AVIBE is hands-down, the Best they come! After three very costly and failed attempts to build a website using off the shelf modules that could handle our organization's needs, we vowed to give up on updating our website UNTIL we were introduced to AVIBE in 2013. We found the team at AVIBE more than capable of moving our organization into a new stratosphere, capable of looking professional, optimizing our SEO and building a back-office with reporting capabilities that could rival any fortune 500 company. They started with a comprehensive scope, carefully interviewing each stakeholder and building a plan that met the current needs of our organization, including needs we didn't even know we had (and needed) for future development. I can't say enough about having a web developer who has an in-house designers and a marketing team that understood our needs and how to optimize our processes and procedures best while increasing our brand image. They are the whole package. Once the whole database architecture, including a massive customized event and CRM platform and front-end website launched, we were able to operate with 35% less staff which was HUGE for us. I remember the amount of time our team used to spend pulling numbers, calculating data, making reports...What used to take seven staff five-days to do, now only takes less than 90 seconds. I am a huge supporter of the work AVIBE has done for our organization and subsequently with three other firms we have introduced to AVIBE for their needs. I still can't believe building the system we created, could be so painless, rewarding and a lot of the time, dare I say, fun. Thank you Avibe! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I was not Impressed at all... I was recommended by an associate to have them bid on a significantly-sized and costly project. I needed a company that could move at the pace of MY NEEDS. As an entrepreneur, time is the most valuable commodity I have. Instead of "Let's get this figured out", I received excuse after excuse with why I would not be able to meet with a manager/director for weeks! I even said to let me know whatever time will work and I will make it happen on my end. They had a very nonchalant and uncaring attitude throughout the initial messaging process. I am sorry folks, but you are not living in the real world for real businesses. "The boss is heading out of town", or "People are taking vacations", etc. etc.. does not work for shakers and movers in our fast paced e-society. I know as business owners and project coordinators read this, you get what I am saying. If that's the initial response I was getting in the beginning, how can a client be comfortable you will not use the same reasoning after being hired? Most of us have legitimate deadlines that need to be met. You guys are simply not worth the risk..

Best kept secret in Portland - Avibe is an amazing, professional and incredibly talented web development firm right here in the Rose City. Our team at Nike has access to a number of talented digital resources, teams and technology. At the same time we are always looking to add a new perspective and current expertise in the fast changing digital landscape. As we were about to embark on a new UI UX project with our website we carefully considered several options and chose Avibe..and that was simply the best decision we made. We were extremely grateful to work alongside the amazing team at Avibe - Brian, Jake, Kurt, Chris, Mitch, Matt and countless others who do the magic and truly made our dreams and vision into a reality. Brian was such an organized and discipline project manager who kept our entire team on task, under budget with such a smooth and calm demeanor particularly when we were approaching deadlines. Jake took the time to dive deep with our end users traveling with our teams in Europe and across China to make sure that we were delivering real value and benefit to our global users. Kurt was truly a creative genius who designed a beautiful user experience and interface that is surprising, delightful and incredibly impactful for our end users. They are approachable, team oriented and truly care about the end user's experience. Bottom line, we had so much fun working together and the project has been incredibly successful. After 18 months, Phase 1 of this project just went live this past week across 50+ countries in 20+ different languages and the initial feedback from our new website has been universally praised for it's beauty, simplicity, performance and efficiency. And this is just a start…as we have several more phases to implement through an agile methodology always continuously improving and delivering value to our users globally. I truly think the best is yet to come.
