Having my website updated by DRIVER ED SOLUTIONS has been a complete transformation for my business in the most positive Ways!!!!! I must admit this review is long overdue, and there are so many advantages, I don't have time to list all the perks to having your website transformed by them!!! Not a week goes by without me being grateful for DES and its AWESOME STAFF! I now have more time to work on other aspects of my Driver Ed School. Listed below are a few of the crucial advantages DES has given me!!!!!!!!!! Customers paying online for your services! Its such an awesome feeling to view those payments coming in 24/7 on your smart phone. No more potential customers lost!!!! I got rid of that BALL & CHAIN APPT BOOK. Now customers can schedule/cancel their own appts, & receive txt msg reminders 24 - 48 hours prior. Instructors can view their schedule 24/7 online & keep track of their hrs worked!!!! Can I get a HALLELUJAH:) I have 98% control of editing/updating my website in the blink of an eye;) No more explaining it to someone else, then having to wait, & wait, just to view that your requests were accurately or inaccurately posted on your website by someone that knows diddley squat about our Traffic Safety Industry! Lastly, I was shopping at the grocery store, noticed a Black Classic VW beetle bug with its lights on. It was a former Teen Student Customer of mine, working @ his job. lucky I remembered his name, looked him up on my smartphone through my DES Driven website, and sent out a text message to him, your lights are on! Well his parents were just tickled to notify him, and hopefully his battery wasn't dead, as yesterday was a very cold evening:) My Random Act of Kindness I couldn't of done without DES!!! I have used other driving school scheduling software, and this one has been the best! Everything is integrated right into your website. Students can register online, schedule on road and observation lessons online, see there completed and outstanding lessons, and make payments 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Using this software, has reduced late cancellations and no-shows as students receive email and text reminders about their scheduled appointments. It has also cut down on our phone calls significantly, allowing us more time to do paperwork and other important tasks.
