Web hosting services are fine and are online as they advertise. Their email services ABSOLUTELY SUCK! Every 3 months (or more) I have issues with them blocking my mail accounts or other service providers blocking them for having a bad reputation. KVC hosting seems to fix the issue each time but are not knowledgeable in the customer service category. Today, my domain was moved to another data center but they failed to communicate that. When I submit a support ticket, they told me to just configure Outlook to use and IP address versus the domain alias. In the past, they have accidentally removed my entire account but when I write a support ticket to have it looked at, they seemed to think it was my issue instead of them. Lastly, they will not communicate what the root cause of the issue is so I can try to avoid an issue in the future. Technical Customer service is poor at best and they always need to get someone with more experience on their end to help. That person is never able to "dummy down" the explanation to the customer.

As a hosting service it's reasonably reliable. Fair prices, good up time, would definitely recommend on the whole. As far as customer service I think it's a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly positive. I would not recommend the live chat support at all. They basically can't do anything but answer questions, but response speeds for support tickets are pretty fast even at 'Medium' Priority so it's really not a big problem. Benjamin Johnson, the System Administrator was super quick with getting some of my account info and some page hiccups sorted. Afterwards I did have a lengthy, frustrating experience with a Junior Systems Engineer when trying to get my server/account migrated from an old service to a new one (It was a very particular situation). After almost two days of fumbles and getting nowhere, I escalated the issue and Arnold Miller, a Level 3 technical Analyst swooped right in and fixed it in practically no time. I'd also like to note that, every one of the staff I've had contact with manages to be courteous and professional. Even the JrSysEng despite my epic frustrations. It's also pretty clear that the senior staff absolutely know what they're doing so DO seek them out if you are having a big problem.

There was some inconsistency in the server performance however, but it was fixed after contacting support. By the way, tech support is really cool and professional. My experience with Kvchosting is outstanding. I am using their SSD VPS and don't have anything negative to say. Their server performance is great that is a sign they are not overselling. Uptime is 99.98% in accordance to my monitoring script, but those 0.02% of downtime were my manual server reboots for some tweaks and optimizations I've performed. I don't need support because I have enough knowledge how to deal with vps, but when I have some issues with their services I receive reply via ticket in 10-20 minutes with no exceptions.

Worst hosting company ever. They have yet again (for the 10th time) screwed up my website and put another website of mine in place - so basically I just lost thousands not knowing it was up. I keep having to rebuild a new wordpress site because they literally just delete it completely. They will NOT answer the phone EVER, they are very inexperienced and screw everything up. I've given them a million chances but I am actually going to pay my web developer and another hosting site to move two sites I have off of these guys horrible hell of a hosting site.
