Digital media, online marketing, website building is a dirty dirty business. The entire industry is cowboying prices and workmanship to very very business owners to take advantage of them. There are a lot of players out there nationally and locally that do shoddy work on the internal engineering of a website and web media campaign while making it pretty on the outside. Others have the opposite dilemma decent internal coding but ugly design. Catapult gave my company the best of all worlds - beautifully crafted, robustly engineered and elegantly executed web sites and SEO ad campaigns with options for inbound marketing and review management. I interviewed and vetted dozens of internet marketing and website design companies in Baton Rouge, others in Louisiana and a few national players. They were NOT transparent with their pricing structure or the design process or the engineering. I heard horror stories from fellow business owners about the other top three web design firms in Baton Rouge in terms of ineffective ads and crazy and insecure coding on the back-end. A lot of promising too much and under-delivering. Catapult Creative Media was distinguished first and foremost by their honesty, integrity and transparency. It was really refreshing to find a company that didn't try to upsell me but actually listened to the specific needs of our company. The chief designer is Virginia Huling and she really took in our feedback about our specific vision for the website and she made it even better than we imagined. She continues to tweak and improve our website with precision and give good feedback to us to continue improve our branding. David, the CEO, is also super honest, insightful and resourceful. He has helped us troubleshoot a number of issues that we encountered in growing our business. David has the unusual combination of understanding deeply the technical, legal and business side of every side and provides sage counsel. I also like that I can trust any member of the Catapult team to listen and manage my account well. The website fully customized and built-out took about six months - it was worth the wait. We had three in-person sessions for design and dozens of email between us. Phone calls and texts were frequent and keep us in the loop. Their office has whiteboards as walls and the desks and the entire design process feels collaborative and productive. The website is a lead generator machine and we were given tangible steps to form our own digital plan for converting leads with Catapult's guidance. They have helped us branch out into checking and responding to our reviews on 47 different platforms in one site. We continue to streamline more work to them - like our blogging and social media management. I look forward to utilize their other platform Arden Logic for our smaller ventures. Besides our book-keeper, hiring Catapult Creative Media was the wisest business decision, we've ever made. I trust that we help us launch to newer heights.
