When our business went looking for a design agency we were simply seeking someone that would be crazy enough to take us on as clients. That may not sound like much, but that is a rather challenging task. Luckily for us, and unfortunately for them, we found Adam, Waymond, Paul, and Max. For some reason, after many years of working with them, they have yet to block our phone number and even pretend to enjoy meeting with us on occasion. On top of being crazy enough to work with us, they come up with absolutely amazing materials for our business that help clearly convey our message to our customers (websites, ads, logos, and, yes, even a few spokes-dog movies). Now, it might be true that they have forced us to get out of the box a bit (photo shoots in suits on the beach, rollerblading in a suit, throwing popcorn in a movie theater, etc.) but we could not be happier that they have done that. Their work always creates a buzz in our industry and has people talking about us (in a good way!). These super cool techy nerds are exactly what you want to help build your business. I had tried many friends and artists to help come up with some logo ideas but had no success. I knew these people were good artists but it didn't feel right as a brand. So I decided to get professional. I searched around and reviewed online and saw that Hemisphere had a stellar reputation. I came to them with an idea for a new business. I knew what I wanted the business to look like but didn't quite know how to express that. I called these guys and they immediately wanted me to come in for a meeting. Adam and Paul sat down with me and helped me to extract what I couldn't quite express. They were able to pick my brain and also guide me in the right direction towards an image that is recognizable and something that is appealing to the consumer. These guys knew I was a small business and was brand new so they were able to work with me on the packages and time invested. These guys not only were good but were just as excited about helping to start this as I was. They always are professional but really fun guys. They like to joke around but work very hard for you. There are no wasted movements and I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Adam, Paul, Waymond and Max are all highly recommended by my company and by myself personally. If you have a chance to, definitely work with this team.

WAY too much money for what was proposed. A small company can't afford $15,000 for a 5 page website...that we have to pay $$$$ every time we want to update with a post or a photo. Later I discovered many of their 'sites' were website templates they bought online for $75-$100 and spent a couple of hours modifying. So we bought one of those templates and spend 4 hours creating a beautiful site - with more than 5 pages. Saved $14,900 too. You should do the same.
