Honestly they are the worst hosting company I've ever used. They are a massive company but are so unorganised. I have had to wait over an hour to get tech support on several occasions, and then they toss you from department to department (oh they will drop your call midway as well). USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

Stay away from this company!! I didn't have a domain with them for years and they recently withdrew money from our bank account without our consent. They told my bank that I bought a package from them and I never did. I had to go through the PA state attorney general's office to file a complaint. I got my money back, but not after alot of aggravation and stress. BEWARE!

Just horrible customer support! We're withdrawing all our services from Network Solutions to another provider, as soon as possible. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with NetSol and go look for another provider. Really any other company can do it better!
