I paid for a service and had a 1 year contract but only got a botched wix/wordpress website. On top of that when I tried to change companies I had to change my domain name just to still have a website. It only took them 3+ months to get my info from them for my new web server. I would not recommend them to any quality business. Thousands of dollars and months later I'm still fixing their screw ups.

I have been a loyal customer of target local marketing for about 3 years now .l now seeking other alternatives due to content not being visible on my websites landing page and poor quality scores. Lets start with this entire winter season my company struggled because a website that should of tooken 30 days to build took close to 3 months during a season i needed it the most 1700 dollars later 225.00 per month 7 months now there telling me i can now have them build additional landing pages 125.oo per page then i can expand my coverage area for 5000.00 to 7000.00 per month but it could take up to 3 years before i see a dramatic improvement and for a consulting fee of 400 dollars they could show me how to improve my low quality score when i asked for insite as to why these things weren't thought of while taking 3 months to develop my website or why my Facebook account or twitter or any other acount isn't linked to my website no response This is not a company i would recommend to any small business owner. I have found there business practices to be unethical and show no loyalty to long-term customers

Target Local Marketing has been great to work with. We just purchased an existing restaurant and opened a second location. We were weeks from opening the new location and in a rush to get the new website up and running. Jen did an amazing job of making it happen in the time frame quoted. She stopped in several times to update us on progress and to push on to the next phase. When the site launched, it looked great. Target Local Marketing also took care of setting up all of our Facebook, Yelp, Instagram and other social sites so that they were up and running quickly. I really needed someone to take charge and they did.

I would never recommend this service to anyone! I paid for a website and the monthly services for over half a year the only thing I did not purchase was the domain (went with a partner at the time domain). All of a sudden I have zero control over a website i paid for 100% to them for the setup costs and the monthly upkeep costs. I was told I could by Jessie I could change the domain and was charged for a new domain that never went up or was changed. Now I am to call corporate for Andrew who did zero he would not give me any information on a website that has been charged 100% to my card through the entirety of its creation besides "i know what i did" Ya I know what I did I paid for a service and completely got screwed. Never use this service! Horrible experience with very bad customer service

I was a member of target for just under a month and was charged $170.00 and received 2 bogus calls after being convinced that I would have endless calls coming in everyday. When canceling, the general manager got smart with me and insalted my wife accusing her of being the reason why I'm canceling and that she was a problem when she had never talked to anyone. As a general manager of a customer service sales company, (Andrew) did not make 1 attempt to apologize, keep me as a customer, or even bother to fix anything. In fact, he tried to charge me for an extra call that I did not get and I caught him. He basicly just had a shoulder shrugging attitude. I couldn't believe I was talking to a general manager! I hope these guys get different management and change their ways because this was unreal. Matt
