We used DMI's small business web positioning service, and our campaign did really well, the only reason for the poor review was, our Rep Brad provided terrible service after he made the sale, he initially told us he would stop over every 3 months and explain these 4 reports. He never checked in with us besides showing us 3/4 of the reports, and telling us how great we were doing. He did the first two reports on time, then he didn't contact us for 6 months! We had to follow up with him to get him to come in for the fourth report we never even received our third report. When we met with him, he said the third report didn't really matter and the only reason we even saw him as many times as we did "3 times" was becasue we were close to his job. He made excuses on why he never called / emailed / followed up with us, how he had other larger jobs. To us $1700 was a lot, and he made us feel insignificant. I would not recomend this company and will be telling others to avoid it based on the service they provided us.

From e-mail support to all matters regarding our website - we know that our help is on the other end of the phone! Brad remains our go-to person with solutions to any issue that we might encounter.
