Web Theory has what you are looking for. They have created and maintain 2 websites for me. Most importantly , the owner Luis responds is always available, responds in a very timely manner, and gets edits/changes to the sites done asap. This is hard to find with most web companies. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!
