We've got no full-time employees and have been approaching our new site design on somewhat of an ad hoc basis, so it hasn't the quickest process for us - which is an understatement. He's been patient and has been wonderful at providing guidance on various CMS add-ons and features that we haven't used before. He is very knowledgeable about SEO and responsive design best practices (which you hear a lot of people talk about but rarely do you find that they can delivers).
