We began using Web Semantics because they were highly recommended by a business associate who also was utilizing their services for years, we were constantly having problems with our computers and network being slow and in some cases not responding which was causing employee productivity to drop dramatically. Web Semantics was able to troubleshoot and fix the problems fast and even provided their own equipment to avoid us having to be down for a week while we ordered the new network appliance. We hired Web Semantics after we had a disgruntled employee locked us out of our CRM server. Miguel was able to reset the administrator password and regain access to the server, not only did he gain access he made suggestions on what network policies should be implemented in order to avoid this problem again.
