Couldn't be happier with my new web site design. Union Street Media did a fantastic job, the look and functionality of the site are top notch, as are the folks at USM. Truthfully, when Peter DiFonzo from USM first contacted me I was skeptical and reluctant. About two years ago I paid to have a new site built, and I was hesitant to pay to go through a entire new design. However, Peter showed me that my then current IDX search was framed in, so whenever buyers would do property searches, I was not getting credit for them on Google. I thought WordPress was the way to go back then, but Peter showed me why this is not the case. The USM design is superior and I also opted in for additional demographic data and some other awesome options. So after some convincing I bought in to what Peter was telling me and he was right on. My new site analytics shows it is taking off. I highly recommend Union Street media to anyone looking for a superb looking and functional real estate web site.

Union Street media is very disappointing as a web design and service provider. About a year ago I hired Union Street for my brokerage and have found them disorganized, slow, hard to communicate with, and they had absolutely no urgency whatsoever to get our site up and running. It was actually about 3-4 overdue. When I told the sales representative about this, and asked what we could do to fix it...(very politely and professionally I might add) He argued with me a told me we were right on target - this was after the person actually working on the site told me they were definitely behind. Not worth the time, effort, or the money.

When the design process started USM's designers brought all sorts of innovative ideas to the table and took the time to listen to our feedback about their ideas.
