Lounge Lizard redesigned our corporate website back in 2008 and it was a huge success. Our company recently went through a large corporate rebranding, requiring the creation of 4 new websites in a ridiculously short time period. No one thought it was possible, but Ken and his team weren't afraid of the challenge. They worked tirelessly around the clock and went above and beyond to deliver our websites on time. Everything looked fantastic and functioned beautifully. The sites all contained complicated coding, a lot of interactivity, complex forms - all built on an easy to use content management system. We are thrilled with the results. The project management team also deserves a lot of credit for managing and implementing a lot of our wild requests. We have a large team with a lot of strong opinions, they took it all in a stride (and probably bent over backwards behind the scenes) to deliver everything we wanted. We would highly recommend Lounge Lizard to anyone looking for a quality website that is beautiful, functional, interactive and easy to update on the client side. Their customer service and project management is excellent, their designers and programmers are all extremely talented. We couldn't be happier.

I have tried to do business with Lounge Lizard back in 2012 and paid a deposit for them to start my website. Due to slowing of my business, I decided not to continue forward with the website. Ken Braun did not want to refund me fully or partially on my deposit at that time after speaking with Tatiyana about this. I like the work they do and websites they create. Probably one of the better on the market. Fast forward to 2014. I tried to contact Ken over a course of 3 days as he is the only person involved in sales. I finally got a hold of him on the third day. I simply asked him why it was so difficult to reach him. If I am to refer business to him I would not want to feel the heat from fellow colleagues and business owners of the unresponsiveness of Lounge Lizard. If I wanted a new site made, I would not be pleased with the level of response I have received. I called in 4 times the first day and left messages two times with no response back. I spoke to a person on extension 112 and he simply told me Ken owns the company and there is nothing he can do. I was irritated enough at this point but wanted to reach out to him hoping I could work something out with the deposit I left in 2012 with my new business as well as hand him a guaranteed contract for web work on a oil/gas firm in Houston valued at around 30k. They are a fairly large firm with a good budget for web design. After hearing from Ken "I don't need to be reprimanded for this" I will simply take my business as well as the OG contract somewhere else. I would never do business with Lounge Lizard again. . It's a shame companies like this with good talent don't have skills to deal with customers properly. Perhaps the 30k contract is not worth anything to him. Maybe I am too small for Ken.

Loving the Lounge Lizard (again) First Hired Lounge Lizard in 1999 to create a Website for my then mortgage company. The Website was delivered ahead of schedule and was AMAZING for its time and really stood out from our competitors. In 2008 I was the marketing director for a large venture capital firm in NYC. I brought in the Lizards to create a Website and marketing campaign for one of our portfolio companies. Again, Lounge Lizard exceeded my expectations and the board members were happy with my vendor selection. It was an easy choice to hire Ken and his team as our developers because of their sincere belief in our app. I would say that they believed in the whole idea and concept of our app as much as we did and it showed throughout the development of our walk app, Spidfit: Walknation, as they worked tirelessly with us to bring what we had down on paper to life in a mobile device.
