I will say this is one of the most beautiful properties we visited in Napa. They do offer tours but we were unable to get in same day, so we did a tasting at the bar instead. They have tons of tables and seating outside to enjoy your tasting. And they offer a variety of different tastings which is awesome when you have a group of folks with different tastes in wine. It was one of the most relaxing spots we visited while in town.

Sophia Stallone

Called this winery 3 times inquiring about tasting for a group of 9 people. Left messages 3 times! Never received a call back Frustrated & disappointed

alia cole

Kid friendly. Hip. Fun. Beautiful .

Jennifer L.

Just skip it! For sure Chandon offers a cool experience, but the tasting there was so lacking in comparison to other wineries, I wouldn't go again. Not fun to have to stand and wait at the bar every time you are ready for the next wine

Martin Eaves

I was completely surprised my my visit to Chandon. The facility is excellent, good parking, restrooms, air conditioned in a very modern building. The wines themselves are a very welcome change to the standard Napa fair, delightfully sparkling and refreshing. The tasting fee is also very reasonable!

Claus Blem

Great champagne style wines.

Alessandro Angelotti

Very beautiful winery especially if you can find a seat at the turf. Sip your wine and relax there. Other seating options didn’t look attractive but quite boring. It was a little bit crowded to be comfortable. For a 25$ I would have preferred to taste more than 3 wines.

Carrie Matlock

Decent sparkling wines and friendly staff, but very touristy. Personally prefer the smaller winery scene.

Luciana Correia Vuyk

We love this place. We had a breakfast after ride balloon. Great moments.

Lior Ron

good for first time visitors to Napa and great views outside - but it feels too touristy - you're better off doing the research and visiting some more intimate winery

Daniel Francisco Salvador

Very nice building and gardens . Ok stuff , and very bad sparkling wine . We had a bottle of the etoile rosé and we couldnt even finish it . If you are looking for a decent sparkling wine in Napa , go to Mumm Napa or Domaine Carneros.

My Tesla Adventure

Domaine Chandon is an absolute delight. We were taken on a private and guided tour of Domain Chandon as part of the Napa Valley wine train. Domaine has a long tradition of making great champagne making this a must stop for lovers of sparking wine and champagne

Darin LaFramboise

Great sparkling wine but the facilities and grounds need updating. It's very 70s and the clientele is very touristy. Again, great wines but if you're looking for that trademark Napa vineyard atmosphere, continue down the road.

Domaine Chandon is a gorgeous vineyard that rocks the sparkling wine. Aaron was our guide and he was educational and entertaining. Domaine Chandon grounds: This massive winery facility is popular af and was packed during our visit. The visitor center has plenty of wine and wine souvenirs to take back home for visitors like us. The terrace and lawns were packed with crowds enjoying their sparkling wines. We received a tour of the grounds, the massive storage vats before we sat down for our awesome tasting. Aaron broke down the amazing complex process to get sparking wine to the final product in a labeled bottle for purchase. This really made me appreciate sparking wine for future consumption. In the tasting room, we learned how to properly open a bottle as we watched Aaron perform it flawlessly with each bottle. If you get a chance to taste the truffle popcorn during your tasting, please go for it as it was a treat. All the sparkling wines we sampled were tasty and refreshing. I'm not a sparking wine guy per say but the reserve pinot noir rose was a must buy for the crew. Overall this facility has plenty of space and it appears that they're packed with locals and tourists because they're doing it right there. Great service, attractive facility and sparking wines makes for a good time. See you in the tasting room. Cheers!

Antonio Valle

Just skip it. We had the worst time ever. Wouldn't go back even if we get paid to go back.

Sheila Romero

Horrible service. Do not go here!

John McCrea

Very touristy winery but one of Napa Valley's classics! Beautiful grounds and pleasant sparkling wine!

Anton Z

Very nice grounds and nice bubbly to go with the views!

Brad Monroe

I went to Domaine Chandon with my wife and her parents right after visiting the Robert Mondavi winery up the street. The tour was lackluster at best. At other wineries, a good amount of time is spent outside talking about the growing process, the soil, etc. At Chandon, they show a few small vines in a courtyard as the only connection to the growing process. The inside portions of the tour were more interesting, but the guide sounded as if she was reading a script. Not a lot of audience connection and charisma, which is what I was expecting at $40/head. The wine was okay. Buy it at the grocery store though. Would not recommend allocating any of your Napa time to this place.

Finn Dog

Good facility, good views. Good for kids/families and is dog friendly. Very packed, average wines and systematic service at best. Prices are comparable to other big wineries. Not intimidated and lacks character.

Jojo Wan

Enjoyed a great bottle of champagne and a wonderful weather.

Arisel De la cruz

Great wine tasting. Prices are really good. Place was beautiful and comfortable. Service was really good. They have a lot of different options.

Scott Anderson

One of my favorite wineries. Great for picnics.

Stuart Gilbert

Very nice grounds, easy to find parking, and fairly easy to get a seat outside on a nice sunny weekend. My wife likes the wine selection, and I appreciate the nice cold water.

Chih-Horng Kuo

A nice winery; the "Cocktail 101" hosted Tasting was quick a lot of fun.

Richard Bolt

The Walmart of your wine tasting tour. Big paved lot, highly visible location, all classes of customer. The wine tastes like wine.

Maria Moreno

Wonderful guest service, I would recommend it to any one that's ready to relax and have awesome time

Jan Gemrich

We came and asked for the style of tasting as we wanted to taste the full menu, compare wines and sit outside. We were told that they only give one wine at a time, as per house rules so we asked why which the staff couldn't explain but replied "You don't have to understand the rules but you have other options in the valley." After providing feedback to the manager we were explained the rule and told that it's based on limited dishwasher capacity and were offered free tasting menu. Surprisingly we were served all wines at the same time

Leslie Jackson

One of the very best chardonnay's, battery and smooth.

Kelly Ngo

Nice spot to get bubbly. We hung out in the beautiful garden in the back. Very relaxing and a great way to enjoy the sun with your bubbly.

Ramsey Wagner

Had a great time! Having a great rose and sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the hill was a beautiful experience. Karly was great!

TEJAS VAITY

Amazing place!! Must visit.. 1st stop before you visit other winery in Napa.

Kristin Rimbach

A tourist favorite- famous for their bubbly, this large tasting room has sweeping valley views and restaurant with an expansive outdoor patio.

Kristin Garza

A must stop if you love champagne! We walked right up and immediately we're able to start our tasting. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds during the tasting as well!

Elliott Fisher

Always a bit crowded. Mediocre wine.

Brittany Pedigo

Beautiful place with great tastings and cheese plate! We went on a Friday and were worried about no reservations but there is lots of seating so we were able to get in without a problem. Worth checking out!

Sam Ford

Beautiful!! My friends and I went without an appointment, walked in and got a couple of glasses of wine and an appetizer. Once we got our food we walked outside and sat in one of many groups of chairs that they had set up. The views are amazing! The best part about Chandon is that it doesn’t feel like other pretentious winery’s! Oh, the wine is good too!!

Elizabeth Detloff

A MUST STOP! If you love champagne, and sparkling wine, don't miss this place. Beautiful grounds, just be prepared to wait to taste.

james willis

Beautiful property for sure. But, way overpriced and not many employees to help. Also was a bit disappointed in the fact that didn’t have many property exclusive champagnes and if they did I received no help finding it.

John Wyndham

The wine was fine, but the location was crowded and so we didn't get a chance to talk to the tasting room manager. It's a worthwhile stop, but I have a feeling that there are other, less crowded options for sparkling wine in the valley.

Erika McCauley

Great tasting with good energy and fun staff.

Jeff Sutton

Ask for Debbie. She is fantastic. Great knowledge and shares it in a way a simple guy like me can understand. I’ve always enjoyed Moet, and it’s nice to be able to enjoy the American family. Excellent French style wine and wonderful sparkling wine. The Etoile is absolutely worth it.

Johan Holmgren

Well organized and good wines. A bit crowded at peak hours though.

Miriam Taylor

Celebrating my daughter's birthday at Domaine Chandon. As Melbourne locals, used to excellent service across Victoria, we are disappointed by the rudeness of multiple staff, including Andrea, who was looking after the front deck. Wine is delicious but you'd think after spending $100+, you could stretch to offer an additional few pieces of bread to finish a charcuterie platter when asked. As is, we were charged $4 for two slices. We declined on principal and were then told "we are running a business" very curtly. I suppose you can get away with this poor level of hospitality when much of your customer base is international. Domain Chandon... very uncouth; very un-Melbourne.

Alfonzo Altamar Pereira

The balloon ride service from this place is very well organized, that's the only thing we did in Domaine Chandon, 5 star trip, friendly staff, we loved it there.

Bea Ellett

Lovely sparkling wine. Beautiful grounds.

Jaron Ford

Tourist trap

Debbie Maldonado

First stop on the Wine Train estate tour. The sparkling wine was delightful, the beautiful grounds were expansive, and the food pairing was quite good. Highly recommend for a leisurely brunch. We left too quickly. I will be going back!!

Jim Scantlen

Beautiful grassy knolls border the tasting room for a wonderful outdoor experience.

Александра Ткаченко

They have 4 flights: 2 for sparkling and two for still. See their tour schedule before coming.

Sara McKinley

This is definitely one of my favorite places. The champagne and wine tasting is unparalleled and the grounds beautiful, but the real gem is the restaurant where every course is delicious. I cannot wait to go back again soon.

Sophia Yuen

If you want some champagne or sparkling wine, this is the place to come to. We did a tasting of 3 wines and I thought they were pretty good, though I like my wine sweeter. According to my co-workers, you can take your wine glass when you're done, but I don't know if that is still the case now. We hung out outside for a while drinking our wine and it was really nice. Lots of patio seating, arches and green. Overall, if you're into sparkling wine, come here for a drink.

Ivan Castillo

If you ever come here to wine taste get Antwuan. They should just make him a manager or something. He knows how to take care of people

Jennifer Wong

Huge location. Great for groups.

David Dixon

They had 4 different tasting options and each one was about $20. The difference is whether you got to try four of their lower ones or up to two of their prestigious ones. We went for the four and we had very generous pours. The people working were were very kind and talkative. They are happy to talk about their business and everything here. Also, there are various other wines that you get to taste complimentary. One was a red sparkling, which wasn't for my palette. I would say it is best to go with the high end tasting, especially if you are the driver.

Marcin Karnowski

Full fledged restaurant, nice outside seating.

Allen Schneider

This is one place that I visit every time that I am visiting the region.

ofra bensimon

Interesting tour Great wine tasting , and light good food

Ronald A. Abarca

Great tour. Awesome fun staff. Beautiful building.

Jason Newquist

Reasonably good sparkling wines and a couple good pinots. Tasting flights at the seated outdoor area not cheap -- but our server was quite generous with his pours, and the views of the grounds were fantastic. Overall, this place is really marred by being a tourist bus destination. Nothing about this place is intimate. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a good experience at a sparkling wine house. There are a couple crappy places, but at least is ok.

Jan Dao

Chandon is one of the few tasting rooms in Napa that open until 6pm. So be prepared to wait for your tasting if you arrive at 5pm, since many people come here as their last stop. The bubbles here are great. The tastings are 4 for $15. The one sparkling wine that is not on their tasting menu is the sparkling red, I recommend you buying a glass to try it out - it's definitely unique. Also, they have a great pinot if you decide to go still on your tasting. Domain offers a really good membership, where all your 1st time purchases are 50% off - my husband and I took advantage of this offer and bought all of our wedding champagne here. Cheers!

Norman Rohr

Good start for a Napa wine tasting tour. Ambience is rather modern.

Madison Sites

Pretty landscape. Very factory level of an experience but still fun if you're just looking to taste and aren't a tasting expert

Andrew Thomes

A fun place to hang out. The staff was willing to accommodate our special needs, and we enjoyed the snacks.

Travel Gal

My favorite tour of a champagne maker in Napa. The facility is huge and very impressive. They got rid of the small plates that came with their tasting menu but still worth a stop along your wine tour in Napa.

James OKeefe

Nice place

I Foreign

Very bubbly atmosphere

Dean Goddard

Sparkling wine was not meant to be drunk alone. To truly enjoy what Chandon has on offer, you need to indulge yourself and your friends taste buds at the restaurant with a bottle of Chandons finest coupled with a magnificent formal dining. An experience I just had on a beautiful fine warm spring day for lunch. Take your friends, take the nice car, and just relax in the warmth of the finest service and tantalizing tastes. Yes you could just do a wine tasting or lap up some sun in a more casual area, but you can't beat the fine wining and dining. Don't forget to try out the fantastic deserts which the pastry chef of 30 years has perfected to an art form which rounds off the magnificent menu.

Alice Jou

One of my favorite places to visit when I go wine tasting. They have great sparking wine and oysters! The entire grounds is gorgeous.

Shvetha Gohn

Beautiful winery! Great options for tasting for both still as well as sparkling wines. They also allow you to walk around in between tasting pours allowing to explore the beautiful grounds and not rush through tastings.

Chris S.

Great place to start a day at the vineyards. Especially nice, friendly staff. Good options of flights, glasses and bottles.

David Diaz

Had a Vegas feel walking into the entrance. All they needed was some bass pumping and would have felt like the strip. Grounds are beautiful although the pond at the front was starting to smell a little fisky with all that algae floating on top. Generous pours, although felt more like standing at a bar on the strip waiting for service. When it's crowded, cannot get too much information about various products since they're so busy. Great place to have lunch or apps and just chilax beyond tasting room. Would go back again, but a little earlier next time to avoid the several tour busses spewing their exhaust out front. The corporate machine has definitely taken over.

Holly Douglas

This is a beautiful winery with incredible sparkling. The tour guide was informative and fun. This was one of our favorite stops.

Nanhkeodonedi .

We got here later in the day. It's a good size beautiful winery. The service is very good and professional. The raw oysters were delicious! There was a open bar as well as the wine tasting bar. We had a wonderful experience. After wine tasting, we took a stroll around the back and took lots of pictures.

Ali Fanucchi

Pretty winery, focus on sparkling. The building portion is a little dated, but the big, open window and Adirondack chairs on the lawn can't be beat. Good wine, feels a little corporate.

Allison Cunningham

Beautiful grounds but it felt really impersonal and corporate. They push their wine club HARD at this one. I wanted to take home a bottle but decided to forgo it since they wouldn't stop pressuring us to sign up. I like their product, but not enough to join the club.

Kelli Gambee

Such a gorgeous winery. This was our first stop on our wine weekend and the stroll up to the front doors was such a welcome treat. Just beautiful! We ordered the sparkling flights and sat on the patio. We also had a cheese board that was good as well.

Alex Huie

Feels peaceful and calm here and you can walk around a lot

Chris Knaffle

Huge place. Beautiful grounds and buildings. They seem to specialize in sparkling wine.

L Chi

Enjoyed our time here a lot. Love the wine. Also super dog friendly, nice staff even bring water for our dog:)

reagan Spaziani

Zane was amazing in the tasting room. We had an amazing experience. The grounds were beautiful and the wine was delicious. We did the classic tasting. Definitely would recommend.

Dee Rodriguez

Came in a group of 20 for a wedding bachelor/bachelorette type outing. Chris took great care of us and we had a great time. The sparkling wine was really good and we had a really good cheese and meat platter to complement. Really good time for our large group.

Alynn Nguyen

Located in Yountville, such a beautiful setting far from the crowds. If you like champagne, don’t miss this place when you visit Napa.

Sean Mintz

Visited as part of a tour recommended by my hotel concierge. This is a factory operation as compared to some of the smaller, family owned operations, which provided an interesting contrast. The guide was engaging and provided a lot of information about historical and present-day champagne production. They were very generous with samples.

K Ruiz

I left in tears on my honeymoon because one staff member, Melissa, was so rude to me. I have looked forward to visiting Chandon for the last six months. It's one of my mom and my favorite sparkling brands. For years she has told me what a beautiful winery it is and how I really need to visit. Well, my honeymoon would seem like the perfect time, right? We arrived 12 minutes late for the tour, and were immediately told that we could not go on the tour, as we exceeded the time allowed. And I understand that, but asked for a special allowance with the understanding that we would miss a bit of the tour, due to our lateness, but before I could ask, I was told in the snottiest of tones, by Melissa that no, she was just following the policy and I should go buy a bottle and sit outside. So our driver came up and informed the front desk that the tour hadn't entered the cave yet, and asked if could we run to catch up. After a bit more back and forth, we RAN, and did catch up, and it was a lovely tour with a very nice guide and group. It was wonderful. That is where the two stars are given. As we went to pay out, Melissa appeared again to give more attitude and snottiness. After a bit more unnecessary back and forth, and some quite rude commentary from Melissa, I asked for the manager. She was quite rude about that and at that point, refused to tell me her name. I found out her name from another employee working in the gift shop. Fortunately my husband is quite a rational man and he calmed me down, as I was very upset at this point. As I was walking out, I said goodbye to Melissa, calling her by name and she yelled out to me, "You were the one who started it, you were the one who got an attitude first." At that point I started crying and ended up leaving the winery crying. End of the day, the one place that I looked forward to the most made me leave in tears. Happy honeymoon to me. I would not only not recommend this winery to anyone, I would actively discourage them from going. I know it is a busy winery and it doesn't really matter what one person thinks, but I certainly hope they make sure Melissa never makes anyone feel as poorly as she made me feel.

james chau

Tasted amazing sparkling wine and the hospitality team is absolutely the best!

Jai Cabigan

I love this place and wines are spectacular

Corey Ayotte

Chandon's tasting area is pretty chaotic and you don't really get to taste anything that you couldn't find at any liquor store in America. The only saving grace is that the grounds are beautiful and you can very easily buy a bottle to share with friends for a beyond reasonable price.

Anthony Hyjer

I'm not sure why they chose a swamp to greet guests; Chandon would attract 2x as many club members if they took better care of the property. Staff was very sweet. One of the still wines was nice in the prestige tasting. Mildly decent American "Champagne".

Judy Chang

Nora Xu

Well... my excuse for taking my fam here is it was the first place we went. The grounds are ok but most nice spots are for chandon club members only. Thus the tasting room is tiny and kinda sterile. The staff wasn't very nice and it was like pulling teeth getting a description beyond the 3 words written for the wines. $20-25 for 3-4 wine tastings. I reeealllyyy regret even spending the money here when we had a much better experience (bigger grounds, more open walk, friendlier staff) just up north at mondavi and beringer. Compared to other big name wineries in the area this place is the worsttt.

Romelle Baker-Jarvis

My first visit to wine country was enhanced by our three visits to Domaine Chandon. We just could not stay away from this glorious spot! Everything is perfection. The property is immaculate, both inside and out. Rarely have I experienced such first class service. Naming names, our server, Debbie Dean, was knowledgeable, personal, and gracious. Debbie is a veteran employee of 17 years at the winery and her commitment shines through loud and clear! I willingly joined the wine club based primarily on Debbie's professionalism and cordial attentiveness. Of note, is also Janice Beland who waited on my sister and me in the gift shop. Like Debbie, Janice was accommodating, helpful and very pleasant. There are 425 wineries in what is known as Wine Country. Domaine Chandon ranks among the top. Don't miss this experience.

Sam White

Super relaxed tasting experience

Brandon Stricklin

This was our first stop on our wine train tour. We had about an hour to tour and taste the "bubbles". The location is very nice and the "bubbles" are pretty good if you like that kind of wine. Our tour guide at Chandon was too snooty for us.

Rick Bakas

You'd think a winery as big as Chandon would lose its identity or level of service but each time we've been to Chandon it's been better than the last. They really offer the full experience you could want a winery from beautiful grounds to ease of getting to as well as a wide range of wines in the tasting bar. Club members (which we aren't yet) get to sit out on the verandah and sip all sorts of sparkling wines. But the Michelin-star restaurant, Etoile is probably the best kept secret. Their chef was on Food & Wine's "Best New Chefs-People's Choice" list for 2011. Chandon is owned by Moet & Chandon, makers of Dom Perignon. What more could you ask for?

Matt Horton

The truffle popcorn is so worth it

David Rosazza

Enjoyed their bubbly

Leti Scheib

Loved this stop on my Napa tour. The Rose' flight is a must try!

Mrs. M

YES!!! Do this! We toured 7 wineries before coming here on our trip and it was the most relaxed, no pressure to buy, great food and drink stop. You can select what you like whether it's a tasting or a bottle of wine and go sit out on the patio with no sales stuff to pressure you. I recommend just buying a bottle and sitting on the gorgeous patio.

Andrew Flynn

The amount of pink and bubbly items in this place is enough to make a grown man cringe, divorce his wife, sell his house, listen to an album by Prince, and take a bath in the cleansing waters of Lake Minnatonka. This is a bachelorette party/tourist trap of the highest order. My wife and I did the upgraded "still" tasting; were not impressed. I did LOL hard at the staff member who suggested that I elbow the guy on crutches so that we could get a spot at the tasting bar since "he probably wouldn't be able to fight back." For this moment of levity, I decided to add an additional star to my 1-star review.

John Chandler

Expected drier wines. Even the super-duper-extra-dry sparkling wine was still on the sweet side. Staff were really good here. It's a great pace to grab a picnic from the nearby amazing grocery store, and have a picnic here on the grass.

James Haupt

Tasting room is a beautiful space with decent bubbly.

Binoy Shah

Nice place! Amazing view. Good selection!

Katherine Ferranti

Excellent value. Gorgeous environs.

Ashraf Qaqish

Beautiful atmosphere

Bryan Eyler

Reservations are terrible. We were told that we didn't need a reservation and got there only to find out we could not be seated. This place is not worth your time and don't bother relying on them to keep to their word.

Salina Littleton

A few girlfriends and I went bubbly tasting on a beautiful Monday. Domaine Chandone was our first stop. We experienced the best tour and tasting given by Helena. The grounds are beautiful and wines are amazing. I learned so much. Although, we were in a group of about 12 people, you never felt like you were left out of the conversations. This place has is down when comes to consumer experiences.

Karen Lundy

Couldn't tell you how it is, the terrible service prevented me from having any experience to share. Left after waiting a while when the bartender couldn't be bothered. Seemed to be purposefully ignoring us, preferring to keep serving some young girls next to us and then newcomers on the other side of us, or gossiping with the other bartender who also didn't seem to feel it was their job to serve us. Went to many superior tasting rooms today, I'd skip this one.

Mary Raphael George

Delicious pinot noir. My cousin and I started out here in the early part of the day and each did a different tasting which was fun to sip each other's. Highly recommend. Beautiful place to take pictures. People were very nice and laid back!

Xiao Wu

A very small but friendly winery, with a great sparking wine selection. Very relaxing and casual. Perfect for parties.

Dave Audriana

This winery is overdone. If you're looking for a winery that feels like a city bar, then this is the place to go. If you want quality wines with a relaxing atmosphere, this place is not for you.

Steve Modich

Absolutely the worst customer service This place literally turned away customers. It was 30th birthday party and these idiots told us we could not get in because we had a party bigger than 16 people. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Steven Bui

Tasting: Starts at $20. The place offer sparkling wine. It's okay in terms of taste, but nothing really stood out to me. Easy to drink if you are a light weight. Scenery: The area is very nice to walk around. This is probably the reason to go here. A lot of open space. There are wooden seats located outside. The wine tasting room is upstair. Has a classy atmosphere to it. The downstairs consist of a store and a hallway. Good place to take pictures.

Jackie Roewe

Great place to start your day and see the wine area.

Jeffrey Cohen

Great sparkling wine made in authentic champagne style, and a gorgeous property with a very enjoyable outdoor tasting experience (chocolate covered strawberries, abundant pours and second helpings.) All good overall, my only reservation is that our tour guide talked so fast that we lost interest and felt like we were on an assembly line being shoved through the place. Also, for whatever reason when we first entered the main room where you can purchase wines and start your tour, it smelled like sewage. The prices on Chandon are very good here too. And try the rose.

Don Frasco

One of the best wineries in Napa Valley. This is the other half of Möet Chandon. Great place to hangout and the scenery.

Wanda Goldie

Awesome information and sparkling wine.

Rahul Sakkia

While the actual winery is amazing, the service and the wines are lacking. It would be a good idea to make a reservation a day early and get to the winery early because of the lines. If you want a less personal experience, commercial tasting experience; this would be perfect especially for larger groups of 4+ If you are looking to experience some quality sparkling wines, there are better and cheaper places in Napa.

Nonie Kent

This winery holds a special place in my heart, over 20 years ago my husband proposed to me here. The grounds of this facility are gorgeous, bring a picnic and enjoy. We love Domain Chandon Sparkling Wine. The Brut, Rose and Blanc de Noir are all outstanding and delicious. It is very popular and can be crowded. Week days are best if you can manage it, weekends can be a zoo. Unfortunately, their restaurant closed several years ago, which was a true loss, the food was outstanding and service was meticulous. Their chandon club is worthwhile, if you love the bubbly, even their still wines are good. But bubbles are better. Enjoy!

Cinna Brown

I'm so glad I found you, my love! Chandon is like my long-lost love that I finally found. I came here with on a girls trip with two friends to experience the best of Napa! My friend Shalini said we must stop at Chandon first. What a good decision. The grounds are breathtaking, amazing, and beautiful. Kind of like a Wonderland and I was Alice. All of the ponds and the grass and the trees was just perfect. Once inside the building all of the woodwork and the teak was so gorgeous. When we got to the tasting area we we were greeted by Antwon and Karly. They were such amazing hosts! They really made my first trip to Napa so special. My friend is a wine club member so we might have got treated a little special for that. Makes me want to be a wine club member too. Apparently you get one free tasting a day and so does your friend if you're a wine club member. Good to know

Sathi R

Fantastic sparkling wines. A very beautiful place to be

Cassandra Luongo

The architecture was amazing and the view was beautiful. We saw people bring their blankets and food for a picnic.

Sherpa Jimmy

Beautiful place must go and test the wine/ Champagne.

Vanessa Ross

Love Bubbles! This is the right place. Great ambiance. Enjoyed the wines. Delicious! Must come and visit to experience it!

Richard Anderson Liu

(Translated by Google) A good winery If you really want to know, it is recommended to take a tour of yourself. It’s just taking a photo. The second floor has a bar and the outdoor area offers a tasting. It’s not a vip. It’s about 10 dollars. (Original) 一個不錯的酒莊 要真正了解的話還是建議參加tour 自己參觀的話 就是拍拍照而已了 二樓有吧檯以及戶外區提供試飲 對不是vip得人大概是10美金一杯

Gabriela M.

We went on our own and this was our first winery on our SF trip. We got to try 3 different sparkling wines, and the third one was sooooo good that we had to buy it haha. It is a beautiful place, but unfortunately they don’t do tours.. its just the tastings. But I still recommend it.

Leonardo Gutierrez

The most awesome place to start learning about wines. I'm not a wine fan. but this guy Tyler (tour guide) made me feel more interested about it. he described wine making process with so much passion that will make you feel interested too. you get behind the scenes access and at the final part you'll taste some sparkling wines. totally worth 40$

June Lampa

Great place to drink fantastic wines!

Brian Nagele

Great wine, good tasting and the grounds are very nice. Not much more than that. The vibe is corporate. I do recommend stopping by. No appointment was needed.

david pankiewicz

Last stop on Pacific Tour and one of the best to learn about California sparklings.

Adrian Kwa

Book in for the champagne tour as it gets crowded but is worth doing! Good selection to taste from

Rafael Kon

Impersonal tasting, poor customer service (our waiters left for a break and left us hanging...others could not care less).

Stephen Kelly

Great place to grab a bottle of wine, relax in their Adirondack chairs and look at the mountain views. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Jade Tuan

Great winery and outdoor area. Have both sparkling or still wine flights or by the glass tasting.

Michael Antonell

No tours or sourvinere glasses!

A favorite winery of mine. You can tour the facility and learn how sparking wine is made. Make an appointment in advance for the tour. You can sign up for a tour when you arrive but tours are at set times. If you do so upon arrival you might have wait for availability depending on the time of year you visit . We love visiting the wine country during Easter weekend. The crowds are lower and most of the major wineries remain open. Would suggest you consider joining their wine club. Wines are delivered quarterly. The property maintains Beautiful gardens and the best tasting room in Yountville.

Rushed service and classic sparkling wines are not as good as they sound.

One of the most famous winehouses here in the region. Tasting room and terraces are lovely.

Wish I could've left a 0 star rating. Our family went as a big group yesterday and we were denied entry because according to management..."we're at capacity". Popular winery, end of Summer, Saturday afternoon, etc. Easy to think ok we just came at the wrong time better luck next time right? However, why would you only tell one group of people that you can't come in, but at the sameu time continue to allow other groups to walk in that got there after us when you've supposedly stopped allowing people in? Also, why treat us like we did something wrong? Why not politely say "hey guys you know what we appreciate you guys thinking to visit us out of all the great wineries up here but unfortunately we're at capacity and therefore please come back another time?" When you just rudely (and loud enough for other patrons to hear) say like your a bouncer at a nightclub "you can't come in...we're at capacity" your opening your self up to criticism like this. I'm 100% sure not everyone who works there is like this as the rest of the staff was very courteous. Lastly, we were dressed appropriately and we weren't wasted just in case anyone reading this is thinking that.

Honestly, one of my least favorite wineries. I adore bubbles and am a fan but of only a few. Chandon has become very commercialized. Apparent there used to be a restaurant but it's gone! Real disappointing. No tour, just a ton of tastings. :/

While Domaine Chandon feels like a huge corporate winery and is lacking some of the Napa charm, we had a very nice experience there. We took a tour as part of our wine train experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed the way they poured the tastings as the tour went on. The sparkling wine (NOT Champagne) was also a nice break from the copious amounts of wine we had ingested at the other wineries. The whole place had a "get you into the gift shop to spend more money" feel, especially as they didn't actually have vines at any point of the tour, but the tasting itself was enjoyable. It would be nice to have a less Disney World of Wine feel, particularly with the visitor center, but it was a worthwhile stop in the area.

Large place that can get very busy on a nice weekend day. Service is a bit harried as a result and it can be a little annoying to do one of the self-paced tastings.

Tastings are slightly expensive, but a great selection of bubbly and still wines. It's a must on our trips to wine country.

Steven was great at the Chandon club Bar! Knows what is going on with topography, area, soul, grapes and human psychology! Great to connect with an expert, professional and enjoy all the great grapes.
