I found All My Web Needs on a blind referral from a friend. At first they were tough to get ahold of. Part of this may have come from the fact that I only had a small job for them. A friend had my website 90% completed, but a few things remained before it would be done. I contacted AMWN, and it took a follow up email or two to get a quote and get connected with one of their web developers. Once I finally connected with Larry, though, my experience was excellent. First, I was pleased with the detailed account provided to me for each and every step/cost of the project. I knew exactly how much things would cost and how long they estimated it to take. Secondly, they were very responsive in getting the work done and making needed changes. I knew my feedback would be heard and implemented well. Even after my project was done and paid for, a few minor things came up. AMWN went above and beyond to fix them at no extra cost. I highly recommend All My Web Needs for their web developing, customer service, and technical help. I plan to use them in the future as needs arise.

As the owner of a small non-profit, I approached Brandon Howard of All My Web Needs with a need to build a website from scratch. Not only did he listen carefully to us describe our mission, and specifically how we wanted our website to properly reflect our ministry to the viewing public, but he was fastidious in his research to build us a unique site that would stand out above all others. He was very responsive to our questions and comments, followed up with us on a consistent basis (as our attention was drawn to other aspects of launching our new ministry), but he also directed us when we sought him out with question outside of his area of support for our website development. The final product is an amazing display of graphic design and ease of navigation. We can use it not just for public relations and donor solicitation, but operational support and client communications as well. We have received many compliments on it, despite the fact that we have not yet fully introduced our ministry to the general public. My only recommendation to this vendor would be to identify more clearly the participation the client may have in writing copy for the website. I didn't understand on the front end how much involvement I would have in this process. This consumed a great deal of my time. Regardless, I would recommend All My Web Needs to any business looking for assistance in developing a website, as Brandon demonstrated a level of professionalism and responsiveness that clearly was outstanding throughout the process of launching our new website. We will continue in this relationship for the reasons stated above, and would be happy to speak to anyone interested in utilizing their services.
