I love Costco but its always so crowded on the weekends. And there are so many people that stand aimlessly in the way while looking for stuff. It makes NO sense. But that's not Costco's fault. I wish they would notify people when they stop carrying products they used to sell. I have been looking for Paleo bites for over a 2 months now.

Always stocked with everything you need. If you dont see it ask. The associates here are always friendly and will help you! But, if you do go, bring your patience. It gets really crowded. Its usually the crowd you need to be worried about. Many people are rude, push through and act to seem as if hey are the only people in the store. So, be patient! Other than that, typical Costco with a nice selection. Parking lot can be crazy too! Be prepared!!!

I buy my dog food and most of my household food here. Great prices. Parking can be a pain in the a**. Also be prepared to be parked in the sun, or if its raining make a run to your car with your wagon! It's worth it, or I wouldn't go. :)

Pizza shop does not answer their phone. Showed up within 30 minutes of closing time to order 7 pizzas and was told I was out of luck. I told them I'd tried calling to make sure they had pizza and/or to place order. I was then on my way empty handed. If they'd only answered the phone I could've saved a bunch of time. So it goes.

I want to like Costco, but it's a god damn zoo. Shoppers here seem loose their wits (and manners) in the frenzied pitch of ultra consumption. Have fun wheeling your 400 pound cart while doging cars in the vast frozen wasteland that is their parking lot. I guess it's not so bad if you wear body armor and bring a team of sled dogs to help.

There's a lot of choices and the workers are very friendly. Only problem is that everyone and there cousin wants to go to this one. So parking can sometimes be an issue depending on the time you go. It's best to go here eaither right after they open or around 2:30-3pm.

I love costco. I'm not giving five stars solely because parking is HORRIBLE. It's not because it's busy, I get that. Home Depot on the same block makes parking a breeze with a parking structure. Costco could greatly benefit from adding one. I understand it may not be feasible to shut down the store to build this for their customers, but it'd be nice.

Busy on the weekends but definitely the best Costco on Oahu. Big parking lot and easy to get into and out of the lot. More room to line up for Costco gas compared to Iwale location. The crowds are not so bad weekdays, the staff are great as any Costco location.

A whole aisle of Hawaii treats, nuts, etc. Pretty much the same as all Costco merchandise, and better prices than anywhere else on the island, if you can afford to store bulk amounts of things. The gas is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, too. Like every Costco ever, try to go first thing in the morning or right before closing. The parking lot is atrocious any other time, and for some reason everyone at Costco saunters through the isles so slowly and then stop and stare all around them for large chunks of time.

Had a bad experience in food court, ordered a pizza before we started shopping so it would be ready when we were done and it wasn't then we had to wait and our frozen food started to melt. The lady spent more time making up excuses. Then nobody told us pizza was done

Costco’s great but we had a nightmare churro experience. We ordered two churros, they gave us one and said it would be 5 minutes for the next. Okay fine. But then it actually took them 25 minutes. Then they started serving other customers the churros that were ready. Bad stuff happens, but the reason for the one star review is that they were really rude about the experience and did not apologize.

Well it's actually a good place to get many things in bulk if your in to that. They never let me down when I have to fill an order for a weekend outing. Big chips, big meats, big fruits, big condiments, big snacks even things like battery packs. Double AA, AAA C,Ds thay come in big packs. The only thing is prepare yourself for the crowd. It all depends on what day and time you go. For most if not all weekends are bad if your not in to crowded. Crowded store, crowded parking lot. Long lines during check. Sometimes it's amazing how good they can be in getting you through the lines. I guess it depends on who's managing the checkouts during the busy times. Somebody knows what they're doing. I like the cheap eats out side it's all good. Just remember the lines can be long...

Lots of parking with lots of people going there to park. Dont back into parking spot because you will be leaving here with LOTS of stuff that will have to fit in your trunk. Accidents happen in parking lot a lot, it's just normality. Once inside you will find tons of things you will be needing for home. They have a large selection of variety. Their meat section is fresh daily. Their pizza is even more fresh in their food court. The people that help put your cart up and down the escalators are super friendly and helpful always with a smile. The lines can get long if you decide to go at busy times. But if not at peak times they are fast and courteous. Be sure to check your receipt very thoroughly after because sometimes they are in such a rush they accidentally scan things multiple times.

I love Costco, but it's always so busy since Sam's closed. I will find the right time to go to avoid the crowds. The best thing about Costco's is they don't have just a couple of registers working. Usually all cash registers are in use.

Being a member of this warehouse club entails that you not only buy in quantity, but that you get quality and savings as well. I like walking around the aisles because you are bound to find things that you didn't know you needed. Every visit I make sure to check out the clothes bins, I have found some of my favorite shirts here. Their quality is top notch and the price is unbeatable. We love the croissants from the bakery and the grilled chicken from the meat department. What I don't like is that some of my favorite products are not always available. I am happy to have a Costco near me. I only wish I had a freezer or a bigger fridge to hold all the great food I end up purchasing.

Need to have a Express check out lane. The fact that you have to show your membership card at the door when you walk in is ridiculous, you can't buy anything without one. And the door people who check your receipts don't even really look at them. I bet someone gets away with stealing something everyday.

I hate going here but do out of necessity. I've never been here when it's not busy. Wednesday at 2pm? Everyone got off work and is at Costco. It's like they sell a new iPhone every day. It being busy is bad enough but it seems like everyone who shops there is a brain dead idiot. Like shopping in an episode of The Walking Dead. Eveyone stands in an isle (with no intention of moving) blissfully oblivious to the 30 people trying to get by them. Going to Costco makes me wish for another plague.

I'm very happy about the coupons, sign up gift cards as well as the products and selection. The only reason it was not a five today was my cashier was talking with her coworkers, not focused on what she was doing, then asked me questions on how what items I got because she forgot. She was not friendly. Annoyed at something and held up the line. Gloria B was not having a good day and it showed.

I think it’s unsafe and terribly rude to have their workers restock during the very limited shopping hours. I have had several disturbing encounters with pallet jacks being brushed towards me. The store is crowded all the time, so the additional traffic is unnecessary. The company has become too large and arrogant for its own good. Never a good experience, but is something to dread.

COSTCO was PACKED on this Saturday before Christmas. That said, we had no problem finding a parking spot when we arrived and a really short check out line when we were done. Biggest problem were people strolling through the store aimlessly while talking on a cell phone and totally oblivious to everyone around them!

What can you say about Costco. I love this place. There are so many good deals. Always keep an eye out and watch the pricing even after you buy your high ticket items. Customer Service is GREAT. YOU HAVE TO BE A Member to go in. CHEAPEST GASS PRICES if they have a gas station. Food is very cost effective. Pizza is yum. The smoothies are delicious but be aware of the caloric intake! Enjoy!

Came to Costco just to get a couple of pies from the food court. Placed my order and left for about 20-30 minutes. Came back, presented my receipt and asked if my order was ready. Female employee checked and told me that my order is being prepared in back. I stayed and waited another half hour. I went again and asked how much linger for my pies. It seems the entire half hour I was waiting, the pies were already prepared, and the female employee never even checked. They tried to give me cold pies. Service was simply terrible today.

This place is a LIFESAVER! Especially here on the Islands. The prices help save money, the pharmacy and eye center are a huge benefit. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Their little handmade quick fix meals...man, every single one of them from the Bulgogi to the pot pie and everything in between is perfectly made and tastes great! I highly suggest getting a membership for the many, many benefits this place has to offer. From the bulk purchases, great prices, to the insurance and travel options. It truly has everything!

Thoughtful and considerate employees. I was helped by various departments in my pursuit of some straps, bungee cords, or even tape. The only option was some huge duct tape, not what i needed. But i was helped so earnestly the same. The cashier also packed the box in such a strategic manner to help me make it home. I ended up borrowing some tape from another department. Suffice to say these are after pictures, having made it home as scarily as it was. Nothing dropped, broken, or in any way out of order.

I was so excited to have Costco back as an option when I moved back to Hawaii last Summer. I have had the membership almost a year now and finally asked for my money back today. I have attempted to shop her dozens and dozens of times and have left less than 5 times with actual goods. More often then not there aren't even carts because it's so jam packed. Sam's club, sadly, is the place to be on this island, incomparable lines and typically cheaper by at least a few cents and same prices on gas.

Ok so this place is one of the better Costcos I've been to and is pretty much always stocked with whatever items I'm looking for. However, I would suggest that a person go shopping at the start or end of the sales date, because I've had trouble with items that were on sale but not in stock due to them being sold out, as a lot of businesses tend to buy in bulk from here. Another thing is that this Costco now has a self checkout for the food court for convenience, but still a hassle getting food. Now the only problem I have is parking, if you come during the weekend, you're going to have trouble finding parking unless you come when they open up or come and before closing. Another thing is that people don't know how and where to stand in line as they will pile up in one or two lines without moving to the other lines or sometimes it's so packed that you don't have a choice but wait in line, bottom line is know what you want and come early or before closing but don't come before closing during the times when public school are going to open or "back to school shopping"

Alaskans love Costco. This store is a little busy compared to the East Anchorage store, but it's still a great store, with everything laid out and easy to find. Like all Costco stores, they have rotating seasonal stock, so if you see something you like, it might not be there next time you look for it. Be careful with Costco. It is way too easy to buy way too much stuff. Does it save money if you are buying more then you need?

Great way to save money if staying in Waikiki. We wanted a quick dinner so we can hit the boardwalk. We bought the pre made chicken salad and it was good. There food court is outside and it is a fun place to people watch. Prices were not that much higher then on mainland. My only complaint. Why don’t they sell surfboards at my Costco? The pic is of a foamie but they did have the hyper lite surfboard. Illinois is so uncool.

This location specific rating. Lots of Kirkland ( store brand constants ) where out of stock. Parking lot not maintained ( big deal in winter). Also inadequate parking. Otherwise good experience. Cafe was quick and polite, two cashiers I encountered offered good interaction. Despite leaving without two things I came for I left happy. The other location in Anchorage I did have same great service, but better maintained parking lot, and no stock issues. :)

Customer service staff were every slow and really didnt care. Mostly talk amongst themselves didnt really seem eager to help customers. As soon as it was my turn, i stepped to the counter (after the lady looked me in tge eyes and said How can I help you? Immediately another employee walked up and they just start a whole conversation. I've worked in the food industry for over a decade and now at a Bank. I know the food industry and customer service. I called for a pick up of a whole pizza. The food court has never been good at their customer service or efficent either but nothing like today. I got there and waited at the window for whole pizza pick up and was ignored for 6 minutes. Since this was my first time doing a pick up, I assumed that I should stand at the counter with the sign that says whole pizza pick up. It does make sense that they would add an additional sign that says, if you have called in your order please pay at the counter or the kiosk. Maybe they should put that right under the sign that says, we take call in orders. So obviously since it was my first time picking up, the man told me to go pay, then come back. I did so and again was ignored and walked past by the same employee who instructed me to pay so I waited for another 4 minutes before someone came from the back and asked me if I had been helped. Then on my way out, I stopped at the customer service desk and asked the woman standing at the end of the counter, "why do you offer food court pick up, if it is going to take as long as if I came in and ordered and stood in line?" Her response, "I dont know " then nothing and the other employee standing next to her just listening to this whole thing and also not providing any assistance. So I simply said, "maybe someone should check that out" and I walked out. How crazy that I seem not to matter to several Costco employees. Might as well order my stuff online and go to the farmers market rather than pay for a membership where you cant even get assistance when asking for it. Ridiculous, oh and my Pizza was cold. Soo glad I didn't order that hot and ready pizza from your competitors, I might have had a good meal.

Frankly, it's the deals we need as Alaskans who pay some of the wildest prices in the USA. At the same time, parking is a limitless toil. The parking lots are pure chaos, sloppy design, frustrating, and dangerous. So I love Costco and I hate going there.

This place is always clean and organized, the cashiers always friendly and food court makes delicious food inexpensive. Peak times here are at noon, can be difficult to find parking closer to the doors and the food court has a line. However, recently, they installed a few kiosks in the food court so you can skip the line if you are using a visa credit card or debit MasterCard.

We love going to COSTCO because of the outstanding monetary savings available to us, and the very professional & friendly cashiers. Long lines move fast, largely due to the focused COSTCO staff. We can be in and out of the customer line waiting -- in about 8 minutes. Not sure how that equates for COSTCO, but that's incredibly fast for my family abd friends. Great management organization!

This is one of the few places that have the things that almost everyone needs. The only thing that I think would help them is. For people with disabilities who can't make it to them. There is a way for disabled people to have the things they would like delivery to there place of residence FREE OF CHARGE. That would be beautiful to make things so much easier for us all.

I went to get a new car battery which is in the tires department. I was third in line and it took about an hour and a half for me to be helped because they prioritize the people coming to pick up cars after working on their tires. I wish they put the batteries in the main warehouse again, as it was so much better. Apart from this, Costco is the best for everything else

Costco's is a great place to buy almost a anything you need, maybe with the exception of furniture. This store stays crowded, so I suggest going on weekdays. The weekends can have long waiting lines. Sometimes up to an hour or more. The personnel can be a bit snappy when there's a lot of people in the store because they're hurried. Other than that it's a bargain. Happy shopping!

Costco was the place to save when I was a child, 25 years ago. Costco is a rip off now, they’ve made deals with producers so they can copy the popular good stuff & bring its customers a knock off version made by the original manufacturer! They want to send your chicken to China to be processed & then sent back to you. They never have boxes for customers who come to the store because they are using them all internally. I don’t feel like it is a club anymore just a gimmick to help you waste your money. And they are rude.

Good place to get macadamia nuts, coffee, pineapple, sea salt, leis & more if you are visiting. If you need a coer bag or a beach bag they have the nice cooler bags that are Hawaiian themed and the design changes each year. They also have some of the cheapest gas prices on the island. Food Court prices are the same as the mainland with the same selections.

Anyone who knows Costco is familiar with their wide range of bulk products ranging from food, furniture, sports equipment, pet products and more. For a very busy store, it was easy to get around, parking didn't require any circling, found everything on our list, check out lines averaged three deep but moving, courteous and efficient check out.....not bad for a Thursday just before lunch.

I would never go to this Costco again! I didn't expect it to be this many people shopping. The customers here are very rude and it was wayyy too crowded. The only reason why we went here was because my sister-in-law was in town and was staying in Brooklyn. I found it to be overwhelming with having two floors and having my infant in the stroller did not make it any better. If you can, go to another Costco or find the days/times when it's less crowded.

It's a Costco, have you not been to a Costco before?!? Okay but seriously, I gave this Costco a 4 because it's just SO DANG CROWDED! Seriously, so many people go here. Same as every Costco, buy your Gallon of Shampoo or 6 pounds of bacon, they've got the bulk you want, and a lot of times a surprisingly thorough selection at that. Also, they have a lot more food at the food stand (which is outside btw, so no Costco card needed to get that footlong polish dog) e.g. Pizza, salads, cold brew coffee(I don't recommend it though), pasta, burgers, plus all of the usual suspects. It's a Costco guys, other than the food stand is exactly the same. STOP GOING THERE THOUGH, it's too busy! Thanks

I have always loved Costco no matter where it is... But the reason why my husband and I like this is because this is one the closest one to the north shore. There are 4 Costco on the island of Oahu! There are so many great things about Costco here are A few A. Depending on what days you go will depend on how much samples will be out... So in other words free snacks... B. When shopping in Costco you can nearly always bet on bulk. No matter what you get... So in A lot of ways you are saving money that way... But not so great if your only wanting one thing of shampoo and not a bulk load of shampoo. C. There are always great deals on all kinds of products. D. The gas prices are undeniably cheaper then any other place on the island. So if your a new couple or family wanting to find where to go to get everything and not break your bank account.... Then Getting a member ship for Costco is a great way to go!

It's a giant warehouse club with limited selection which only varies by season. Good produce, meat, and premade dinners from the deli. Forget about buying anything in reasonable sizes, but if need a gallon of mayo or pickles this is your store. Also, plan on being stuck here for at least an hour to wind through the turn-style-like layout. You have to go all the way to back to get to the fresh food section.

Walked in to grab something from the food court, had accidentally left my Costco card in the truck. Wasn't allowed to go in, been a member for years. I will not be renewing that this time around. My issue is that their are about 70 high school kids in there getting lunch none of them got checked at all. I don't mind rules as long as there's equality in enforcement. It took ten minutes to find parking. Plus having to go back to get my card was pretty much the entirety of my lunch break, to purchase anything from the rest of the store they have to scan your card, there is literally zero reason to stop me and waste my time to ask for my card as I cannot check out without it.

Costco is great whether you're on the mainland or the island. The best part about Costco here is the Hawaiian specific snack and products you can find! They have the best price on macadamia nuts for bringing back home for yourself or others. Also, lots of other interesting and delicious snacks you can't find anywhere else. If you need beach or water sport things, you can generally find them here too.

We came to Costco looking for gifts for people back home. Soneone on the ship had mentioned it is a good place. It is a big store. Busy place. We found some Hawaiian shirts. And lots if different kinds of Macadamia nuts. Otherwise the store is very similar to the stores back in Vancouver. We got a temporary card as we didn't bring our membership card. It was easy. People were quite helpful. Things were priced as in Canada. Food court prices were the same but, in US dollars.

Pay twice as much? Dimond Blvd Costco is the store where you pay a premium above the price stated. In some cases, you get to pay twice as much! Want whiny and condescending service from the wireless counter? Come to Dimond Blvd Costco. Usually I am a Costco fan and advocate. Yesterday was not a good day for the Dimond Blvd. location. They double charged me for a vacuum, and supposedly credited my account. It was done on purpose when I wasn't looking. The only way it gets scanned when it's on the bottom of your cart, is on purpose, and the cashier/checker scanned it purposefully, twice. I thought the $600 shopping bill was a bit steep at first, but chalked it off to Costco pricing. Now I know they are double charging for single item purchases. Then guess what? The full charge shows up in my credit card account, but not the credit. The credit is not even PENDING!?!?! I'll give it another day because it's a holiday, but this is fraud if it's not corrected. The guy working in the wireless counter has no customer service skills. If you want snide remarks to simple questions, then the guy is perfect. If you have a question about any part of the plans? The guy makes sure that your question is one your are already supposed to know the answer too with his condescending attitude. The guy's name started with a J and he's kind of big with an ethnic background. I glanced at his name tag and happily forgot his name; not to mention they lost a customer before I even had a chance to make a cell phone and service plan purchase inquiry. This is not the service I expect from Costco.

Its the busiest Costco in the nation. But the deals are awesome here. Parking spaces leave ample room for fully opening doors while loading up your haul. However with the amount of traffic going into the store you will spend some time finding a stall.

How can you not love Costco? One way is if you can't eat all the fruit and have to throw it away. Another way is those lines at the check out counters. Everytime I go during the day I just want 1 or 2 items but the lines are to long to get me back to work, maybe they should get some self checkout like Sam's club and limit it to 10 items. Ok everything else seems great at Costco but you do need to shop other places because Costco does not always have the best prices on like items. Costco doesn't except coupons unless it's their own coupons.

Never had a problem with their customer service before, but today I felt like they didnt care at all. They had charmin on sale but only one variety, which I understand, but they didnt label the other varieties that weren't on sale. When I came back to the manager with photo proof, she didnt do anything for me and just said she would let someone know. When I returned the item, the clerk at returns would not engage in any conversation with me, and I just felt extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was treated. I would rather pay more at other stores than get treated like that again.

I love shopping at Costco. It requires a membership, but it's a great place to buy items in bulk. The hot dogs and food here are so cheap and delicious. The samples are awesome. One of the few places left that actually pays and treats their employees well. Only downside is that the place gets super crowded on weekends and the lines can get ridiculously long.

Costco is obviously a wholesale place. They sell pretty much everything in bulk, for very low prices. They pick out quality and organic brands, and sell them for not much money. They have so many food products here, as well as electronics, home machines, crafts and more! They also have free samples of food, and every kid loves them! Their pizza is great btw. This place does require a membership! I repeat! If anyone doesnt know this, it requires a membership!

I am a proud member to the Costco club I’ve had a membership for over a decade and I enjoy the prices that we pay for quantity and quality. They have so much to offer there’s nothing to compare to the store here in Alaska. The membership fee for the year is nothing compared to the discounts that I get. Ill usually go shopping once a month for basic needs sometimes I’ll go in sooner if it’s around the holidays or summertime. The store is huge they have everything that you can think of. They also take food stamps which has helped a lot with budgeting in my household. They have their own eye care center. And they take Most insurances you can get your eye exam and a pair of glasses for really cheap for those that have co-pays or no insurance at all. They also have a fuel station at both locations which is really nice to get that extra discount. I’d recommend and I have recommended family and friends to go in with someone who it has a membership check it out do your homework on pricing and do yourself a favor and get a membership. My only gripe about Costco at all is the parking!

Had my front tires changed at the Costco Tire center. The staff was friendly, price was reasonable and the job was done in the timeframe quoted. No appointments available on Saturdays, so I suggest you get there early like 6:30, they open at 8 if you need you car done quickly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is usually difficult but not too bad. Best place to get bulk items. Membership cost pays for itself if you shop much. Most of everything you probably need is there. It is the main store I shop at.

It's always busy here, it's 2 floors now and they have escalators, I believe they have an elevator also but I have never used it. You don't have to clip coupons like BJ's wholesale club, never asked anyone any questions so not sure there but the cashiers are pretty nice and they have a food court and I never go there since it always has a line.

Avoid during the weekend. Parking is a mess, store is beyond congested and Costco stopped used Front End Assistants. Makes for an entirely unpleasant customer experience.

That store is convincing for Brooklyn. When you come to the store at 9 am to 10:30 am it easy to find the parking and less crowded inside store. The same suggestion to visit after 4 pm. Very negative for all Costco store they constantly move merchandises around store floors. It is very annoying. It will be very useful for customers if Costco provides us to see online on their app where they move merchandises. But Costco corporate culture could not provide advantage for customers only they are looking to increase our membership.

I'm not sure, but I think this Costco is slightly larger than the other Costco on Debarr. If not, then I think the layout of this Costco just agrees with me. Look at the popular times listed and try to arrive when the bars are at the lowest. Grab a Chicken Bake and a drink then take you time walking the aisles. Very bad experience at this location this morning. I would give a zero if I could. We normally shop at Sam's Club but after moving to NYC (where there are no Sam's Club warehouses near us and Costco in Brooklyn is the only warehouse near were we live), we decided that since my uncle has a Costco membership and a car to take us to Brooklyn, we would make a trip there and check out the products and prices they offer before deciding on whether to purchase a membership or not. Everything was fine until we went to check out. The lines were very long and the checkout area was very crowded but that is understandable since we are in the city. However, the experience we got at checkout was absolutely horrible. Sure, it was our fault for not knowing the policy with using a executive membership card without the cardholder there when we checked out (My uncle left for the restrooms and for a smoking break.), but that didn't mean the cashier could be rude to us for such a simple mistake. So when the lady asked where the cardholder was, I told her that he went to the restroom and I turned to my mom to ask her to call him. Right then and there, she accused me of being a liar. What was worst was that she didn't say it to my face, but turned to the customer waiting in line behind us and said something along the lines of "Don't lie to me" and "I know you're lying." Basically bring another customer into the situation and falsely accusing me of lying right from the beginning. Then she started to make a huge scene and kept saying very loudly to the other customers that I was lying over and over again. She basically made a whole scene and that began attracting many other customers' attention while we were on the phone telling my uncle to come over. Right from the beginning, we did what she asked but the lady decided that making a big scene and yelling for everyone to hear like her life depended on it or something would somehow, magically, solve the issue. Over and over again, she kept accusing me of lying to her. This is NOT a professional way of handling such a simple mistake and she should have been more patient instead of screaming in our faces and taking advantage of the mistake to cause a whole scene. This eventually even attracted the attention of the supervisor (Elizabeth) and she came over and proceeded to explain the policy. I was at a loss of words from the cashier's accusations and her actions that I didn't even want to bring up my experience to the supervisor. At that point, I was embarrassed and annoyed because the cashier had been screaming at us and telling other customers that I was lying. I just wanted to leave the store as I felt un-welcomed (probably because I myself didn't spend money to purchase a membership). My uncle came over and we just paid and left. Maybe that lady had a bad morning and exploited the situation to take out her stress but that didn't mean she can falsely accuse someone of lying and embarrassing them in front of all the other customers. We did not make a trip all the way to the Costco in Brooklyn to be accused as liars. Even though Costco have good bargain prices, saving a few dollars is not worth experiencing this kind of ridicule as a first time customer at this Costco location.

My fiancé and I for life of us could not find the Costco foot long hotdogs. Two different employees said since the move-around, even they didn't know where they were at. Plus, they don't carry buns to accommodate them.

Good place to shop for groceries. But I love the food court. If you want a couple of slices of pizza, a big hot dog and a drink or a nice tall frozen yogurt to cool off on those hot days look no further for a great deal any day of the week.

It’s a Costco so expect lots of people and hard to find parking. The only reason to make a special trip to this Costco for tourists is because they carry a large selection of macadamia products to bring home as souvenirs/gifts.

this review is only for the tire center. I dropped off my car to get the front two wheels balanced at around 13:30. I was given a time frame of about 4 hours, and I understand that they're busy and there are a lot of customers before me. but I went back to check on it around 19:30 and they still weren't done. I got my car back around 20:00. at least the customer service is not bad... bottom line, if you want to bring your car in to the tire dept, check in at 7 am. any time after that, they say, is busy.

The place is SO busy! It really feels like a holiday weekend every time I'm in there. But they're good about getting the lines down quickly. The staff is very friendly. Though they could use more seating for their deli area. I frequently have to sit with strangers there--which I don't really mind, but some could dislike it.

Went there for a called in pizza and it wasn't ready so I decided to walk around and look at things but then for no reason got fallowed by security. I hate being discriminated against just because I have colored hair and tattoos. A person should be able to express themselves however they want as long as they aren't hurting anyone. I didn't have a purse with me or wear a jacket. Pizza with a receipt is all I got.

Most affordable store on the island! Even when it seems expensive or like it will be hard to go through that much... go check out market prices elsewhere and you’ll see Costco is the way to go. Then check out any Foodland location for the smaller items, fresh herbs and such, and you’ll find great deals there too.

What can I say it's Costco. It's not Costco's fault but because it's Brooklyn there's too many people all the time. The employees seems to be rude most of the time. In short, this Costco can try little harder to please the customers and re-train their employees to be more knowledgeable and helpful or at the very least just be pleasant.

As I have shopped here many times, shopping here at an earlier time is a smart idea. Although one real frustrating thing about this place: products do move around. No idea why. Today I couldn't find coffee or rice. The coffee use to be next to the breakfast items (would make sense). Frustration like this makes me reconsider renewing my membership.
