I have had the pleasure of working with Bannerview for two amazing years, their customer service and technical know-how is second to none! Prior to working with Bannerview I was used to being treated poorly by my website site provider and being bogged down with technical reasons of why I could not get what I wanted even though I was paying for it. When we started with Bannerview it was the exact opposite, they spoke to me on my level and were always there when I needed them, best of all I could talk to an actual person when I needed help. Working with Bannerview was an absolute delight and I would highly recommend anyone interested in maximizing your website potential to just pick up the phone and give Bannerview a call and see for yourselves why they are so great, I assure you that you will not be disappointed, even if you don't live in Las Vegas or anywhere close like myself!

My new website designed by BannerView is awesome. I'm really excited about the look and feel! Additionally, BannerViewOS is so user friendly. I reviewed some of the support videos to get started, they're great. But mostly, I found the BannerView platform to be a real pleasure to work with. My expertise is like that of any other small business owner who is not capable of creating their own website. I have tried in the past and it was a mess! Although computer challenged, I have wanted to learn how to edit our business webpage. Bannerview has been very helpful, patient and encouraging to me in wanting to learn and do most of this stuff myself. The other day I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and when I called Bannerview, Samantha helped me find the support page. On this page they have many video tutorials. The one Samantha suggested I look at was three minutes long and the light came on for me during this video. I fixed the issue within 5 minutes of watching. Other videos in the support section will be instrumental in my learning too. Been dealing with this company for 2 and a half years! They overcharge for website build. (Over $8k+) Their Operationing system navagation is awful. Their design capabilities limited. Their support is non-existent. Their SEO through social media also non-existent (my old site with same domain generated 20 times the traffic). And to top it off, after I was done paying off their ridiculous fees, they continue to charge $55 hosting fee. (Normal hosting=$5-$15 monthly) Absolute worst investment ever made in 12+ years being in business! Have no idea how this company is still in business.
