Wow. We can not say enough positive things about Jason of Bend Web Design! He completely reshaped our business(es) appearance in a way that every other designer simply could not compare with professionalism, creativity, and the ability to take the time to hear what we needed and follow through in an extremely timely manner. We went through at least 3 other designers before we met Jason. One felt uninspired and too busy for us. One was obviously on a whole other wave length and heard nothing we said. And then the other one was using design software that seemed like it was stuck in the 80's. And then there was Jason who did everything perfectly and seamlessly. He approached us with practical advice on organization for our website. A week later, he designed our now beloved logo that we get endless compliments on. Then he delved into our website and completely overhauled it for the better, we haven't looked back. Now our customers can order our products in one click. We have had a huge load lifted off of our shoulders and minds, being extremely busy running our business, we feel a ton more confident with our online presence thanks to Jason. He was extremely easy to communicate with and always replied back in a timely manner. I think the most important part of being a designer is listening to the clients' needs, and he did this so well, it felt like he was one step ahead of us and had practical, creative ideas to add on to our website. After he finished with our website, he walked us through how to work our website on our own for product changes, etc, which was extremely helpful. If you want to work with a designer that will carefully craft your business or personal website needs, or even an impossible logo (like ours), then Jason is your goto designer, local here in Bend. Web design does not have to be frustrating anymore. :D
