They did not deliver nearly what they promised, and cost me thousands of dollars each month until I finally had the courage to fire them. I could have paid an individual with basic web design skills a fraction of what High Level Marketing cost me with similar or better results. Don't believe their hype!

I have dealt with many different SEO, Lead Generation and Web Design firms over the years. Its rare (truly rare) to find one that actually seems capable of delivering on what they propose. The team there is very helpful along the way, and they work to better understand your business niche and how to establish a functional sales funnel for your site and build a better brand presence as your business grows. It certainly helps if you have an existing and functional knowledge of web design and marketing and are familiar with your industry niche. The sites they create are really well done and we have been quite pleased with the process. Make sure you are clear on your time tables, so that there is no gap between expectation and reality, and understand that some components of the services they provide do actually take time to gain traction... that always seems to be the caveat with SEO... "it takes time" which is quite true. Some companies use that to slowly draw out months of payments without having to demonstrate growth, but with HLM you should see incremental progress and have access to a team that can address your fears and work with you to refine your SEO strategy. Courtney and Jim have been great to deal with, a complement I have never uttered when referring to an SEO firm before. If you are considering Search Engine Optimization services or a website redesign project, I strongly recommend having a conversation with them, also, make sure you get your reporting and review it carefully for the terms you are targeting and where you are gaining traction. The more involved you are in the process the better your results will be, this is especially true if you are working in a highly competitive market.

Before I contacted HLM I called several company's that listed HLM as their hosting and SEO consultant. I wanted to hear first-hand if HLM was as effective as their marketing emails. What a refreshing outlook to having made a change of Hosting, Marketing, & SEO to High Level Marketing. Our company took a leap of faith to put our business into the hands of one company, but we have surely been WOW'D by the customer service and most importantly the ability to review changes while updates were made during the process of upgrades to our website. As a broadcaster I need to drive traffic to the site to provide information to listeners and viewers where and when my broadcasts are airing so folks can find those broadcasts. It's also a place where people can interact with me, and me with them. Additionally, I can blog my opinions on various topics, mostly football, and this site gives me a place to get those opinions out on the world wide web. Once we were up and running, HLM left me alone, and I was exactly where I wanted to be. When I have a problem, I call, we fix it, and I'm off again. It's great. It's exactly what I wanted. So Far, So Good... I was certainly on the skeptical side listening to another web company but..... HLM delivered a nice combination of two existing sites I owned and the new one works!! Using HLM was easy on me, they handled it perfectly. I like that they assign a contact person who keeps you updated. In my case Lauren was on top of everything. I like that every aspect was handled in a specific specialized department feeding back information through Lauren. After an intial confrence call they were on it.. After a second call to look the hard copy over, they were back on it to completion.. They did a great project for me from start to finish and... in a timely manor. They say what they do and do what they say.. The second part of this agreement is promoting the site. It only went live yesterday and I know getting rated takes a little while but we have already recieved the first customer inquiry through "Contact Us" I'm pretty sure this will be a good fit for us, like I said,,,, So Far, So Good.
