I was looking for a level of professionalism that I was missing with my previous website companies. I love working with other small businesses, but find that - at least in the fields of website design and graphic design - they are not always great with project management, follow through and customer service. When we began the search for a web designer our first requirement was that the company be local. JohnnyFlash was among the first few that we selected for consideration. After our initial contact, we very much appreciated John Falke's willingness to meet with us face-to-face. The beautifully-prepared proposal was a good indication of what our website would look like when completed.
