'Making Radio Annoying One iNet Ad at a Time'- The owner is very immature and obnoxious and cannot take any kind of criticism at all. I've come across many other people on the Web that share the same opinion. Even disgruntled (former) employees don't like working under the lunatic. In fact, I bet many of these 'positive' reviews are from fake accounts or are personal acquaintances of the owner. He certainly is 'voting up' their comments. Best not do business with this stooge. Caveat emptor.

Had a fantastic experience with INET today. Spectrum was out to "upgrade" our business service modem. When the tech was done we no longer had internet access. His reply to that issue was that it was on "our side" of things meaning it was now my problem. I called INET, as they had installed our network switches in the past, and ended up talking to Alex. I have three businesses each with iNET and I have referred about twice that number in business owners to iNET over the years. I use iNET for websites, branding and radio. If I could give one piece of advice to someone who is thinking of hiring iNET: buckle up. The tagline they proposed for me was more aggressive than anyone in my industry. The peers I consulted on it were not comfortable. Steve insisted we do it his way. I’m glad I listened. They WILL push you on branding and marketing and your coffee clutch friends will NOT be comfortable with their ideas. . You will need to ask yourself about who do you trust: Steve and the team at iNET or your coffee clutch pals. Let me answer that for you: trust Steve. Steve and his team will do more for your business and your bottom line BUT ONLY IF YOU LET THEM. You know that friend who always asks for advice; you give it to them; then they ignore you and do the opposite? How many times does that friend complain about how their life has not turned out better? Right. Do NOT be that friend when it comes to iNET. You are hiring a team of marketing geniuses so do yourself a favor and not only listen to their advice but actually follow their advice. How many of your coffee clutch friends have turned many Wisconsinites into millionaires (paying your current web/marketing company too much does NOT count)? In addition to Steve on branding and marketing you also get the rest of the iNET team and there are way too many names to cover in one review. Josh is amazing with the account support and is always coming up with new angles on problems. SEO rockstars like Nick, Alyssa and Tamara have taken my websites to new heights and are always on top of the latest search and Google trends. You can trust that your business and website are in fantastic hands with iNET. Bottom line: hire iNET if you are ready to win in your industry, not if you are looking to “tell your story”.

Was interested in doing business with iNet but was turned off by a rather hostile and defensive conversation with the (alleged) owner. Really? I'm shocked how unprofessional and infantile this Steve Libby is. Maybe I shouldn't of been surprised considering the poor reviews from other people that shared the same lousy experience as I. And true to his nature, I'm sure I will get a snarky, insulting 'reply' from the egregious owner. Hey, 'Steve'- you can have the last word if it'll bolster your self-esteem. Took my money elsewhere.

Ron was right. Update The owner was correct in that I am not a customer. When I inquired with Inet on potentially using them for marketing purposes I was met with a smug and unwelcoming attitude that made me decide to take my business elsewhere, which was the basis for my review. So while I was not a customer, I did attempt to use them and opted not to. While I should not have voiced my displeasure by making fun of their commercial, if someone throws me a softball, I'm gonna hit it. You can tell just how triggered the owner is based on the pathetic attempt to embarrass me by going through my reviews and summarizing them(takes a lot more than that to embarrass me). To use a tired and predictable marketing approach with mind melting redundancy and rhetorical questions, as if pulled directly from a 100 level community college course, and then call yourself a genius, isn't just narcissistic, it should be criminal! As many of you know, there's nothing more annoying than a dummy who thinks they're smart. I have never met a genius who had to let me know how intelligent they were. The owners petty response and predictable narrative show the kind of operation taking place at Inet. While a single negative review to a provacative ad would be peanuts to an elephant for a more established company, I appear to have truly gotten under this guys skin. (which is a small victory for 5 minutes of my time on a Wednesday) In closing I would like to point out that my sentiment is clearly shared by at least 8 other people, and being that at the time of writing only 128 people had viewed this, it appears that this is the most agreeable review I have ever crafted. Sometimes less really is more! To the owner, if your butt ever stops hurting and you get serious about marketing, feel free to contact me, and I may be able to fit you in as an intern this summer... Unpaid On a serious note To customers considering Inet, look at the owners rebuttal and ask yourself, "how will this man treat me if we should have any issues throughout our working relationship?" After reading his other reviews which included veiled threats to a man's company, him alluding to another being an alcoholic, and personally attacking/alienating people who had negative experiences rather than taking any kind of accountability or trying to regain their trust, it is clear there is instability and low self esteem in play. Is this a company you want to expose any kind of sensitive information to? How can a person be both attentive and accommodating to customers, yet down right nasty to anyone who questions him? They can't, but they can pretend to be the former until the latter finally reveals itself. Based on his predictable marketing, he will likely try to address these issues in an advertisement in an attempt to get ahead of them, however the cat is out of the bag, we all see you.

I am incredibly happy with the job they’ve done on our design (we get tons of compliments on our site) and lead generation. In fact, we get SO many leads from our website that we have a hard time even keeping up and keep in mind this is without ANY google ad words or paid advertising of any kind to drive traffic!
