Social Spark Media was chosen to create our new church web site. From the very outset, Fran was responsive and helpful. She gave us a good proposal outlining the details of the contract and what we were going to get for what we were paying, and since then she has been helpful with options for further development. I am a novice at web site work in WordPress, but she has given me training in the tasks I need to do in the blog or to make page changes. If I become stuck, she helps and she is understanding of the difficulties. The site works efficiently and she's made changes to better display the information that we've discovered now that it is fielded. This is a continuation of her help during the development process where she would make suggestions about what is doable and effective so that we didn't waste time or money on something that wouldn't work or obscured the messages we were trying to convey to our members and site guests. In that regard, she is a fan of a straightforward web site that displays easily and properly across platforms. We don't have pictures in rotational display or flashy video on the home page given this bias. Originally I had wanted something more entertaining, but now that our site is working I am glad we did what we did and followed her lead. I don't know what the industry standard is in any of these areas, but I know I like what Fran did and the amount she charged to do so. Someplace else I said she was "good value for money." I still believe that after working with her for nearly two years.
