Not only did he re-do a fairly inept design so that it is clear, precise and efficient, he also goes above and beyond to maintain our security and responds to every question and issue that arises promptly. I feel completely secure with Josh McCall and the professional manner with which he maintains our site, VIDA: Women in Literary Arts. Beyond this, Josh's communication style is clear, and we had no difficulty in conveying our needs and design specs and desires. He gave us options and is always on the lookout for new ideas and ways to keep our site polished and viewer-friendly. We are currently changing an aspect of our site so that we are not losing any prime internet real estate, and I am totally confident that Josh is on the ready if we have any questions or need help with the re-design. Finally, Josh does not nickel and dime you. He is fair and upfront with his pricing--and follows through until all is complete. After a few different web designers, I'm relieve and grateful for Josh McCall.
