MBDEV went above and beyond for this project! I couldn't imagine a better team to work with. They looked at my project holistically, asking questions about the business, user, and technical requirements for it. It felt more like working with partners that's in the trenches with me rather than someone who'd do the bare minimum and leave me hanging. I initially asked about sourcing a custom theme for a project and they offered a solution that I immediately wanted to hire him to complete. I had a pretty tight deadline and MBDEV was willing to accommodate me (even though I was traveling/unresponsive)! I also asked MBDEV for bare minimum support and I could jump in and complete the rest (given i have a developer background as well) and they told me to send them everything and he'd complete it for me. We arranged a webex with MBDEV Boston as part of our vendor selection process for web design. We were impressed. In advance of the webex - before hiring them - they had researched our firm and developed a mockup homepage off this research, carefully paying attention to our company's culture and our target market. Further, using this mockup was materially helpful in our joint design discussons. Then came services selection - for hosting, for SSL, etc - and MBDEV again proved invaluable in guiding us to the services we needed and where cost savings made sense, in the end reducing our costs. When it came time to setup the website, again MBDEV made the process easier, offering to take care of the site setup administration - they worked with our hosting service and had our website up-and-running. We look forward to continued work with them as our company expands our internet offering.

After receiving a "no hope" response from both my WordPress theme developer and my hosting company, I was ready to jump in front of a moving train. I reached out to Mark and he worked through Thanksgiving day on my project. He had "the impossible" completed in only 2 days (I was expecting a week). I cannot say enough about the web wizards at MBDEV. I am in the first year of my business, so while I knew my website was critical, I struggled to find the necessary time to devote to it. Even after I made the incredibly wise decision to hire MBDEV, I was somewhat paralyzed - overwhelmed and overstretched to set the team up with what they needed to get started (copy, visuals, about my business, etc.).
