Wow !!! What a Fantastic place. There are many items from Mr. Coppola's Movies. They have a swimming pool and Bocce ball, a full Bar. My Friends joined the wine club. They also paid $30.00 to go Upstairs and sample the private reserves. The details of the Architecture are Amazing

C Trim

This place was very disappointing. We had the private tour and tasting. The tour was just a quick look at the bottling room and then a quick walk through the movie memorabilia. Definitely not worth the $175 we paid. We didn't have a chance to tour the vineyard or anything else. Our tour guide was very nice but his wine knowledge was lacking, as he was only 22. We reserved a "cabine" for $200, which is just a changing room that comes with pool loungers. It took 25 minutes to get a waiter to take our order once we sat down and were had to flag down another waiter to reorder drinks. Not impressed.

I had been wanting to visit this beautiful place for about 2 years!! Today, I it happen with my girlfriend and we loved it!! Wonderful staff, tasty food, beautifully landscaped, and really fun vibe. I'll be back soon!!!

Jens Schluetter

It would have been a nice experience if not for the all white, subtly arrogant wait staff. Best to carry an expensive camera or place your Porsche keys visibly on the table. Be white.

Tom Fightmaster

This is an awesome place to visit and to eat. We had lunch in the dining room. The food was most excellent. The muffatta was true to The New Orleans recipe. It might use more olive salad. The Cobb Salad DoD not disappoint. The wait staff was better than you expect in a 5 star restaurant. Heather was most attentive, friendly and still professional.

Francis Ford Coppola is such an amazing winery to visit. This property offers a variety of things for their visitors. They have an array of display for the props used for the movie The God Father, Cleopatra, etc...Rustic restaurant had the most delicious gourmet food in town. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the vineyard. During the summer, they have mini concerts and also open the pool to the public. It’s one of my favorite winery in Sonoma ♥️

Rebecca Pardini

Set the standards high for any vineyard visited after this. Perfect for kids and families. A must see, explore and savor winery!

Cansu Kaya

Extremely rude staff makes this winery less attractive than others in the area.

Patricia Kohnke

Wonderful! Great wine, great food! Stephanie and Dustin were spectacular! Wonderful!

Tracy Fisher

This is the place to bring your friends and loved ones from Out of town to show them Sonoma Counties Best!!!

Great Lakes Mastiff Rescue

Treated very poorly here. The person serving us did not know much about the wines, and then eight hot chicks came in and he dropped us like a hot potato. Never waited on us again. Won't go back... ever.

Alan O'Neill

Beautiful venue. It is a brilliant and uplifting experience just to got there. Even if you don't drink wine. A bookshop and souvenir store is great. A stunning display of a genuine 1948 Tucker classic car. The pool bar is great for a snack or lunch. Wines are excellent. Tasting and wine prices are excellent value for money. Joined the club and going back again.

Filipe Fortes

This is a slice of Napa in the middle of the Healdsburg area. Depending on what you're looking for, that's either good or bad. Big crowds, big tasting room, mass market wines -- but at least the wine is pretty good!

David Kaminski

Great wines. Friendly people. Love this place!

Avery Wu

Spent the whole day with the pool, tour, tasting, lunch and dinner. It was absolutely amazing. Come early at 11am to get a good spot in the lawn.

Max

HAD A GREAT TIME HERE. Beautiful scenery, great restaurant, lots of movie memorabilia. if you are in Napa, I highly recommend stopping in!!

Krocman FTW

Though I am to young to drink, the experience was amazing. They were very accommodating to the fact that we had missed lunch and gave us a little snack before we went on the tour. Restaurant was delicious with an amazing view. The museum was very cool.

Rosangela Braganca

Such a beautiful place, well taking care of - manicured - great food, cinematographic views... I love every single area of this winery

Joni Johnson

Bartender was very attentive, made great drinks and we were able to have amazing appetizers at the bar, while we waited for our table. The chocolate mousse was delicious. The New York steak was below fair. The property is so grandiose, especially at night.

Chris Taylor

It’s a rip off plain and simple. $20 to taste mediocre wines, long waits in the restaurant -over 30 mins for our average tasting food to arrive from the overpriced menu. We then spent our time chasing flies away form our authentic pot of lamb. The Disneyesque version of a European vineyard is America at its worst I’m afraid. If you want to waste some money and pretend to discuss the virtues of dodgy Chardonnay, or saving bees by buying wine, this is the place for you. For anyone who wants a civilized meal and some gentle pondering on the joys of wine, look elsewhere.

Ercole d'Ippolito

Very great place where to spend few hours. Great wines. Great movies gadgets!

Mercedes Hawkins

Nice grounds and tasting room, however the entire winery is more of a circus. Restaurant was good. I would not recommend for some that wants to taste and enjoy wine.

Janice Harris

We visited for the second time last week. The view was spectacular and the food very tasty just as it was on our initial visit. The restaurant service, on the other hand, left much to be desired this time. Maybe all the regular staff called in sick? We will, no doubt, return as there much to see even if you have to wait for service!

kurtis poteet

I've been to many wineries in my career and I can tell you Coppola is world class. Beautiful is an understatement for both the buildings and the grounds. They also have a pool. A really really big pool! The restaurant is fantastic, we had a family style Italian meal on their terrace. They made my group fell like we were family that night.

GARY GRANT

My wife and I came here for a visit on our 50th wedding anniversary. She doesn't drink but was entertained by the Coppola museum and memorabilia. I had the pleasure of tasting with Trish. She was very informative and allowed me to taste a few of the wines outside the regular tasting. What had started as a two or three bottle purchase turned into a case. We then had lunch at Rustic. A bit noisy but the food and service was excellent. Would recommend this as a must stop when travelling in Geyserville.

Aura Harvey

We enjoyed lunch in the veranda overlooking the vineyard. Lunch was expensive but I expected it to be. The vegetable garden was lovely and the atmosphere around the entire place was festive. I was disappointed that they did not offer tours of the production. We were told there was only one tour a day at 3:30 and we had to leave before then. The wine was delicious.

Tabatha Andrade

This place from driving up to it was the most beautiful entries they have these big gate that says the Coppola on it and it drives up to this beautiful castle it was the most amazing place the gates that the customer service was great down from us entering from the bar from the pool they had little teepee so the kids can read in it the the scenery was unbelievable we got to do the wine tasting and enjoying the wonderful wedding engagement party for Martha Avila I will definitely recommend this to friends and family because not only was it kid friendly and had other kids there it was just a perfect environment for every part of our family to enjoy being even made it clear that we didn't have to do the wine tasting that cuz they have a full-service bar there so it made it even perfect once again I will definitely recommend this place from one and all to come in and Joy on a wonderful special occasion like we did at the Francis Ford Coppola

Kris

Rustic had great outdoor seating and good food. Winery was very fun to explore even for a non drinker.

Teresa Rummel

Just me and the husband went for a day date to the pool. Then someone pooped in the pool an hour after being there. We asked for a refund and all the manager gave us was 50% off our next visit. There will be no next visit. Plus they let everyone back in the pool 45 minutes after they got it out. Just disgusting. Never again will we go there.

Greg G

We come from Texas several times for wine and food with a view. And shopping. Fun activities.

Thomas Devaux

Very fun place, both for wine and movie lovers. Start with a wine tasting, then go reserve a table at the restaurant. While you're waiting (up to one hour), you'll have enough time to enjoy the exhibitions of Coppola films artifacts. End the day playing bocce ball with a nice view and a glass of wine.

Trevor Dennison

Rude service, no information about the wines, and to boot we got ignored for 30 minuets at the bar. This was after already having a manager apologize for the upstairs bartender calling my fiancé’s degree worthless. We have been looked down upon by establishments like this before but this was so bad we had to leave. If you are a young wine enthusiast or just someone exploring Sonoma, steer well clear of here.

Joyce Olkiewicz

We joined the club a few months ago and love going there. But we went to the reserve tasting room and didn’t feel like as welcomed as the first floor tasting room. Our future tasting events will be conducted on the first floor.

Marlon Dutra

This is a great place, especially if you are a fan of Coppola's work. The place offers a nice variety of activities, including the pool that's great for kids. We had lunch in the Rustic restaurant and the food was delicious, as well as the service. We had the $79 3-course meal, with the wine tasting. Everything was pretty good and well served. It's not cheap, but it's worthwhile.

Mark Vellutini

If you haven't already had time or made the time to visit Coppola for lunch or dinner or to just look around at all of the movie memorabilia, you are most certainly cheating yourself. Keep in mind, some of the finest wines in Sonoma County are made at this facility. Make a day of it, the people are incredible !!

Sling Adventures

Lovely spot but limited wine tasting. Francis Ford Coppola Winery is an grandiose facility in the hills of Sonoma county. The expansive grounds, the amazing pool and all the memorabilia from FFC movie productions. The wine tasting, while tasting costs are similar for the region ($25-$45 pp), access to taste all the wines is limited to only a handful. Given there are so many wines available for sale a limited tasting selection is a bit frustrating. Still, the lunch venue is amazing on a stone terrace and you could enjoy your time here without tasting wine.

Tom Singerline

Always fun at Coppola! Movie memorabilia, wine, cocktails, vineyards, restaurant and cool gear and retail shopping. Pool and bocce ball too! Music and dancing! Haha! Fun!

Jeff Lafazan

Beautiful winery with a restaurant, pool, and Bacchi ball...red poppy's dress the vineyard and groomed, lit olive trees accent the driveway in to an elegant hardscape staircase and a wonderful nostalgic filled construct with awesome servers and staff.

Julio Reguero

Fantastic wine tasting experience. Great atmosphere, you can taste at your own speed, and you are not being rushed or being given a sales speech. The place is full of memorabilia from some of Francis Ford Coppola's most successful films like The Godfather, Tucker, Dracula, and Apocalypse Now. As much of a museum as a winery this is a must visit location.

Keith Dylan

A very enjoyable experience! My brother brought us here as a surprise pit stop on a road trip through northern California. I'm not a huge wine fanatic. I drink maybe a bottle every couple of months. But I truly enjoyed the wine tasting and the atmosphere! It was great fun, and our bartender was a SUPER nice gentleman!! All in all, a great time. The pool area was great, and I would love to return one day and spend an afternoon lounging and drinking by the pool. I didn't try the food, but I saw many vegan items on the menu, so I'm down for that next time as well. All the way from Atlanta, GA, and coming from someone who's never even seen The Godfather films, this was a fantastic spot to check out! Recommended highly.

Sean Cuevas

I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this wine tasting. I thought it would be extremely commercial and pricey, but it wasn't all bad. Our wine expert, Erin, was very friendly and personable. Left with two bottles. The property is pretty spectacular. Nice entrance. There is a pool and bar, as well as bocce ball. I didn't care to see any of the movie memorabilia, but there appeared to be a good amount of it.

Jonathan Cotton

Wine selection great, but the veal was bland, extremely under cooked, not really that good. The short ribs were also very under cooked and lacked flavor. The lemon chicken however was crazy good. The Coppola Port Wine is something special. Worth trying.

Steve Pinard

A must! Really Nice place with à recap of FF career, pool if u want to cool off before or after the wine tasting. Great staff!

Will Miska

Dinner on the patio was amazing! Food was delicious and the view was tremendous!

Anna Gonzalez

Linda was amazing during our wine tasting that I became a club member.

Olivia Benesch

Wow, this place really impressed me! The views are stunning, both wine tastings are great (though I'd recommend upgrading to the $25 high end tasting, vs $20 baseline tasting), and our lunch was amazing! Absolutely worth the visit.

Kevin Hoover

What can you say but WOW! From the upstairs tasting room (First Flight Tasting) to the Restaurant (Rustic) to the pool, you can’t beat the experience!! Knowledgeable tasting room staff (one person) did a great job with a full house when we arrived and gave us his full attention when he poured our tastings. Was provided a trade discount after sharing that I was a wine guide in the Willamette Valley. We had made lunch reservations for 12:45 and were seated immediately at our requested table outside (overlooking the vineyards). Wonderful & attentive waitperson who was a joy to work with. Food was very good and costs were what was expected. After lunch we visited some of the displays of movie memorabilia including the classic Turner car. If you have the time, do some planning ahead of time and have the pocket book, this is a must see place!!!

Benjamin Van Buskirk

Amazing experience! We have three kids (2-13 yrs). Very family friendly, but still beautiful, great wine, and great service. Must visit for anyone who needs to to Sonoma w/ kids in tow - pool was key in bringing the experience to the next level.

Ron Tron

Great food, wine, and lots to do!! Awesome views too!

Sam McKinnon

I've been here 3 times now and there is a reason I keep coming back! Amazing staff amazing wine and I love that they have a pool. Haven't tried thier food yet.

Matt Putonti

Very nice place full of memorabilia. The staff was super nice and helpful. Very reasonable prices for tastings. The views are amazing as well. Great place to visit!

Jeanmarie Boben

The pool is awesome! Make reservations well in advance. Wine excellent and grounds beautiful. Staff very helpful and happy. Great food and wine options with cabana service!

Sara McKinniss

If you're not going for the pool or food, give yourself some time to explore. It's a museum and winery all in one, and if you like Coppola's films, explore the whole estate! I didn't visit the restaurants or pool, but the main winery had two bars with a selection of wines, beers, mixed drinks and pop for those who tag along! If you're into sparkling wine, check out the Sofia Coppola Blanc de Blanc!

Judy Carter

Beautiful, lots of movie memorabilia, good wines.

Memory Catcher

The unexpected. Friends took us to the winery. Discovered it is a museum as well. This is a great place for family fun with a pool and bocce ball. My favorite winery to visit and do wine tasting. Entry cost: free.

Rose Czekala

They advertise the impossible burger yet don't offer a bun that is vegan. My only option was plain pasta, salad or some vegetables. Even the roasted veggie plate with rice was made with butter. They should at least get a bun that is vegan for their VEGAN burger. Super disappointed. I thought this was California.

Tyler Silva

Food is very good. Cool to see all the movie memorabilia. Large pool with a pool cafe open from April to may. The good wine is a little pricey.

K Simmons

Absolutely beautiful grounds, building, etc. The tasting staff was very friendly and informative. The restaurant was just okay especially for the price. We could have skipped the meal and just did the wine tasting.

Cindy Vrooman

I have been a guest of my daughter and her husband on three different occasions. It is wonderful. It is family friendly without the chaos. Even the children seem to appreciate the beauty and we adults sip our wine by the pool in utter contentment. We love the food, the wine and the service. You are treated as a VIP. The location deceives you into believing you are on cruise or many miles from home. The sky above you makes relaxing unavoidable. Now, my daughter says to me, "You and dad need a break, let's go spend the day at Coppola's."

Travel Gal

A must stop on any Sonoma tour. This is one of the largest and best wineries. So many interesting things to see and do here. There's a large swimming pool as well as a first class restaurant. We did the tasting and all the wines they served were great. Didn't do the estate tasting upstairs. After our tasting we explored the property while waiting for dinner. The dishes we ordered were excellent. Make a reservation ahead of time if you don't want to wait. The view from the outdoor dining area is beautiful. Would come back again for sure.

king Buzzo

Today I was served the best meat I have ever eaten. I ordered the lamb rack and it was beyond anything I could have ever expected. It was true perfection. Perfectly medium rare, perfectly seasoned, perfectly charred, perfect. I will dream about that meat. Service was excellent and prices are fair.

Christian Locke

Very poor service. Sat at the bar and ordered food and a glass of wine. Saw it was submitted in the system but then watched two large groups receive all of their items before me including their food even though their order was placed 5-10 minutes after mine. I'm still sitting here waiting after every one who ordered after me has received service.

Quitosky Tom

Love those memorabila from the Godfather. They have the desk, the car, phone used on the film and so too awards wins/ awards by the Director. Soo too got some wine tasting! Wonderful Experience!

CJ S

We come here for dinner a few times a year. The brick chicken is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Ed Fischer

Super cool estate, wasn't expecting such a destination or would have arrived earlier to spend more time here (arrived at 5 pm). Next time I'll schedule a half day here alone! Fantastic pool, wine tasting, lunch and dinner! They just need cabins or a small hotel here next!

Robert Ferrari

What a Fantastic place. There are many items from Mr. Coppola's Movies. They have a swimming pool and Bocce ball, a full Bar. The details of the Architecture are Amazing. The staff were attentive, we had a tasting with Linda who was great. Our favorite place so far!

Rick Gustin

Okay .. the place itself is great. It looks just like out of the Godfather - and - they have a real live Tucker (automobile) in there. But - I've been there so many times to eat, 'cause it's pretty cool, and have had to send the food back more often than naught. Served raw chicken, raw pork, dough not done on the pizza. I can't even begin to tell you how many times. Even with I say "can you make sure the chicken is done, this time?" I had the waiter serve me a Mrs Chicken one day and when he sat it down he says "oh - that's not supposed to be like that" - but - he didn't pick it up until I asked him "are you gonna just leave it here like that?" The manager came over and gave me a little pastry. My wife was done with her meal before mine came back out - so - we paid - they were miffed that I wasn't staying for my meal. I just got a thief's attitude when I told 'em I wasn't gonna stick around and eat by myself. Jesh. So - I have not gone there again, except to buy wine, and, that's on the way back from the lake after fishing, if I want some fresh Coppola wine.

devon tri

Brought friends to the Tuesday family dinner since we had so much fun the first time. This time bad service, cold food, no fun at all. We didn't even get the full menu and when we asked the server totally snapped. So disappointing.

JB Courvoisier

Dear Mr. Coppola, Thank you for a wonderful experience while visiting your winery. We went to your restaurant and had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed the little white bag of bread served prior to lunch. We then toured your cinema museum which I might add is not only nostalgic but spectacular. Thank you for sharing your Academy Awards with us as that was the first time we had ever seen one live and up close. It was also awesome to see Vito Corleone's desk, Tuckers Car and Dracula armor. But, what I really came for was to see the memorabilia of one of my favorite films of all time-Apocalypse Now. You see, I saw the film when I was 7 years old with my dad and as you can imagine it is forever etched in my mind. Nonetheless, I wish I could have seen the PBR, but seeing Col. Kurtz's regalia, the Air Mobile surf board and unused film was a AN fan's dream come true. Thank you for that. We also booked the actual wine tour and your winery is absolutely amazing. Likewise, our guide (the guy with the long bushy eyebrows) did a fantastic job explaining the intricacies of wine production. It was a day of days for us driving up to your winery in Napa Valley and a experience I will soon not forget. Thank you kind sir for your the contribution(s) to the history of cinema, the memories of those films in my life and being able to come to a place to reminesce and pay respect to you and your body of work. God Bless to you and your family and I hope to visit some of your resorts in Latin America.

Jim

Lots of fun and a great experience! Take time to stop by.

Laurie Hasler

Not only do we like their wine, we love the grounds. Gorgeous. And it's pretty cool to go upstairs and see props from some of Francis Ford Coppola's movies, like the desk from The Godfather. Definitely worth it to stop here if you're in the area.

richard helms

Nice place. Didn't have time to try what they have to offer, more than just wine. I will visit again next time I'm in the area.

Kelly Kim

We went at 10 when it was less busy but when we left around 1230 it got very busy. Pool was fully reserved. We did the Sonoma tasting downstairs that cost $20...service was good, there zucchini fries($13) at the outside bar was delicious.

Paula Seba

Amazing place. You have to go with time to get to know each part of the winery inside and out. It is worth reserving a table for lunch in the restaurant, the dishes offered are the best dishes Francis Ford Coppola enjoyed in the restaurants he frequented. The prices are reasonable and the portions come great, good to have lunch with a glass of wine, perfect place. There is parking.

T Sheard

I enjoyed my time at this winery. Great artifacts from the movie Godfather. Nice gift shop. Great wine! Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but the items on the menu seemed very tasty. Hopefully I can make a trip to this location again!

Samantha Leyden

HAD TO MAKE A RESERVATION - NO NEED - 6:15 2 TABLES USED - STILL HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES TO BE SEATED. THEN 1 HOUR BEFORE MEAL WAS DELIVERED - RICE WAS COLD - SENT BACK - CAME BACK COLD AGAIN. WE BROUGHT GUESTS FROM CHICAGO AND WE WERE EMBARRASSED BY THE SERVICE AND BUT MAINLY THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD . (RACK OF LAMB) AND THE FRIED NOODLES WERE BEYOND AWFUL. FELT BAD FOR OUR GUESTS.

John M

We drove a couple of hours to the Coppola winery to have lunch. Nice grounds and building, but unfortunately at lunchtime on a Friday with very few people there, and the restaurant half-empty, we were told that we would have to wait 1 hour to get in. Explaining our situation to the attendant didn't seem to be received with any degree of understanding. Judging by the disorganized, yet small line to get in, along with other tourists who left the line while we were waiting, I have to concur with others that this is a poorly managed restaurant with employees that don't seem to understand how to serve customers professionally. To make it worse, if you can't get into this restaurant there's not many other places to have a meal, except local wineries with basic wine tasting. There are plenty of better choices in Napa Valley which is an hour away from this place and way closer to the city. Risk it if you dare.

Daniel Wylie

I love this place....it is a very popular destination and so much more than a winery. We visit especially when friends are in from out of town. It is definitely a must see especially if you are a Francis Ford Coppola movie fan.

Dasha Biswas

Linda and Trent were great. I brought my 3 girlfriends with me, it was their very first time. We all had a blast, all wines were delicious. Linda let us taste Cinema, which I am already a fan of. Everybody got a bottle to take home, too. Trent took care of us upstairs, you MUST try their reserve tasting! Best part is we became members, our first wine adventure together. And let me tell you we don't commit easily.... But both Linda and Trent spent extra time with us to make sure we are familiar with other wines that come in the shipment, so we knew we were purchasing nothing but delicious product. Thank you for your time and great service! Dasha

Yustinus Adika Prabowo

Totally worth it for the price of wine tasting and a short tour guide around the place. Definitely would recommend if you are a wine enthusiast and would be even more special if you are a fan of Mr. Coppola!

Malik Mazhar Sheikh

Really liked the wine tasting that included their select/reserve collection upstairs. Some great wines. A bit expensive for what they are but overall experience makes it a great place to visit.

Steve Fox

We are Wine Family members, and love the place. It is especially nice in the summer for an afternoon and enjoying the pool. On our most recent visit, Stephanie checked us in upon arrival and greeted us by name. We had only met her once previously! The manager, Lindsey met us poolside along with Francis, who did an outstanding job making sure we had the food and drinks we wanted. We really appreciate the "atmosphere". The place is always busy, but not "too" busy. Every time we have visited, the staffing level has been what it should be, and other guests are polite. Sure there are plenty of kids at the pool, but their parents TAKE CARE OF THEM!! It is simply a wonderful place and we look forward to many more visits.

Angel Angelov

Great Winery. Great food and wine. Nice place.

Alexis Turley

The grounds here are impeccable, you feel like you're on a movie set. If you want to have a really good tasting go upstairs! It's worth the $5 extra. We had the best bar tender/wine educator Todaeo who made our tasting so much fun. All the wines were good but some were exceptional (Directors Cut Cab 89).

Thomas Spence

Very disjointed place and very aloof. No one greeted or acknowledged us. I did not understand the layout as it seemed just a pool and restaurant. We wanted to eat outside but they said was no possibility however it was 5pm and tge outside tables were empty. Just weird. unfriendly place. juat a piil understand

Mari Tysar

Super friendly staff, excellent wine and very military friendly. Really enjoyed our visit. The movie memorabilia everywhere was very enjoyable to peruse.

Fabien Curto Millet

This is quite a fun winery to visit. Lovely vistas outside and of course a good collection of movie memorabilia indoors (e.g. Dracula, Apocalypse Now etc). There's a little bit of a "Disneyland" aspect to the place, but it's quite fun if taken in the right spirit. The wine flight itself was not uniformly impressive, but there were some good hits. I really liked the Director's Cut Cinema blend. All in all, worth a stop.

Las Vegas Showgirl

This was my first trip to California. All I wanted to do was taste my favorite wine at Francis Ford Coppola's Winery. Wonderful wines. Great service. The bartender and his friends were remarkable. It rained all day, but I loved the wine country after visiting Coppola's winery. I plan on bringing my friends along next time I visit California.

Nicole Morisco

I read online tasting was supposed to be free but it wasn’t. It’s $20. Beautiful grounds though and really nice staff.

Dasha Pyat

A large wine selection and exceptional tastings ($20 for regular, $25 for reserve - 4 wines each) The cherry on the icing is the amazing movie items on display from all of Coppola's films. All the original oscars and awards are also on display! I thought the place would be too commercial and expensive - especially due to the fabulous pool, but surprisingly good value compared to other wineries in area!) Definitely recommend a visit!

Alberto Correa

The winery is amazing. Beautiful view all way around it.

Eric Crane

Yes it's expensive but don't let that scare you off. It is worth it. The food here is amazing. I really love the lamb but I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. There is an interesting collection of movie memorabilia from Coppola's films including an actual Tucker Automobile and the desk from The Godfather. Take your time and enjoy.

Billy Vo

Beautiful vintage.

Chris Sirinopwongsagon

For $25 fast you can enjoy 4 selection of their best and top of the line wine. The best thing about the testing experience that I had was the staff behind the counter. They will explained to you from when they pick the grapes and when they bottle their wine. That shown me how the sale staff are involved from the beginning to the end of their product. Some sale person don't have that information in some winery. That shown me, they know what they were doing at the winery.

Paul Costa

We have been to the Coppala Winery twice and had a fun time. We had lunch there the last time we visited. We brought our mothers and they thought it was a great experience. The food was very traditional Italian, which was great since my mother and I are from the Bronx and know Italian food the way it should be prepared. The movie memorabilia is fun to see. I would suggest you try to get there on a week day when the crowds aren't so large. Just don't miss this place if you're in the area.

lisa sunwaye

Wonderful time. Excellent staff. Not just a wine tasting room but a dining experience. Food was delish and the view of the landscape was beautiful. They also have a pool bar. Lots of memorabilia of francis's films. Let there be no mistake it is an eloquent place

Ioannis Papaiacovou

Food was terrible

Herbert Blanco

Nice place to visit in the area! many things to see in one location. I highly recommend that you plan to be there for over 3 to 4 hrs. The testing is amazing, they have good food and if you live around the area get the membership. We tried the membership, we received great wines but we live in Texas and very soon we noticed that we were paying too much for shipping. I did not try the day resort because it was already late by the time that we got there and we were not prepare (bath suits, etc) but it is something that I really want to experience next time! Great location right next to the highway 101.

Ted Jordan

Great food and great service. Attention given to every detail. I'm not necessarily a fan of Coppola but dude knows food. Really good staff and the facility is meticulously maintained. Beautiful place. If you're in the area you need to come here.

Amber Carpenter

This place is fantastic,a real gem. The Reserve tasting room upstairs is a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, professional attitudes and attention to detail made our evening so enjoyable. We had dinner at Rustic restaurant downstairs, and the drinks/apps/dinner/dessert and lattds were fabulous. When we return to the west coast,we'll be back! But for now,we'll enjoy our new wine club membership deliveries.

Eric

The atmosphere was great! Great outdoor are and the inside has tons of mobie memorabilia (duh). The was was pretty good as well. If you go for a tasting, do yourself a favor and head to the second floor tasting room.

Robert Carpenter

Really awesome place. The area needs a better tourism director to lead people around to awesome destinations like this. My wife and I really enjoyed this place. The reserve tasting room upstairs is really awesome and the restaurant's service, food, atmosphere was great especially the fried pizza dough with sea salt....I know...I know.... but dont knock it until you try it

Brittany Thompson

Gorgeous place with delicious wines! We had a great tasting downstairs, I think his name was Justin and he was fabulous :)

John Lynch

The food and wine are both excellent. Meals are pricey, but the Director's Cut wine is an excellent value: it costs as much as any regular restaurant bottle of wine, but it's much better than the average regular restaurant bottle of wine. And if you have to wait, the displays of movie props will keep you entertained for a while.

My family and I are on our way to Oregon and this winery was a stop for momma to enjoy..with my husband and 2 kids we are pulling a travel trailer. We were planning to have some lunch and check out the grounds. Unfortunately, the bus parking was taken up with cars. The bus parking area did not have a sign that said "bus parking only" so cars parked there of course. Called the front office and said that yes that was the only parking and to please not park on the road. So unfortunately...we had to leave. This stop was just for mom...but now we have to settle for fast food. A suggestion would be to place a bus only sign in order to avoid car parking in those areas. I was really looking forward to it...but sadly couldn't stay.

Visited for the first time on July 1, 2018. Jovani was our tour guide and tasting expert. Everything was AMAZING, my boyfriend proposed to me on the property and the entire staff was so sweet in helping us celebrate. Had dinner that evening in the restaurant, food was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend.

Steve Hain

Very slow service, not the best food and way over priced. Disappointed.

Where do I start. Wine tasting with Kyle Richardson. Very knowledgeable about the wines, professional and just fun to be around. Then there is the restaurant Rustic. Had lunch one day and it was so good and the staff, well outstanding. Then there is dinner at the Rustic on tuesday night. Called Tavala. So much fun. Food is Incredible. The staff is the best.

Great food and atmosphere.

5 star, because Trent is incredible <3

Lovely winery setting, such interesting memorabilia inside. Food and service first rate....however VERY NOISEY, not conducive to the fine dining reflected in the ambiance and the check! !

John Newdick

Very cool building full of movie memorabilia. It is worth stopping by just to look around, but the excellent collection of wine is icing on the cake.

I loved the place and I will come back again for sure. At last, the first wines in California that taste wine not juice fruits! We went through the first flight tasting and we tasted absolutely wonderful wines, from the Coppola Reserve not available on the market, all excellent especially the Pinot Noir and the Syrah ones. And thanks to Lori, we really enjoyed the time we spent tasting the wines, we had great time, and came back home with only 4 bottles. I just regret now to not have bought more! So I have no choice but to come again!!

This place could have easily been 5 stars for my fiancé and I. We decided to visit for our anniversary. We went on the tour and the views were amazing, we saw some Coppola film memorabilia, the wine was very smooth and delicious. We even purchased a few bottles. Since we drove from SF to this place(and we’re from out of the state plus love Sofia Coppola’s films), we decided to sit down to eat, the wait for a table outside was around 10 minutes. Then we were seated, we sat for 15 minutes and we were not acknowledged by the wait staff whatsoever. Outside was also relatively empty. We weren’t even offered some water. It was very vexing and it felt like the wait staff was serving other people around us. At the bar, we had to call the attention of the bartender to get served and after we did when we wanted to buy a bottle, he did not return to us so we left and had to get it elsewhere. Definitely, won’t be going back but it was nice to visit once. I wouldn’t recommend eating there if you’re not going to “dress the part.” I agree with Trevor's comment at the bottom of the page "If you are a young wine enthusiast or just someone exploring Sonoma, steer well clear of here."

Do the private wine tour with Daniel. Check out the memorabilia. Have dinner at Rustic.

It's a cool winery if your into the movie history. They have a pool and a bar with food. My biggest complaint is that it's around $50+ a chair for the pool and I dont care too much for their wine

Susan Simpkins

Nice everyday wines, easy drinking wines with a great view from the winery, this is a must visit. Use a Visa Signature card for buy 1 get 1 free tasting. The staff reminded me of my credit card perks.

Beautiful Winery, just off 101. Ample free parking for a Busy Hot Saturday. Pool is $35 with lawn seating; Much more with chez lounge and cabana. All staff were very polite, happy and friendly. Restaurant was about 1/3 full, more outside than inside. Lots of formal waiters, women and men. Linguine con Vongole, clams, lacked broth and was a small serving, with bottomless ice tea, for about $20. Lots of clams. Took about 30min. So that's not recommended.

Love the props from the actual movies. Staff extremely friendly.

Absolutely fabulous venue for wining and dining. Great outdoors for sipping, and swimming facilities for cooling off. Fascinating museum complete with academy awards, and memorabilia Memorable!

Jason Ricardo

Great wine, scenic views, delicious food and friendly staff. Tour was a bit short for $45 a pop it was a walk to the bottling area and a few tastes. They make vodka gin and whiskey too! We had the Director's cut: Cinema it was beyond expectations.

Some amazing wines, and the restaurant meal was fantastic and reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised compared to some reviews I read. Definitely a destination winery. There is a fantastic pool if you want to spend the day with great wine and food and fun in the sun. The 2013 Archimedes wine was one of the best I have ever tasted. Can't say enough good things. A real gem.
