We have talked about redesigning our website for more than a couple of years. But the task felt somewhat daunting, and I was concerned it would require a level of prolonged attention that we would be unable to give. When I was introduced to Janelle of Ellanyze, all of that changed. She met with us to get a good overview of our company and what we were looking to achieve with a redesign, provided an informational survey to gather more information, walked us through the plan and outlined the process. Before we knew it, we already well on our way. We were on somewhat of a tight deadline and Janelle managed it perfectly. She provided all of the direction, insight and design ingenuity needed to execute the new site within our time frame. We now have a website that is much more visually appealing, professional looking, and that is much more closely aligned with our values, culture and style. Had I known the process could be like our experience with Ellanyze, we would have done it years ago. Thanks Janelle! You're the best.

I couldn’t be happier with the website Janelle designed for me, and I highly recommend her! The first job of a web designer is to get the client to give careful thought to what they want and the main messages and information they want to convey through their site. This is work the client must do at the outset, and I greatly appreciated how Janelle handled this part of the process. She was patient but at the same time nudged me, in a professional way, to dig in and answer the questions. After my site was underway, I realized how central this initial step was, and Janelle helped me to navigate the waters as I did this work. Then, once I had completed this step, Janelle moved quickly in developing a design for my site. I knew in advance that I loved Janelle’s design skills and sensitivities, and when she presented me with a design for my site, I was thrilled. She also gave me guidance in choosing elements on the site, such as fonts that spoke to who I am and that I loved the look of, and photographs that aligned with the messages I want the site to give. Janelle is a professional through and through—and also a warm and caring person who is a great pleasure to work with. Although my site is quite “basic,” I also know she offers a wide variety of website elements that her clients might want and need on their sites. I give Janelle five stars!
