Our original work with Utah Web Design Pros was a basic set up of getting our website to look good and professional. They did great with that using their templates and our pictures. Once it became a more in depth project with dealing with our online catalog of 3,000 items they became a disaster. They didn't respond, they didn't follow up with us, they didn't give us direction on how to get things going for them. It was horrible. We lost over $2,000 with them and they didn't refund us anything and didn't give us anything to use or work with for that money. So overall - great company for a basic build that they can follow their template. DO NOT USE for a large company going to a catalog and online purchasing route. SO disappointing.
