From the beginning, they wanted to understand our business, our customers, and our challenges in order to present us with the best possible solutions. During the first meeting, we decided to add a long-overdue logo redesign and branding component to the project. We had put off doing a logo redesign over the years because it seemed too overwhelming of a task. They made me feel comfortable with the idea and how they could execute the project. The logo redesign became first priority, and was a complete success. They provided multiple options, color schemes, and made all the tweaks we asked for at a very fair price and speedy timeline. We love our new logo and the value it brings to our brand; it was a home run. The responsive web design process was in depth. I always felt like we were getting great counsel from the Threshold team. I can be stubborn, and they always provided honest feedback as well as alternatives that they thought might work better. I felt like my thoughts, ideas, suggestions, or criticisms were listened to even if they were wrong. They were flexible when it came to midstream changes or additions on my end. When any issues cropped up during the process, they were quick to respond and resolve them. Ultimately, I felt like we ended up with a site that is beautiful, works well, solved our problems, enhanced our brand image, and that is easy to update. Again, a home run. I really like Craft, the content management system they use. It’s user friendly, intuitive, and simpler than our previous CMS. I don’t dread website updates anymore. Threshold is now a trusted partner for our business and we look forward to working with them long into the future.
