I do NOT recommend this business for brides. Below is my detailed experience as to why I DO NOT recommend this company:
I met this company in March 2018 for a $1000+ order (e.g.wedding invitations, welcome sign, treat bags for candy bar, etc.). I was promised that they would have my order to me by March 15, 2019. I made my 2nd to last payment on January 31st 2019 with $200 away from paying the bill completely. On the same day, they emailed me that they will contact me soon for final details for my invitations. Claiming they were sick, they didn't follow up with me until February 14th asking for details that we discussed back in March 2018. They also confirmed that we were on schedule for March 15th. I sent them details and images on February 16th and promised to make the final payment on February 28th, which I did. I sent a follow up email on March 2nd, but I received no responses. I was getting extremely anxious as I have yet to see my designs. They finally responded to me the evening of March 16th, a day after I was suppose to receive my order. I immediately reviewed and noticed that 3 items were missing from my order as well as submitted minor changes such as changing my RSVP return date from May 1st to May 15th anticipating that I wouldn't receive them on time by May 1st. I sent a follow up email on April 3rd (yes, two weeks after) expressing how stressed I was. They sent my final proofs on April 4th where the designer giving me another excuse that they were working with another bride who needed a massive change immediately. So in other words, the designer completely disregarded my timeline and continued to make my order later than what was planned for. After a few minor changes, I approved the order within 18 hours. On April 17th, I emailed for a follow up on the order once again stressing the urgency of getting these on time because I need to mail out as far as California, where I was told that everything was getting wrapped up in printing and that they can post mail them to me by April 24th or drop off pick on April 26th. I confirmed that I wanted the April 24th date, which the designer promised me that it will be mailed via USPS and I will be emailed the tracking confirmation code. They also tried to quote the policy to me as to why the order was delayed because I didn't pay in full until the end of February. But if you calculated how much I paid over the course of a year, I paid off at least the invitations back in July 2018 as well as 90% of the rest of the items by January 31st. So, once again excuses and lack of accountability by the designer. Frustrated, I requested to have the rest of my orders by May 15th as well. No, where did I ask for in my communications for the orders to be sent together. I also demanded for a small refund for breaching contract for not delivering on a timely manner, which they agreed too. Over the course of a month, I have been constantly emailing them about updates on my order where they have promised to send my the tracking confirmation. I switched to text messaging on May 14th, where I was showed my invitations and promised that it would be overnighted. Apparently, they had my invitations, but wanted to mail everything all together, which I didn't ask to do, but I'm assuming they did to save money to not pay for two shipping cost. But of course no orders! I have asked multiple times to do a pick up over this weekend at any time during the day or night. I only wanted the invitations, but because they were at a "event' they refused to have me pick them up. So, now my RSVPs are dated for May 15th that I have to fix, I never received my small refund, they have yet to contact or even apologize to me about the lateness of the order, and I have none of my orders. I'm 66 days from my wedding with no invitations, I have no choice but to go to Walmart to savage invitations in the next 24 hours. I will also have to potential re-buy all the other items I order. By far, this is the worst company I have ever worked with.
