of 40, and the staff here did a great job accommodating us. We had a huge outside seating area and we were able to play bags, which was a nice touch! The weather was great and the vineyard was beautiful. And the wine was great too! I would definitely go back.

The setting and ambiance is wonderful. The meal was very disappointing. My wife and I both had the strip loin, two measly pieces of meat with a few small vegetables. Had the meat been outstanding it might of compensated. It was run of the mill. A mediocre experience that left my wife and I both hungry.

Fantastic burrata and some other tasty snacks. Very good wine, especially the Pinot Noirs. The Estate Grown was my favorite. The Burke Vineyard was cool, too -- tasted like the inside of a cigar box, in a good way. The Chester Zinfandel tasted like berry jam. The Gewurtztraminer was summery and refreshing, very lightly herbal with a hint of lychee and peach. The environment is lovely: picnic tables with succulents and umbrellas in a shaded garden overlooking a vineyard. Service is friendly, prompt, talkative and helpful.

A great location with wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. As expected from the Russian River Valley the pinots were on point and we settled on a bottle from the Horseridge vineyard to take home. We showed up planning on having lunch at the restaurant. We hadn't made reservations, so it was gonna be a hour long wait so we opted for just the wine tasting ($15 a person). However they did sell food platters along with the wine tastings. We had a "farm" platter, which was just perfect. One of the better tasting experiences we've had. I liked the place because it did not feel too cheeky but it is definitely not a tourist trap either. The outdoor seating in early September on a Sunday, with live music, great wine, and good food, what else do you need?

Thanks to RRV Winery for insisting I pay $25 to taste wine while standing at an outside bar made of old pallets and wine barrels in 94 degree heat when there were five empty park picnic tables waiting nearby. I arrived at 1:30PM on a Saturday and three tables had small groups. I wanted to taste RRV wine and possible purchase. Thank you RRV Winery! I found Benovia Winery 15 minutes away and had a great Russian River Valley AVA experience, a knowledgeably guided tasting ... and I bought 6 bottles of great wine. Avoid the RRV Winery tourist trap, the Fisherman's Wharf of Russian River Valley AVA.

My wife and I met two other couples there last March. We had a great dinner, decent wine and great service by Rachel. The grounds are beautiful and we had a very good time. One of the couples decided to join their wine club that night. We all were offered a discount which encouraged us to purchase a lot of wine to bring home. I believe we spent over $600 that evening. The 3rd couple paid in cash, I used a credit card. All is good we left very happy and planned to return whenever we were in town which is usually twice a year. A couple months go by and I get a mysterious $84 charge on my credit card from RRV so I inquired and found that the couple that had joined the wine club decided to cancel their membership. They still had my credit card on file for some reason so they decided to penalize me for the wine that me and my wife and the 3rd couple purchased that night. I can understand penalizing the couple that joined and then canceled the wine club and I understand that they did, but to penalize me for my purchase and for the 3rd couples purchase without notice is wrong. One of the bottles we brought home to Phoenix was "corked" (a cork fungus that ruins the wine) and we never as much as mentioned it, figured it was discounted, why bother. Together we all spent a lot of money there that night and I'm sure it was profitable for them. I am in the restaurant business myself and would never in a million years do something like that to my customers. They may have lost a little profit that evening but they also lost lifetime customers as well. Bad move.

Couldn't get a table at Cork's though, was asked to wait half an hour, so we went for a tasting in the yard and came back and was asked to wait another forty minutes. Shame Cork's doesn't have a separate page for reviews and dragged down RRV.

Horrible service from staff who seem like they hate their jobs. As a wine member, expect zero service or communication, and emails that go completely unanswered and ignored. In a region with so many beautiful vineyards and great wines, Russian river vineyards fails to stand out with lackluster service and apathy.

What an excellent find! Since I LOVE Pinot Noirs from the Russian River Valley, I just picked this place off of the map because of the name. Of course I didn't tell my friends that, and took credit for picking such an excellent vineyard. We loved the feel of this place. We relaxed and shared a charcuterie plate with our tastings. And we all left with a bottle of wine.

Love this wonderful restaurant, great outdoor seating with vintage cars, beautiful garden and unique winery building. Food is very good as well. Live band, singers at the weekends. You can choose to do a wine testing with cheese plates, eat in the restaurant, or do wine pairing with several courses. Highly recommend to visit this unique winery and restaurant.

Russian River Vineyards was highly recommended, but we arrived at 2:50 and they said they stop serving at 3:00. I thought 250 was not 3 o'clock. Maybe I need a new clock. Unfortunately we were not able to eat there we had travel elsewhere to eat. Very disappointing probably won't be back.

The pace is excellent for a light snack with wine pairings. The wines are party of a social if you're going with more than 4 people then likely you will opt for the social which means you'll but 4 bottles of wine. Something to keep in mind. Rustic surroundings are great but on chilly days not always great heating outside but workable if you're a group of 2 or 4.

3 out of the 4 stars are for the food. The wine itself is more than mediocre, bit the estate and and restaurant is great. The experience can be lot better if you do not ask too much from the staffs, I guess they are really busy and cannot always pay attention to what their customers are requesting. For the afternoon picnic place this place is pretty good.

My wife and I won a gift certificate to the Russian River Vineyards at a silent auction. My hat is off to the owners of the winery for supporting such a noble cause. For around $80.00 two people can sit down at a table, eat some nice cheese and drink some good wine. The affair is unique and pricey but reasonable for the experience. I would recommend it for that special occasion when one wants to play tourist in their community. About halfway into the tasting, it became clear that the server was only interested in selling us a membership to the wine club. There is an abundant supply of wineries that produce great wines. Hearing a good story about the winery and learning about the individual wines, adds to the experience. The wineries need to sell wine to stay in business and tasting rooms afford us the opportunity to sample the product before one buys. The food pairing is a nice touch. When the server finally figured out that we were not going to join the wine club her whole demeanor changed. She could not get us out of there fast enough. In what started as a gift of kindness by the owners, and an opportunity for us to learn about a new winery ended up morphing into an unsuccessful high-pressure sales pitch. Hopefully, this was just an isolated case.

We stopped here quickly on our way to friends. It was the best stop of the day after walking in Colonel Armstrong Redwoods. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They even let our daughter hold a baby chicken while we sampled wine. The wine was delicious and could have bought any of the bottles as we loved them all. Thank you!

We decided to spontaneously visit the Russian River Vineyard without a reservation which is a gamble on a Saturday. We were able to snag a table for two with an hour wait and chose to do a wine tasting while we waited, in their outdoor tasting lounge. Nic and Gena took great care of is and the cheese plate we got was incredible. The wines were delicious, served with perfect timing, and very helpful tidbits about each. We chose to buy three bottles which waived our tasting fees, and we get to take some amazing bottles home with us. We finished the tasting and moved to the outdoor dining area for lunch, which was again quite excellent. I'd recommend making a lunch time reservation and arriving an hour early for a pre-lunch wine tasting!
