Well I got ripped off again. In the past I was ripped off by a Canadian company for $1,200. When silver connect contacted me to build the website I explain to them the horrible experience I had from the last website designer and thought they understood exactly what I needed. What a surprise I've paid $600 for one year of website and advance it is now one year later and my website still not on the web. I'm terribly disappointed and if something's not done I will hire an attorney.

I am always called back at 3-4 PM when I am not available to talk. The service is poor and do not allow me to have full access or use of my website to support my goals and business. This is truly a great company ! It's been a pleasure working with Joseph and Steve while they design my website. Ive wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars with other companies that promised me a great website but my results came out as something that looked like a 12 year had made it using a smart phone. The website and logo silver connect designed for my business is top notch , they did a professional job start to finish. And made it exactly as I asked. I was really skeptical at first , but I did a lot of research before hiring these guys and had gotten quotes for a similar product that totaled anywhere from around $4000-$6000 dollars. I'm really happy I hired silver connect. That made me a great logo and website for a really great price.. Just penny's on the dollar of what their competitors where charging. I'm Very satisfied ! I recommend them to any small business owner. Don't waste your time or money dealing with anyone else. Theses guys are the best deal for your money !

As a small business owner, I used to maintain my own website -what a nightmare that was-. Than Carlos started to call me and invited me to try out Silver Connect Web Design and their services. O.M.G. carlos was persistent in following up with me (and I liked that because I am so damn busy). After a while , I pulled the trigger and signed up. My experience was like this....instead of me -pulling out my hair and- taking precious time to manage and maintain my own website, I had access (and I still have access (today)) to my own web designer and this guy followed up with me over the phone and email-. It felt like I had found "the guy" who takes care of my web site issues that i just NEVER have the time for. Now almost two years of website satisfaction AND peace and quiet, I know that it was the right move AND in retrospect, I gladly paid Silver Connect so that I can have my precious time with the wife and kids. STAINKING, we stain fences and decks.

I received several calls from Silver Connect Web Design about making a website from me. For the first 3-4 calls I politely said that I was not interested. However, Silver Connect kept calling me about my website and said that they were going to make a new website for me. I asked to be on their do not call list, but kept receiving calls from Joseph and from Brandon Cruz and they were extremely pushy and rude trying to get me to purchase a service from them. I have asked to be put on their Do Not Call List several times but they called me today 4 times, with 2 of those times being within 30 minutes of each other. I understand that follow up is key to business but if a client is not interested in the service and asks to be put on the Do Not Call List they should do just that. I finally called them directly and asked to be sent an email confirming that I am on their Do Not Call List so hopefully this will stop the calls. Would NOT recommend this company.

Carlos, my original designer, Carl and the rest of the Support Team have been very prompt in completing my website updates and changes as requested. Their prices are very reasonable from initial fees to website hosting needs, and ongoing servicing requirements. If you want a dependable and reliable company at an affordable price then by all means give them an opportunity to design and service your company's websites.

I have been let down. I paid a decent amount of money for several things and it has been a nightmare. The biggest issue is it just looks like the website is a cookie cutter template design. There was no real design effort made. I went ahead and purchased the word press feature and proceeded with the orders thinking i could just redesign myself. Well getting assistance is close to impossible. Only good right now is it's cheap hosting fee.

They created me a 7 page web site (which by the way I get compliments all the time on) for 15% of what company's in Knoxville wanted . and they host it very cheap too. If I need to ad or change something all I do is email them and they are right on it. If your web page is ,not so great and you don't know anything about these type of things ,like me . you owe it to yourself to contact Silver Connect. This company is missing the mark when it comes to costumer service. Almost every person I take to besides Justin, speaks broken English. When I called to cancel my website I was told that I would have to pay a $110 cancellation fee. I had my service for over two year and they still told me I had to pay a fee to cancel. I had to read my contract to the person on the phone for them to finally agree to disconnect my service and not make me pay a fee. I'm glad I saved my contract. To try to cheat people out of their hard earned money is just unacceptable. This company is desperate to make a dishonest buck. I'm sure there are better companies out there so do your homework before making the mistake I made. I am very upset right now!!!
