We have the feddbacks of real people like you who are purchasing the services of Robert Mondavi Winery (Winery) near to the state of California.
At present this firm receives a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and this rating was based on 810 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is basically the top, and it's founded on a very large number of reviews, so we may conclude that the valuation is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Winery is classified in the category of Winery.
Great experience in the tasting room. Our guide Michael was amazing and very knowledgeable on the wine process and keys to enjoying. We loved the views.
It's just awesome! Lovee this place.
We had a tour of the winery that included a tasting. Our guide was informative and fun. We had a great time.
Iconic location in Napa with so much history and a beautiful setting. The wines are definitely geared toward the mass market. I just like to come here for the view and walk around.
Really great selections not available in our Oregon wine stores, but the service made this visit special--thanks Jonathan.
If you know nothing about wine it’s a good tour. If you are looking for real world class wines go elsewhere. Group members knew nothing about wine. All tourists. Over half from outside the US who were going because it’s in the tour book. Mass produced tour. Guide didn’t know lots of things. Wines offered on tour were worse than their Trader Joe’s offerings but twice the price. I mean come on! They have prime acres in the center of oakville. It’s so difficult to believe that Harlan wanted to like Mondavi. Times change. Again if you don’t know anything about wine you will be happy but for an experienced wine taster it’s not Napa. It’s Disney.
We came here years ago and I was pleasantly surprised at the scenery. Quite honestly, the tasting was absolutely wonderful (we did the Reserve flight tasting at the time).
Definitely falls into the category of mass market tour and tasting. Having visited several family and smaller wineries and no more than 2-3 couples per tour, the 'big name' wineries feel much more like a standard tour - think big red bus tours in London or NY. Not anything wrong with that at all and some of the equipment and the sweeping view of the vineyard are pretty cool. The tour was informative and some of the equipment used (large oak fermentation tanks) are interesting and something we didn't see anywhere else. If this had been our first stop - probably would have rated a little higher for me. Wines were certainly better than the Woodbridge in store , but we didn't taste the 'top line' Mondavi offerings which typically are offered at smaller wineries.
Great guide for our exclusive tasting and great quality.
Spectacular entrance, amazing grounds. Great selections for wine flights. We had the staff favourites and the big reds wine flights which were both amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautiful and wonderful patio where we drank our wine flights.
My favorite place in napa!!!
We had a great time and learned a lot from the Staff that other Vineyards didn't talk about.
Great place to visit. The Tokalon Vineyard is beautiful to look at. There are many wonderful events. The high-end wines are well worth tasting. The store has a lot of very nice home goods for sale. The guided tours and tastings are fun!
Beautiful, dog-friendly vineyard!
After visiting the exclusive Opus One winery, I figured why not go across the street to the tourist trap “Robert Mondavi”. Yet, I was thoroughly impressed. Once I got to the actual wine tasting (the cashier line was ridiculous, and a very poor, inefficient set up) I was happy. Jo was my wine tender and did an exceptional job. She was very knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun. I ended up buying a bottle of the what she recommended (cab, cab) and the expensive Cab Reserve. Overall I was impressed and had a great time thanks to Jo.
Un lugar pura uva mami, try the momentum and the moscato
Absolutely eye-opening, educational, and delicious experience during the signature tour and tasting with James, who was a personable and very welcoming guide. The grounds are very well-kept and beautiful - so many photo ops. The tour takes you through the steps of the wine making process, from the vineyards to bottling. The tasting was small but satisfying and actually learned a lot.
Mondavi's 2017 "Dinner Under the Stars" event was completely AWESOME!!! The setting and decorations were amazing, delicious food kept coming, and great wine kept pouring. The Cabernet they released that night was outstanding, and the wait staff were very free with refilling glasses. They also had a live band which rocked, and we had fun dancing. It was a really great experience, and we're so glad we attended!! I HIGHLY recommend this event.
Tasting starts from $25~sometimes they have a discount when buying wines directly. Worth check it out.
Walk to Mondavi: nice area to take pictures and enjoy wine tasting.
Knowledgeable guide and beautiful surroundings
It's a beautiful winery, with some extravagant views and some great wine!
Great vineyards. Best brand !
Grear semi private tour and tasting. We highly recommend this winery tour!
Amazing experience. Yuki was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. Beautiful views, great wine, friendly staff. Yuki made sure our first wine tasting in Napa was a positive one!
Great Winery, great atmosphere. We had the Fireside Tasting. It was amazing. The lady who did the tour was such an enthousiast and brought some Mondavi specials and experience. It was great!
Amazing experience. Look for a tour with Eric, he is the best guide.
Amazing winery! I've always loved their wine. Had the best guide today, his name was Eric and he was originally from Jersey too! So knowledgable, just the right amount of humor and very well versed! The tastings were incredible and the hors dourve's were beyond fresh! My best time!
Beautiful entry and grounds! Our guide, Michael, was super knowledgeable about Robert Mondavi and the winery’s history and process from vine to glass. This was our first tour and tasting in Napa. We wanted to learn about the process and left knowing a lot more! Wine was superb and tour was amazing! Highly recommend Robert Mondavi Winery to anyone visiting Napa the first time or who might not drink wine but would like to see the process! This was us! We loved it!
Beautiful venue with awesome views to enjoy some wine!
Awful tour.... one hour and 20 minutes later and we have not even tasted the wine... we have visited multiple wineries and this is the only we one disliked. The tour guide was horrible... knowledgeable, but with no public speaking abilities. People come here for the wine and the history... we missed the wine!!!!
Good wine, good food, great spot to visit while in Napa
I have been here several times and I never want to leave. Great tasting area. I could spend hours there sipping the wine and breathing the floral filled air. Beautifully manicured grounds.
Beautiful February morning about 70 degrees and there is no better place to be than in the Napa Valley. The grapes are dormant but there is wild mustard growing in the fields. Such a beautiful time to be here.
Nice visit. Must compare St. Helena Mondavi Merlot with Lodi Mondavi Merlot.
Great experience, this well educated knowledgeable kid known Markley was great. Learned a lot from him, all questions were answered.
Great time! Had a great time taking the tour and learning about the different wine at the tasting.
The food was amazing, sad they waste it instead of donate it. The scenery is amazing especially the vine wall. Definitely will go there again.
Medium size winery. Not to many your busses stop there. Tours every 30 min with is nice, most other places tours are by reservation. Entire tour is wheelchair friendly. Gift shop apart from wine you won't find anything else worth buying !
Beautiful winery, great tour, special shout-out to James who was very gracious to share his knowledge of wine making and tasting with us!
We missed our wine tour got stuck on traffic at SFO, the manager at least refunded us with the tour fee and tasting, suggested to stop by and try wine tasting instead if we can make it before 5 which we did. The place was luxurious spacious and staff was friendly and informative. Got couple of whites wines for $5 each and a set of staff favorites 4 different wines for$35. We loved the wines and the perfect seating view! We ended up purchasing 3 bottles definitely a decent and affordable wine tasting and tour around Napa valley!
Love this place ... historic but smoggy with fires 90 miles from here!
Quite an educational experience if you do the tour, which we did. They explain wine, how it is made and get into some granular differences between certain types of wine. Pretty interesting tour, but it is not for those who already know wine. Ended with a tasting of their popular wines. Grounds were well kept, tour brings you through the vineyard a bit and through the facility before sitting in a tasting room. This winery showed us the most (wine production, facility, etc.) during our trip (5 days in Napa).
Nice vineyard, but not my fave in the area. Very commercial, touristy and busy. The wine was ok, also not my favourite, I’ve had better. But if your on a tour, worth checking out.
Not a very personal experience unless you pay quite a bit. No dedicated attention from your wine educator. An average experience. I would visit the more boutique wineries.
Great man. Great winery. Fantastic summer concerts.
Wow. Robert Mondavi. You magnificent man. I read about him during business school 7 years ago. Without him, Napa would not be what it is today. All my friends who visited Napa recommended the tour. I was reluctant at first but gave it a try. Honestly, one of the best winery's I have visited.
Robert Mondavi Winery is one of the best winery where I visited. I didn't know that Napa Valley is the best place for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and heard it might be better than Bordeaux's one. I have been drinking California wine when I want to drink a red wine of Cabernet Sauvignon since then. 180605
This is the best wine beverage I have ever seen in my life. This place is really awesome and you will find some great taste of wine on this place. Me and my friends went to visit this place. It is really good and you will find it awesome. I will highly recommend you to ho to this place and taste some new flavors of wine.
Excellent tour of the winery! We really enjoyed Pappy explaining the wine making prices and the history of Robert Mondavi. This is a must stop! We learned a lot and had a great time.
Well maintained oldest winery in Napa valley which conducts guided tours in wine tasting and making. 25 dollars per person with tasting of two different wines red wine and white wine . Tour begins with wine tasting .our guide told us the history of Robert Mondavi how he came and started the wine making business with small piece of land .It seems ,He guided every one by sharing his knowledge in making fine wine . Slowly Napa valley became very famous worldwide.,she showed us different stages in wine making.wine preserving barrels are very attractive and surprisingly they are made up of oak wood.we came out of the tour by putting our wine glasses on a table. There is facility to buy wine ,a restaurant to have wine and food.
We had a knowledgeable guide and we really learned a lot. Our favorite Mondavi wine is the Muscato.
I was getting pretty wined out by the time I visited Mondavi's vineyard. so decided to buy one glass as I walked around the site. I saw people in the patio with multiple glasses of wine, the serving sizes looked generous although this is an expensive place. (BTW - what I paid for the glass was the same as what I paid for a bottle of Mondavi the night before). At other vineyards, we we'e given a description of the wine as it was poured, and while the hosts here were informative, I am not sure if the guests on the patio with the multiple glasses were just drinking or going through a tasting. If it were the later, I am not certain it would have been as educational as other locations, but I am only speculating. It is a beautiful spot and should be on people's short list when visiting Napa.
Excellent tour, educated docent and loved oakwood barrels
Relaxing and beautiful.
Outstanding tour experience. Make reservations and give it a try.. this place is beautiful which is understating things..
Excellent wine and views to match. Enjoyed to very large outdoor patio.
Beautiful, beautiful place. Had a good time. Learned more about wine. Worth the trip.
Fabulous tour at a beautiful location. Learned about the history, grapes, location, and process. Good value.
Robert Mondavi so exceeded our expectations it was really fantastic. Doug and Sandra made it even better, so knowledgeable wow!
An iconic Napa Winery..Always a great stop...
Very relaxing atmosphere with great Cabernet Sauvignon... Beautiful views
Beautiful winery and a nice tour of how the wine is made. Our tour guide was William and he was amazing!
Way back in the nineties we visited that winery. One of the best. We left as satisfied customers. Wine tasting has been awesome..
Very nice, but too many people. Private tours are the best way to see, experience and appreciate the winery.
Good service! Beautiful place! Awesome wine! You can try different kinds of wine in a low price.
Very nice winery with a huge courtyard and plenty of space despite having a lot of tourists and visitors. Staff were generally friendly but wine was average.
Don't pass this one up! Even the standard tasting is incredible. We were served by Mike who was incredible - his knowledge of the winery, heritage, wine in all aspects, and the region were stellar. Absolutely would recommend to anyone searching for historic wineries with excellent products to choose from. Oh, and give Mike a raise, he was seriously incredible! :)
Excellent are super nice toor
Definitely worth the visit! Excellent tasting menu options and grounds are fantastic. Would recommend the membership for the free complimentary tastings.
The best winery I’ve ever visited! The lady sommelier that did our guide , explained everything vividly. She communicated her passion in a way that I’ll never forget. I loved the wooden room where we sat like a group of friends talking and drinking. The food was tasteful. It felt very cosy :)
Excellent surroundings. Greenery with vineyards. I side well organised guided tours. Good outing place for adults.
Love it. The best one.
Better than expected! The vineyard designate wine was very good.
Intresting tour with David who had great knowledge and lnformation. Briliant wine. Love it
A wonderful example of the best on offer in the unique wine belt of Napa Valley, with it's prize winning wines, and incomparable architectural structures. A truly great and memorable wine tasting experience.
the server is not friendly when I asked for iced wine. they are weird
Lovely! First stop of my wine tasting in Napa Valley! Love the place!
I want four glasses of red wine. I have to give me 4 servings and 16 cups. I drunk when I drank. I can’t walk. I’m too pitted. The deliberate waiter deliberately, it’s not a matter of money. Very bad experience.
Really enjoyed this Winery! The staff were friendly and we had a fun tour! Very beautiful ambiance!
Good Services, Very warm welcome,Good wine.
Had a lovely tour and tasting. Tour guide was informative without being condescending and taught us how to taste the wine. He offered to take pictures of our group, which was much appreciated. Tasting was good, winery was beautiful. Highly recommend this tour if you are new to Napa.
My wife and I only went for a tasting because we had some time to kill this past Saturday (8/24) and you were one of the few/closest vineyard's that did not require an appointment. I'm glad we went! Every staff member had a genuine smile on their face and made us feel welcome. However, the person who stands out above the rest is Jonathon. My wife and I love to drink wine but our not super well-versed. He took the time to explain the basics and treated us like guests of his and was not giving us a bunch of sales talk, which we had at other vineyards we visited. We told him we were on our honeymoon and Jonathon proceeded to ask about our vacation so far and the story of us. To sum up, Jonathon made us feel welcomed and because of him (and yes the awesome wine as well) we will back to visit!
This place has good view to sit out and enjoy the wine. We tried the walk in wine tasting here. It was pretty crowded and was difficult to find a spot inside to sit. The lady helping was with wine tasting was nice, and pretty well versed with different wine making techniques and gave us one extra wine for comparison. However, I found the tour guide of our half hour tour to be not very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
The food, wine and our host/guide William was incredible!
Wonderful 75 min tour, acknowledges of wine making and wine tasting. Impressive tour guide Eric, thanks!
This was the first stop on our limo winery tour and it was quite amazing. Our tour guide was superb he was very knowledgeable and informative. Great hospitality overall from the tour to the tasting everything was great. The grounds we're beautiful along with the whole winery I'm general I loved how it was all laid out and getting to see the barrels and learn about the process of it all was very valuable. I'm honestly not a huge wine person but the wine I tasted and learning how to taste it in a certain way changed that quite a bit for me. I really enjoyed the tastings especially, the Moscato d'oro at the end it was a great finishing touch to the tour. Definitely well worth the visit and the tour if your in the area!
I have a lot of memories of our special trips to Napa and the most memorable is Robert Mondavi Winery. This fall it will be our 5th time there and every time we learn something new!
Get a nice glass of wine and cheese plate and enjoy the vibe ...nice place to go recommended
Amazing experience. Here is such a "must go" place for winemakers and wine lovers.
Joy was a great knowledgeable guide in the Discovery Tour in the Vineyard. I found $25 per person for a mere 30 minutes tour a bit pricey. But given the fact that there are no free tours of vineyards anywhere in Napa Valley, it was an okay tour with free tasting of two wines and a visit to the cellar.
Louis (Red) was a great wine tasting guide. She was very informative and accommodated our group of 17 perfectly. She gave great advice, humored us, answered or questions, and walked us through the whole tasting. Most of our group was not very knowledgeable about wine but that did not matter. The venue itself was beautiful and can seat groups indoors and outdoors. The parking lot also had a dedicated side lot for buses which was nice. If you have a large group make sure to book in advance (we did).
Good place and excellent wine. Tour is really impressive and very kind staff.
Never scene such a classy establishment like this... thanks Dana for hosting our private tour!
A great tour and excellent wines in gorgeous surroundings. We especially enjoyed the Moscato D'oro.
Always an amazing place to stop! Must must must get the Cabernet Sauvignon chocolate sauce!!!! So good and goes well with all desserts!!
Very beautiful place. Outdoor seating with some shade. Gift shop doesn't have a whole lot as far as gifts with their brand name on it. We did a tasting of their Reds as we love Cab. However we did not enjoy their reds that much. Of course that is what our taste buds told us. It still was very nice to stop and check it out.
I’m not sure where the good reviews came from. We did a reserve tasting. Someone poured us 8 glasses of wine and sent us on our way to hang out and drink our wine. The wine was disgusting & the place we were sent to hang out was on white outdoor furniture stained with red wine. No one talked to us or explained anything about the wines. We dumped them out and left after about 30minutes. Skip this winery unless you just want to take selfies on the lawn and drink cheap wine.
I recommend their twilight tour. You don't see any green at this time of year anyways. But since twilight tour is the last group, I thought the guide was very relaxed, and not in rush.
They would not serve us a tasting because we asked where the bathrooms were and mentioned we were at other wineries before this winery. That is not the Napa Valley hospitality I have been receiving from other wineries during our wonderful vacation here.
Robert Mondavi has a very beautiful property. We stopped in to look around but did not indulge in any tastings. This is definitely worth the stop even if you're stopping in to see the views.
Beautiful facility which retains the feel of the Napa Valley heritage that Robert Mondavi is famous for. Easy access off the highway and lots of tasting options. I recommend that you call ahead to see their tasting availability, we arrived over two hours before their posted closing time but their tasting rooms were closing due to an event that they neglected to post on their website.
Relaxing atmosphere & gorgeous views. My boyfriend & I took the wine & cheese pairing tour, the tour guide was so comical & very knowledgeable! She explained to us how to properly taste the wine & how to taste the cheeses with the different wines. It was so educational, & worth every penny! Cannot wait to visit this lovely place again!
Absolutely amazing if you're a local you should definitely join their wine club it has free tastings and tours with upto 4 ppl and they have sister wineries that are apart of the festivities as well that you can visit
Best winery to visit!
famous winery. so good. modern conpare to any other winery. good place with family.
This is another vineyard that we visited in Napa Valley. I'm pretty sure most of you are familiar with the Robert Mondavi brand. Their products are practically everywhere, even at 7-11 and some gas stations, but the wines offered at this vineyard are far superior as expected. The facility is also gorgeous. It's picture perfect, just like a postcard. Robert Mondavi offers an abundance of tours and tastings from simple wine flights, signature winery tours to full dinner experiences that range from $25 to $375 per person. It really all depends on how much time you have and your level of interest. We got here right before closing so we just opted for the walk-in tasting at the Vineyard Room for $25 which includes 4 different wines. We sat at the beautiful outdoor patio to watch the sunset. It was so relaxing and the weather was perfect, however, the wine selection that we tried were just ok. Maybe, we should have opted for the next one up or even higher but the view made up for it. Robert Mondavi is probably one of the most visited vineyards in the wine country, well because of the name. So expect it to be busy (and touristy) from morning until they close but I think the best time to go is around 4pm to watch the breathtaking sunset view while sipping your vino :)
As an inexperienced wine person, but an enjoyer of wine, this was an awesome place to go. They show you how they grow the grapes and how they take it through all the different processes. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. The property is awesome. If we had more than one day in Napa I would spend the whole day here sitting out on the patio enjoying all of their different wines.
Very pretty here. Got a glass of wine, but you have the option to wine taste as well. They also have a tour + wine tasting option. Beautiful view. Not packed at all and the weather was great. Def recommend.
Beautiful winery; would love to return for a tour or tasting
The tour is absolutely worth the money. Great history and better wine.
Beautiful place. Great for photos. Keep in mind they close at 4:30 if you're coming for a tasting. No dogs.
Very informative winery for the vino 101. Connie is very helpful at the testing desk.
Great tour, fantastic history.
Nice tour very informative, I didn’t really care for the wines
One of the bigger places for wine tasting. The only big one we tried for wine tasting. Still personal touch and great selection of wines paired with knowledgeable staff. Taste room very nice with great views!
Joined $25/ 30min tour with toddler. 1 red wine, 2 different type of white wine (include sweet wine) you can taste. Tour guide is knowledgeable and family friendly. Best winery in this region for me!!!
We had a great visit and tour. As expected, the wines we taste were superb and our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. My purse was left a few dollars short by the end of everything, but I got some great wines that I will enjoy at many special occasions in the near and distant future.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wine making at Robert Mondavi! My husband and I learned so much.
Great guide, he was very educational. beautiful vineyard and wine place. Great experience and wine tasting.
I simply asked for where the bathroom was (badly marked) and was rudely told where to go. When asked, i told them i had been to a couple wineries beforehand and was told they didn’t want to serve me. Completely sober and driving, absolutely ridiculous. Staff is incompetent. I’m glad my money will go to better places. Typical big corporation.
Today visited Robert mondavi today... second time after 10 years... took the discovery tour for 30 min.. the guide is ver informative... tried a white and desert wine....it’s good... tasted different grapes... it was so hot today...
We considered skipping this winery, thinking it would be overrun with tourists because of the name but we were pleasantly surprised. Although we wasted some time trying to find where to go for tastings (poor directions from the hostess upon arrival), when we finally found our way to the tasting room, we had a blast! Our server was incredible. A conversationalist with superb interpersonal skills, he made us feel like we were the only guests there. Generous pours. Great staff. Relaxing atmosphere. It's a must do.
Tasting: Delicious. 4 wine samples for $25 to $40. The moscato is probably their best. BDX is also delicious for a red wine. Easy to drink and has a light oak taste. Scenery: Very open area. There is a big lawn in the center. Great for people who have kids to just run around. Plenty of outside seating. The bar is indoor. The vineyard is the backdrop for the outside seating. Great place to just chill and enjoy a glass. A couple of arts to admire. Service: The workers are very nice and helpful.
Flies everywhere. They are crawling on me
Great place, beautiful view, but not the best wine
Classic! One of the original wineries in Napa - famous for decades. We often attended Sunday Concerts on the Lawn- a long time ago - Mondavi Wines have been highly rated for decades. Do not Miss. Cheers.
Great place for wine tasting and touring with family. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyed this place many times over the years.
The staff were unwelcoming, rude and snobby. Our 4 tasters were arranged on a information placemat and because we wanted to sit outside we were told to push the glasses together and carry them outside on the placemat. We were not provided any information about the wines or the winery from staff. We were left to read the placemat and sit outside where we were made to feel rushed to hurry up and leave. The grounds are lovely and provide many photo opportunities. Overall, not worth the hype, save your money and go somewhere else for a more personal touch.
Mission style large winery. A little sterile in the color choices and hardscape. Enjoyed our visit and the Moscato was divine, enjoyed on the patio. $25 and up for tasting is a little steep. Many international visitors, tours of the winery with tastings is the way to go here since that is included.
I recommend the cellar tour/tasting
Went in May and joined the wine club. Our wine server was Jo and she was delightful. The wines are wonderful and reasonably priced for the quality. Can’t wait to go back in December. Bringing 4 extra friends.
Great place to visit and take pictures. Highly recommends their tours. Love their wines.
This place was breath taking. Such a beautiful place located with all the wineries in the area! We got the private tour which I highly recommend! We spent a good 3 or 4 hours drinking wine and eating different cheeses that they offered. We got a full tour of the place and had a private room in the cellar. Really an incredible experience. I highly recommend coming to this place whether you do a private tour or a group tour you wont be disappointed. highly recommended
Great wines and tours. Highly recommend!
Wonderful...grounds, large facility, tasting-area, outdoor seating, service, and yes, the wine! Beautiful and serene, especially towards the end of a weekday near closing when the crowds have thinned out. I can see why RM is a world-brand. Offers a military discount (15%) and a free glass of wine.
Beautiful setting, fantastic wine. I suggest springing for a the Reserve tasting for a really special experience. Spotlight tasting, for members, leaves something to be desired. While the selections are pretty good, it's nothing like the reserve tasting in terms of quality, and unfortunately the service has been a little grumpy this past year. Even so, a very special winery that is absolutely worth a visit. Consider signing up for a tour, which you can do ahead of time on their website.
Mondavi - a landmark - is one of the most famous - original- wineries in Napa. 2013 marked the 100th birthday for the Winery... Mondavi itself, designed by famed architect, Cliff May, is unique and welcoming. This family owned winery is welcoming and relaxed. Floods of wineries have popped up in Napa in the last 30 yrs... some soar - some fail...Mondavi's consistency reigns.
Jennifer hosted our tasting that exceed expectations! It was a beautiful day and the wine tasting was wonderful! We headed over to the reserve tasting room and received a very generous pour of the 2012 Cabernet that tasted much better in the larger wine glasses. We headed back to order a cheese plate with yet more wine. Sitting on the patio taking in the experience was very memorable. So Nice to be able to just stop in and try their wine without an appointment. One of our favorite stops of the week! We liked the whites as well as the reds
Wonderful and beautiful place. You can learn the History of California Wine.
Too many options in Napa. Rude, rude, and rude. I just didn't get the hype. The grounds are beautiful for sure, but the 4 employees I encountered lacked the communication skills and etiquette of any other winery we visited.
Visited the Mondavi estate some years ago. A truly memorable experience. The signature tour is really informative. An emblem of California and the Napa Valley. I will go see the Opus One facility on my next visit and attend an art collection tour.
Your ads are way too loud on my television. The volume far exceeds that of the other programming. What's with the shouting? It's extremely disruptive. I can only assume you were neglected as a child. I don't like to reward attention seeking behavior and as a result will not purchase your product.
Nice tour.
Jonathan made our day! Knowledgeable and lovely to talk to, we had a great experience and it was thanks to him
A must visit Winery in NAPA minus all the crowds. I got really big pours.
We thoroughly enjoyed the 75 minute tour with “Poppy” — an excellent, well-informed guide who made this tour lovely and energetic. We learned so much about the man himself, Robert Mondalvi, the region of California, and France’s way of growing and harvesting grapes and Mondalvi’s vision. The tour concluded with a tasting of 3 wines and a delicious food pairing followed by relaxing in one of the sitting areas, gazing out toward a priceless Napa Valley landscape . 5 ⭐️ ‘s
One of the largest winery in the area.
Well place is nice and tour guide was great..great wine cellar. There are some sculptures around the place inside and out..wine is litte pricy..we got tour and wine tasting and one bite of crastini.
Old Napa wine history was made here! Long term marketing has tainted this vineyard as a tourist trap but it is so much more than that. Look past the marketing and visit.
Exlnt place to bring your family for tour, wine tasting, and dinning. Especially beautiful at sunset. Definitly recommend to anyone with love for wine.
HORRIBLE experience! We went here for wine tasting and at first it seemed wonderful with the nice scenery... only for it to go downhill. Staff were only friendly once we gave them money to try the wines - after they turned rude when we asked about the winery or other wines to try. We decided to go walk around to give the benefit of the doubt and explore a new part of the vineyard. We got to the gift shop and once we enter the pipes burst over our head and ruin everything and it got into my mouth as well. The staff ensured me I was fine even though I felt ill. They got my name and phone number to "follow up" but they never have.... this happened June of 2018. Will never return and reccomend no one go here! Staff is sub par.
World Famous Robert Mondavi Winery, your trip to wine country won't be complete until you visit this winery!
Absolutely loved this place... especially the concert at night. Magical.
It was beautiful in the inside but dusty outside. There was some type of work not too far from the water fountain and the entrance that was creating too much dust we couldn't take a picture near the water fountain.
Everything is good !
