I used web brilliant for website updates and maintenance in the past several years ago, and recently have got back in touch with Eric. He has always delivered all of my work in a timely fashion to me. One thing I was concerned about was my website security. Eric assisted by helping me update all of my passwords for all of my accounts, and organized them into a spreadsheet in the cloud for me, too and secured the site for our users as well. We get about 10 thousand monthly users that come and go off the site, and so updating it is a pretty regular routine for us. Our forum is our biggest attraction and occasionally with so many users on the site technically glitches come up. Thankfully we have Web Brilliant for all areas of support.
